Brand new 26' truck available exactly when it was cheduled for pick up. Friendly helpful staff at pick up and drop off. Movers hired through Uhaul were excellent...on time and hard working. Would definitely recommend Uhaul for anyone needing to move.

The location was fine. Your web site sucks and so does your remote 24 hour pick-up system. Nowhere was I told to go to the front of the location to get my key. Clicking the link regarding not being able to access the equipment only selected a new truck, it did not explain where to get the key. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes because the location was busy, not the fault of the employees. Was told my truck still needed to be returned at the same time but I had spent almost an hour of my renal time trying to pick up the truck. I realized later the “key” code was present at the beginning of the process but never said where to get the key from; they explained that in the office after I had waited in line for almost an hour. My pint is that your process is not clear.

I was overcharged. The truck roll door was damaged and should not have been rented prior to addressing damage. Selected contactless rental but was unable to proceed. The two people I interacted with in store were kind.

The customer service has been progressively worse in my last three visits. I don't need to treated like royalty, but the fact is every time we arrived for pick up we were treated as if we were a burden. I know that we all have good and bad days, and realize the challenges that employers have finding willing and qualified help today, but this was a measured effect over a period of three weeks.

Truck provided for a 400 mile round trip was not terribly road worthy... with 175 000 miles we could not hear ourselves think inside the cab. Sounded like the front end suspension was due for an overhaul. The truck looked like it came back from a construction site... very dusty, crusty storage floor and mud caked in the wheel wells. I was hoping as a longer haul and return round trip that a newer truck would be offered. Very disappointed. John

WIndows were not clean. The passenger side window was covered with small handprints which made it hard to see out of. One of the rear tires blew out the side wall which shook the whole truck The gentleman working the counter was super nice and helpful.

Have you ever been treated like royalty? Would you like to? Then make your way to this location. I swear they rolled out the red carpet and I'm pretty sure I heard trumpets. The young lady who helped me kazya I believe? Well she was an absolute peach and made me feel like I was right in my own home. The man who hooked my trailer up scott I believe? What a delight! Boy if he wasn't married…Overall a tremendous experience, this location will always be my only location. To the grave.

When a customer returns equipment back in on time your employees can make sure they follow their word and check the equipment in before store closing hours. I returned my truck around 3 in the afternoon during business hours on 11/3/21. A long line started to build up in the store and their was nobody around except a Trainee in the back . We asked her for service she said she would go outside and find someone . The trainee returned to the store and said she was outside hooking up a trailer. Once she finished and returned to the store 2 women that were for a while went straight to the counter at this point it's myself and 6 other people I politely asked the woman at the counter if I leave my keys in the truck will my truck be checked in before the store close she said yes then I responded how will I receive my receipt she said email I said okay took the keys back and left. I waited to receive my receipt. Once I receive it I got charged a 20 after hour fee making my total 61,18 when it should only have been 41,18 . Gas was put back to the correct place and the truck was returned way before 7pm. This situation is very disappointing because now I have to drive all the way back to the uhaul location so someone can correct her mistake and refund what's due. Please remind your agents do make false promises to your customers. Good day!

For starters, I moved on 10/26. There's no reason for charges to come out 1 week later (because someone didn't know how to do their job). Secondly, the lady with the shave head needs more training since she messed up my account and absolutely doesn't know what she was doing the 3 times I interacted with her. How do you change someone's name on their own account to someone else's name? Why did she tell me my storage was canceled, and I find out the next day that it never was, couldn't call to cancel it myself because she changed the name on the account without me asking or telling her to (so "legally" it wasn't my account), had to wait over 1 week for the manager to approve my online move out request that should've already been canceled like the lady said it was. I don't care to say much more outside of my entire experience being below poor. I would never use the uhaul on Eastbrook, and training should be a main priority for the new staff there and any prospective new staff! The staff was friendly but not helpful. My experience would've went with ease if they were helpful. Train the new hire(s)!

Need authentic communication with customers. A job with 1 hours labor, first or second in line, should not keep customer waiting 4,5 hours with continued assurances of "nearly done" "five to ten minutes" etc.

This Uhaul provider did not show me the location of the truck instead I had to find it myself in the lot. They claimed the fuel was 7/16 full which was inaccurate and the truck was dirty and damaged. I would recommend other Uhaul providers over this one.

I've been to this location twice recently. Superior customer service in every regard. I had mistakenly booked for another location, but the staff neatly handled this without issue. I also thought I'd left a personal item in the truck, called them afterwards and they graciously searched for it. Old-fashioned, going the extra mile service.

After making a 4 day reservation and giving a card number and phone number, my reservation was given away, because I wasn't there until later in the day. I ended up with a truck much smaller than desired. Also, this is the 3rd time this year, that I've rented a truck to find it almost empty of gas.

Answer the phones. I needed to change my reservation but couldn't get through to any one. The recording said to make changes visit the website. The website said to make changes please call. It all worked out but being on hold for over a half an hour and then just giving up was frustrating.

I am left to go sort my electoral issues out a dealer with no formal instructions or directions. I was informed my 2018 Terrian lacked the necessary spaces in my fuse box to properly link up trailer lights. If that was the case I wish your website reflected this issue. Now I am left to having to schedule additional time to figure out this issue and I'm sure to incur additional costs. I would suggest shutting the truck off to save fuel instead of leaving it running, but other than that everything was great! They promptly corrected a system glitch that was trying to charge me for an extra day when I actually returned early, which I appreciate. I would happily return a rental here again.

customer service was great. we got in and out as expected. return process just as easy. equipment...needed some love. windshield dirty, added 2 qts of oil, and the truck had lots of damage including a missing cap on the tailgate.

The service that I received from Kazya Murphy was horrible. She was rude and abrasive in her communication. She thought is was funny when I called her out on it. You can tell that she was confident that any complaints about her wouldn't amount to any consequences. U-haul customers deserve better service than what she offers. On a side note, after I completed my rental paperwork, I told her that I had moving help coming to the location to help me move items out of my u-haul storage unit. She said that I couldn't have the keys to truck yet then. About 30 minutes later, I returned with my help and went inside. She noticed me walk in and stand in line in which there were 3 people in front of me. It took me 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. She smiled sarcastically and said here are your keys. It took her literally 1 second to hand me the truck keys. If she was a nice and friendly employee, she would have given the the key 20 minutes earlier when she saw me enter the store. Instead, she was sarcastic, mean, and displayed extremely poor customer service. Perhaps, she is a good employee but not so good at helping customers. She may be a better fit in a different department. I hope this isn't the type of service that u-haul is proud of and that some type of corrective action is initiated.

Kayla Hawley was super helpful. My only issue was that we were given, at first, a unit on the second floor but was not told on the website that this facility doesn't have an elevator. The facility we rented the u-haul from in Hastings Michigan did not have the equipment we requested and neglected to explain that here was an 100 $refundable deposit.
