The worst thing was that 24/7 online pickup. If it wasn’t for the rep behind the desk, I would never gotten my keys . Online pickup app is horrible. Otherwise the site, the people, the van were great!

Bring the truck to me...not make me look for it in the lot....find it wedged between other trucks and have to get it anyway. Also...mobile checkin after hours didn't work.

I rented a Uhaul van and needed it just for a few hours between 4pm and 8-30ish. However, the cashier put it in the system that I would return it by 7pm that day. Because I requested to return it after closing, I was charged for 1 day which was fine. Received a text message with that confirmation after renting it. Woke up the next morning to a phone call from one of the workers yelling “where is our truck?” I stated that I have 24 hours to return it and also have my confirmation text message to prove that even though it was entered in the system wrong. She then demanded that I returned it by 12pm or I would be charged for another day. When I wemy back to return it, I parked under the return canopy waiting for my ride to pick me up in which the wait was 13 minutes tops. A worker immediately came out to scan the back of the truck then walked up to the driver side. I let down the window and asked “can I help you?” She then stated “I need you to get out so that I can check the van in.” I looked at her with a confused and said “you can’t check it in until my ride gets here and he’ll be here in 10 minutes. I was told to bring the van back before 12pm. It’s here and I’m just waiting for my ride. Once he’s here you can then check it in.” She restated “I need to get in there and you can’t wait inside!” I said “you’re gonna wait like I said.” She then called me a dick and went back inside pointing back at the van I rented. I pulled over to the side so I wouldn’t be in the way just in case someone was also returning. When my ride arrived, I went back and parked under the canopy and went inside to return the keys. When I went in, the woman who approached the van was rolling her eyes and completely avoided me so I went to the next cashier. I told him I was returning and he told me to hold on and that he was going to inspect the van and come back in so that I could sign paper work. I let him know that I didn’t need to sign anything else and that my contract was already signed yesterday also that this was not my first time renting from uhaul. I then left. About an hour and a half I received another receipt to my email and it showed the mileage driven being almost doubled, I was charged twice for the appliance dolly that I only used once, and I was charged $20+ for the van for 2 days in which the van is only $19.95. I’m livid!!! I never had an experience like this before and I’ve always rented from the Glenway Crossing location. Never again!!!!!! The woman that approached the van is a white female kind of boyish looking. The guy that tried to scam me into signing twice, his name is Richard Edwards.

The employees of that location are untruthful in their statements. We was told to reserve the truck for 6 hours and if we needed it for the 24 hours it would be no problem. Because of weather conditions we called to tell them we would need the truck for the 24 hours so we did not have to unload our belongings in the unexpected rain, snow,and ice. They told us the truck had to be back by 8pm. Because they reserved it with someone else. If I would not have been told keeping the truck longer would have been an issue I would have reserved it for 24hrs. The following morning after returning the truck I get a phone call at 8am asking for a key for a pad lock that was chained and attached to the truck. Obviously it is not my lock. So why would they not have a key to a lock on their truck . and the woman was very rude with me about us locking the lock when your customer service line we called that night told us to do so. So needless to say with all of this I will never use your services again. It was the worst experience customer service wise i have ever had.

I came back in to tell the employee(s) that the charger port wasn’t working properly and one of the ladies (that wasn’t even assisting me) asked me if I “actually even needed that feature. . .” Considering the fact that I needed to plug my gps in made it inconvenient but other than that the ‘Tiffany’ working was very professional and timely and had 0 issues with getting me into a fully operable truck.

the check engine light came one while I had the vertical and a hitch light was on ad well and I had no additional hitch to the vertical I was using. the check engine light us the only thing that bothered me.

Pads included with the truck were less than 6, and the dolly zip tie had been removed before I picked up the truck. Though I explained and was not charged. Otherwise was happy with everything else.

Include mileage at no cost when purchasing to rent a uhaul vehicle. The advertisement says $19.99 but that’s not what you’re paying at the end of using a vehicle. Mileage cost should be included.
