Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI moved my storage unit due to finding the leak in my unit. The manager would have been no help. I literally kept getting attitude from day 1 of moving in. She isn't very helpful at all.
Sharon B | Expérience généraleMs Asia was a big help really sweet n outspoken!!!!! I will b back thank u guys.
Shanae M | Expérience généraleThank you for helping me out at a very stressful time in my life. And being so patient and understanding.
darleene g | Expérience généraleI see U-HAUL trucks everywhere, just about everyday 🤔 that's what brought it to my mind, as I'm planning on moving and did to get away from elderly abuse mentally, emotionally, with the stress. Now working on getting my own place. As U-HAUL is my safe place 🤔 til I get into my own place 😘
barbara j | Premières impressionsCheck the bathroom more often out of toilet paper paper towels
sandra b | Expérience généraleThis place was horrible and rude management sucked
KERSTEN V | Expérience généraleI had no problems. Everything was great. Will use again it had to.
Regina S | Expérience généraleYouu had roaches
DOROTHY R | Expérience généraleI have over 40 years of experience working with U-Haul and other movers that mean U-Haul over the years. I’m different old accounts and never had this experience until recently at the Glenway crossings facility in Cincinnati Ohio. I felt discriminated against and judged by an employee there who also made me feel threatened by holding her canna, mace and about the spring as I was trying to work out some anger on my therapy and walk something off that had nothing to do with her at all as she addressed me inappropriately and insulting me and I’m able to read facial and body expressions very well based on my professional use of experience then I knew it was one or the other and just one of them and she said she thought I was a drug addict I said no I’m actually disabled and have a personality disorder and my initial thought was she thought I was homeless for some reason and then the other coworker of hers was yelling at me to stay away from your car and don’t even know I was near her car nor did I want to be and why would I even bother a piece of junk like that I felt highly discriminated against and can’t wait to find the right attorney to sue them for that
Joshua S | Expérience généraleVery nice people to work with
Terry F | Premières impressionsThank you! For everything
tara j | Expérience généraleGlencrossing U haul did a great job, & it was nearly HALF the price of CUBE SMART on Glenway too.
Walter H | Expérience généraleIf I did have any problem which were few, the staff was very professional and helpful. Solving the problem in a timely manner. I've had this storage unit for years. I also rent trucks without any issues. I always tell my friends about both of the services. Great job Uhaul...
