I have purchased many trucks in the past. This is my very first storage experience. We will see how this goes. Hope it will go well! I, believe the person that waited on me was a new employee. Which was a very nice and respectful person. But, I didn't get all the information. I did get the information I asked about.

I was called saying they couldn't find the truck I had returned. I returned it in before close and the man outside checked it in. Don't know how they thought I didn't return it. We also ordered a smaller truck from another location that wasn't big enough so we didn't end up using it. A good business would have given us a credit for the uhaul we didn't use but we were told we needed to have a totally separate order. Paid for two uhauls and only used one

Probably retraining. The agent I had to deal with Saturday 13th 2022 was very unprofessional. I'm trying to move and he wants to talk about swimming, his girlfriend, then had the nerve to pull his shirt down showing his chest hair talking about a tan. Then the wrong gas area was wrong on the paperwork. It was on 3/4 not 1/4 . I wasn't charged but could have been. He stated a lot of customers were making the same complaint ( fix the problem ) I was charged for a dolly I didn't use , was not refunded for that.

I never rented one before and was beevous about driving a 15' 4oo miles. But it was smooth sailing. And drop off was super fast and super easy. I hope I don't have to rent a big truck again but I know where I will go if I do. Uhaul.

The drop off site I picked was 4 miles from my moving location. The app made me choose a new drop off point 15 miles away when I checked in to pick up the truck.

The truck barely had A/C and sounded like it was going to die the entire time. And there is no way we went what the mileage stated. Our house to where we are moving is 10 minutes. We made 3 trips which would be 24 miles plus the extra 8 miles it took to pick up and drop off the truck but the mileage stated we went 100 miles. It's literally 4 miles between the two locations. I don't expect anyone to read this or care so it is what it is.

Randy and Matt were very helpful. They were a completely better experience than where we picked up. I now see U-Haul in a better light. It would be a good goal to have consistent service across locations. How can a customer know what to expect??

The cargo van we rented was dirty compared to the ones parked next to it and the "check engine" light was on saying it was in need of an oil change when we drove it out of the lot. The last time we rented a small truck everything was perfect.

My vehicle was not ready for until 30 minutes passed my pick up time! The tire was completely flat. They did not prorate my account when I returned the vehicle ON TIME. We had to rush moving our belongings in order to get the truck back in time and they rushed us through the check process. SO I had to follow-up about my bill later.

During this entire experience, there was a severe lack of communication. Evidently, this location has some staffing issues which I can understand. However, the box was not delivered on the date promised, and then I was unable to communicate with ANYONE by phone or email at this location. All my attempts were diverted to Columbus or Dayton. Everyone in those locations did their best to help but communication with this particular location was nearly impossible. The delivery driver was super friendly. So, in the end, the box arrived a day late, and it was not picked up on the date set.

Waited in line for over an hour to pick up a reserved van that was supposed to be a no contact pickup. Owner claimed that their internet was slow. A friend told me they had the same experience the weekend before. There was no offer to discount the rental because of the very long wait. All of the employees were very rude. No one offered an explainaton to the long line of people that were also waiting for over an hour.

I needed to trailer a 1969 Fiat 850. This car has 41" between the tires. Your ramps have 44". This makes for a very scary entry and exit. Having a full ramp option or maybe accessory of some kind. Would have saved several near heart attacks.

Customers can take up a lot of an employees time so maybe always have extra employees . Waiting in line was tiring but once two more employees came in the speed of service was fine. The employee RANDY that waited on my was GREAT!

Keep doing what you do, also make sure that when Matt is not there, the employees know not to charge customers accounts ahead of time at all, without their consent no matter what the card originally was placed when started, there should be a paper receipt saying this is on HOLD ($SAID FOR××××1237, NOT to be Processed) Yet.

The trucks transmission is going out, wouldn't shift into a different gear. Would brake randomly out of nowhere. Expected it to break down at any second. Will not be returning to U-Haul for future moves

Excellent customer service. The only thing I would complain about was there were only two employees working. One of which was behind the counter and there were 10+ people in line. My pick up time was 9 AM and I did the mobile check in so I was ready to go quickly. But I didn't get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle and pulled out until 10am.

Our rental started off bumpy for several reasons: 1) we needed to combine two orders and were told several times it was done, but it took following up 3 times to actually get it completed 2) we originally rented the Uboxes from the store in Elsmere, KY. We were not told until about 30 hours before that we couldn't get them there and would need to go to Glen Crossing. They told us so late that we couldn't switch to a drop off instead. It added about 8 hours of driving for us to pick them all up at Glen Crossing. 3) had I not followed up several times, one of my boxes would have never made it to TX as it was only added to my reservation hours before the transport vehicle came to pick them up. 4) the reservation was done incorrectly with the wrong box numbers. Thankfully Glen Crossing called before the boxes were picked up and we got everything squared away. (At one point we had 9 boxes on our reservation but never even ordered that many). However, the Team at Glen Crossing was super helpful, polite, and prompt. The team in Texas was amazing to work with and everything went smoothly for delivery to our home here.

When I first come to rent trailer. Autumn the worker i work with at uhaul was being really helpful and friendly. She use sign language to communicate with me and make whole process much easier. She is great worker. We end up get storage there after using trailer

Check in was great. I have used this location many times. Uhaul vehicles are much better then the competition in terms of comfort and ease in driving.I love that the cab is separated from the cargo area. This associate confirmed that the way th change in our our pick up location at the beginning of the trip was handled was inconsistent with the standard policy when the location needs to changed.

I was charged a $153,5 deposit fee on 6-10-22. I rented a cargo van for 2 hours. You then charged me $61 for the actual rental and still haven't returned my $153.50. I stopped in and talked to the rep that rented me the van a week ago. She said the manager would call me and he has not.

My issue came when I arrived to pick up my reservation only to find it had been changed to a smaller truck than I requested. This resulted in having to do an additional round trip without the mover help. Reservations should not be changed without some kind of notification to the customer and if they do need to be changed, they should not be changed to a smaller truck but rather a bigger truck keeping the same rate of the size requested.

I have never rented a storage unit before. It was a great experience. The unit was very clean. It was helpful having the moving carts and the big freight elevator. It was very convenient and easy. Would highly recommend it.

Was done early on a Saturday with our truck rental. Arrived at 610 waited 30 mins for assistance and at 640 was told they stop taking returns at 640 and had to do self return which didn't even work. Overall UHAUL experience is absolutely terrible, customer service is sub par and wasnt even given enough miles for a one way trip from pickup point to drop off.

I had trouble with the app on return after hours . The pick up text link worked great but I did not get a how to return text link. I had to download the app and it didnt work for me. The location manager the next morning when they opened for business was great. He took care of the checking me in and closed out the ticket without a problem.

The staff was nice enough, but not very professional. They gave information extremely quickly (talked really fast) and I didn't feel like there intent was to have you understand what they were saying. When I dropped off the truck at the appointed time (6:30), I waited in line for 25 minutes before someone behind th counter popped up and said “If you're here to return your equipment you will have to do it online-we're closed!”. I thought that was a pretty crappy way to handle that.

I was disappointed that no one told me how to get the furniture dolly and pads I had rented. I assumed they were in the rental truck and not having them made moving much more difficult. When I asked to have the charges for those items removed, I was told it was my mistake for not picking them up. So I ended up paying for items I never even got to use.

I needed carts to move my stuff into my unit but none were available. I went to the office to see if they could get me some from the other side but they didn't have access. Luckily another customer gave me a cart. I was supposed to return the van by 6:30 but looking for carts slowed me down a little.

Our move-in experience was wonderful after we completed the registration process. There was only one desk attendant when I arrived to secure the unit after reserving over the phone. I arrived at what appeared to be a peak time. Additional desk staff would have been very helpful. The unit was clean and just what we needed for our possessions.

U-Haul is not a bad facility but it's much too expensive I found a place not far from there for a third of the price and the people were very nice to me. Most of the help at U-Haul were very good people there was one lady that was very nasty that's why I moved to another storage facility

Someone threw their glass over into my unit and it shattered all over my child's toy box. The units should have a closed top. Not only do I have to ensure there aren't glass shards in his toy box but not a fan of being responsible for glass clean up when I only had boxes in unit.

Roaches in the building with the storage units didn't see any in my unit but stepped on one walking in the hall . The staff at this location are very rude they are the reason I moved my stuff can't deal with their attitudes anymore called corporate especially that blonde chick!

My experience from checking out was poor. Staff member wasn't fully knowledgeable on how to get me set up and didn't explain the access in and acess out very well. He took over a half an hour to get me set up as he had to stop multiple times to ask his supervisor questions and just genuinely seemed like he didn't want to be there.

Since the storage is inside maybe having a larger cart available would be nice. The smaller carts and bed cart definitely came in handy though

Everything was good with the storage, but I had a horrible experience with an unfriendly staff at Glenncrossing Uhaul. She was not happy that I returned forth and back to ask a lot of questions about my storage. Hence, she refused me service and made me pass through a lot of stress to get a truck from another Uhaul branch from another location. This was not my first time of using Uhaul and I felt bad being treated this way. I believe I deserve an apology.

Asked for a bigger unit was told that was the biggest she had but I definitely saw WAY more units that were bigger then mine. Around 5 others were trying to move at the same time as we were so it became beyond crowded. There was no way for all of us to be able to move around at once. Gnats and roaches were found. Cant wait to find somewhere to live so I can move my things asap

My key cards never worked, the side garage doors anyone can walk in them and go inside. Not safe, always dirty. To expensive for the service you get.

A female employee got into a screaming match with me about parking after she pulled in going over 40 miles an hour into her spot. Her boss is no better. Everything is a huge inconvenience when I finally needed a favor of a lost key and needed a lock cut off. I spent 5 years storing here and was on time with payment consistently until I deactivated a card. I will Never Be back not store with uhaul again. I am thrilled to be gone and will highly recommend to others on social media do avoid at all costs. Do better.

When I went to this location to pick up my rental truck and set up my storage space I asked the employee at the desk if the truck and storage space size I reserved were going to be large enough for the items I was moving. She reassured me that both were adequate for my needs but both the truck and storage space were entirely too small. This problem has now led to me still having the truck rental past my reservation because I have no space to put the rest of my items. When I called the office to get an extension on the truck rental I was told no and that I would be charged a $50 fee. I am now on day 2 of the truck rental and am still without a storage space large enough to empty the rental truck. I cannot afford 2 storage spaces or to have the rental truck another day and it is creating a problem with me getting help physically moving since this has turned into a 2-3 day move. I need assistance from someone who is able to help me resolve this issue without paying a ton of fees and locate a storage space large enough for my items. Merci

One of your workers; I think her name is Tina has waited on me in person and on the phone. She is very rude. When I had my storage shed emptied she waited on me. I had a uhaul padlock that was unused. She was the one who sold it to me but wouldn't take it back and refund my money. She was very rude about it. There was a dissatisfied customer who left right before me also. I will never use uhaul again.

The lady who took care of me was very friendly but the other ladyb was very RUDE from the time I walked in to EVERYBODY she spoke to. I loved the time I had with U-Haul although I paid a few late charges from situations that were out of my control and slight lack of communication. I must admit though, if you maintain your card for auto withdraw you'll be fine and this facility is the cleanest place I've ever used. Most of the staff is awesome as well. Thank you for 4 years of maintaining my valuable possessions.

I am very happy with this storage location and facility which I used last year for my son's dorm room. I was disappointed when getting my access for my reservation this weekend. The internet was down. I made 2 trips on Saturday (5/1) and another with sucess on Sunday (5/2). I attempted to call without answer before making my last trip there.

Excellent service. Courteous staff. This is the first time I ever used storage - they made out easy. Great experience. Mr. Haskins is a kind manager too -vi observed him belong a newer employee and he treated her with dignity and respect. Impressive.
