Would’ve been nice though if the motion detector light just stayed on a bit longer and I didn’t have to walk all the way to the end of the hall just turn the light back on when I was in the dark.😀

Daniel F | Overall ExperienceHonestly the staff is excellent. The facility (storage) is rough. Very dark and dingy. Not well ventilated. But the staff is great. The mediocre rating is not reflective of them or of the vehicle rental.

We did it but we weren't told about this ahead of time, I probably would have hired two more guys had I known. We couldn't access the building for quite awhile because the entrance was blocked by multiple U-Hauls.
