Website needs to list motorcycle trailers as options - wasted about an hour's worth of time being redirected to Burnet location because original location's customer did not return the trailer I was going to rent, because I booked online and never saw this option.KATHRYN H.
I had reserved a furniture dolly a couple days prior and there was not one available when I arrived. To be honest it was confusing since I assumed that the reservation would ensure that I would receive that equipment. It would be nice if this was at least communicated before I arrived.DAVID G.
Julie at the desk was the BEST. She helped me check in when the online was being finicky and was very patient even at the end of the night. Both Julie and a nice fellow even helped me find the truck and offered us free water. My rental fell on The last weekend of the month which is also the busiest weekend of the month. The moneymaker weekend because they are able to turn the truck around several times to many different customers. I had it tied up from Friday to Monday and the manager knew he was going to take a hit and suffer a loss of revenue yet he did it. But God. He's a good man. I will utilize this location and send all of my friends that have need of these services. They don't make people like they used to. He has class. Thank you Sir.ANASA FOSTER B.

The front desk woman that was in the intake area when I walked up was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was confused, having never rented from U-Haul before, and she made the entire experience trash. Not to mention, I wasn't able to get my truck (which "wasn't technically available yet because you didn't' have the truck yet) until 30 minutes behind schedule. Even though I was on time, it forced me to RUSH my job. Incredibly stressful experience, terrible employee at the front desk, and very shady to give customer's a "set time" of use, and then force them to shorten the time frame by not having adequate or efficient employment. Will definitely NEVER use U-Haul again. ThanksAndrew T.

Van was furnished with starting mileage 60 more miles than indicated on the pick up receipt and gas tank only at 7/8ths instead of full. UHaul employee could not make adjustment to mileage, and had to return during regular office hours to insure I would not be overcharged on mileage. Was this an intentional attempt to charge more mileage fees? Still recommending UHaul because there really are not good options, but cannot trust vehicle records.JAMES P.

I have made reservation of a uBox trailer for the moving helper to pick it up on Sept 8th at 10am. however when the moving helper got there, there was nothing available, and supervisor refused to speak to me after over an hour delay. eventually they had sent moving helper to another location to pick up the tailor and ubox. when the moving helper arrived at my place, it was almost 2 hours delay, which impact the schedule for the rest of the day.Fei L.
All of the employees at this location are very personable extremely helpful and friendly. The truck I was supposed to get at a different location was not available it had not come in yet The employee is it Burnett at location Were very helpful By letting me get one of their trucks. The manager there is really helpful and patient with me as I pulled up rushing to return the tow dolly. Patrick, another member there helped me with my tire when he noticed that it was flat and fill it up with air. He was very observant and extremely helpful. Great service overall!ANH L.
My U Haul truck was given to me with a dirty windshield and empty washer fluid reservoir. I was charged twice for the 6 moving blankets I requested and used.Hassan I.

When using the APP to find my closest Uhaul drop off it only offered places in North Austin. Repeatedly punching in 78745 never gave an option to leave it at IH 35 & Slaughter Lane - a big UHaul center. Ended up driving 1/2 hour north to drop off because of this.John N.

The person at the counter ignored me for 20 minutes when I went to check in my tailer. I finally got pushy and asked if he could help me and he said he'd be right with me. I then asked if I had to do or sign anything to check in the trailer, and he said NO and that I was good to go... so I was standing there waiting for help for 20 minutes when if he had just been available to answer a simple question, I would not have had to wait. I always get top service at Burnett & 183 location. I had a pleasant experience when notifying of need to extend a rental. The young lady was kind and courteous and respectful. She was not invasive. She completed the call in a very short time, and ask if I was in need of other assistance. She was in a Call Center in Washington. I offered to give a positive escalation, but she declined. Particular rep that I worked with was rude and cocky. He approached our interaction with an immediate mistrust and assumption that I was "rather sketchy" due to my speech impediment. His handling of the situation and lack of empathy only made the situation worse. Additionally, the unit rented had no internal rails, which compared to previously rented U-Haul units, made securing items difficult.Samuel W.

I guess nothing wrong with the location but Uhaul is horrible. Per my CONTRACT, I was to drop off at one location. I went there only to have the scan code not work and realize that Uhaul had changed my drop off location without notifying me... I had to go to that other location very late at night and after a long day. Notify me next time if you change shit.Clare R.
