I would like a refund for reasons 1 and 2: 1. The lights of the trailer I rented were wired incorrectly. One brake light didn't work, and the left and right signals were reversed. The owner of the location (according to his name badge) inspected the lights while I hit the controls on my Jeep, not sure what he was thinking allowing me to leave the lot with the lights giving the wrong signals, it was a serious safety hazard. I didn't find out until another driver flagged me down and tried to help, but couldn't. Because it was wired incorrectly in a very professional manner, no ability to fix it without damaging the wiring. I don't know if the owner thought I couldn't tell my right from my left, but it would have been a lot more professional to check if I was an idiot rather than just assume so. 2. You allowed me to rent a trailer from a location 5 minutes away from me through your site, then called me to say I had to pick it up 25 minutes away. Thought that was pretty lame for a company that moves vehicles and equipment around for a living. I thought it was a fluke. When I went to pick up the trailer, I was told I couldn't drop it off anywhere else. Why does Uhaul exist if you can't handle moving a trailer 20 miles in a week? Isn't moving vehicles your business? I feel like this was a bait and switch routine. 3. This form on your website is almost impossible to use on a smartphone. I had to write this elsewhere and paste it in. F- to your web developers. For reasons 1 and 2 above, I think a full refund is a reasonable request. I look forward to your response. 513-236-6510TROY D.
* The truck had a broken sideview mirror * A dolly is mounted to the inside of the trailer, and blocks you from using the entire width of the trailer, but if you want to move the dolly, you have to cut the zip tie. That will be $7 to move the dolly! * Instead of giving you the truck with a full tank of gas, they give it to you with 1/4 tank, then if you are one gallon short they charge you for the difference ($5+/Gallon) + a $30 charge since it was under 1/4 tank full. This has happened to me twice with these guys. Then when you return the truck they say everything is fine with the gas level, then you get a charge later that says it was a gallon short. Stay away from this location if you can.ADAM B.

Truck rental was good as well as customer service. HOWEVER, the moving help companies affiliated with uhaul were absolutely terrible. We had THREE different moving companies(the first we had scheduled weeks in advanced) not show up on us. We've been hung up on and sent to voicemail. They tell you that the movers don't get paid until you are satisfied but there is nothing to hold them accountable to show up in the first place. We were left to move everything by ourselves. In future, I will be using a multi-location moving company that includes a truck (I.e. Atlas Van Lines, 2 Men and a Truck)KAYLEN P.

I'm sixty four years old, and I have only given my opinion of services, like I am doing now, less than a handful of times. I don't go out of my way to complain. If I am disappointed with a transaction, I take my business elsewhere. And that's exactly what I'll do regarding this particular Uhaul location. I've rented from this location about four times in the last couple of years. But no more! Here's whyâ€”- 1. THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAITED ON ME DID NOT WEAR A MASK! Every other employee had a mask. Whoever was in charge that day wasn't following state-mandated protocols. 2. Your posted photos of the condition of the vehicle at the time of my rental were not accurate. The wheels and tires were covered in mud, but in your posted photos they were not. That could turn into a service charge tacked on to my invoice. I always take my own photos. How else might that Uhaul location be lazy about the condition of the vehicle? Brakes? Tire wear? 3. The gas tank wasn't full when I received it, and your maskless employee told me to refill it to that level before returning it. I DID EXACTLY THAT AND YOU STILL CHARGED ME FOR A FEW GALLONS OF GAS. Gas gauges are not easy to read precisely EXCEPT FOR ALL-THE-WAY-FULL and ALL-THE-WAY-EMPTY. I've never rented a vehicle that wasn't full of gas when I received it, and I won't do it again. If that's your new company-wide policy, that's a mistake. And I'll make sure to insist that the tank is full in my future rentals from your competitors.MARK C.

I found the cell phone equipment return link impossible for a non electronic savvy person. So I had to give up on that after 45 mins.Tried to use home computer U-haul site almost as bad. ended up leaving truck ofcourse, & finishing return on phone next morning.
