Very clean. We also rented a trailer for a car, and the employees were wonderful at helping us load the car.

They had estimated that the installation would take about 90 minutes, but once I arrived and checked in, they completed the entire install in less than an hour. The staff was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Very impressed!

sarissa L.The morning I was supposed to pick up the truck, I was running a little bit late due to some complications with both my movers and my health. I received a call from the location manager, Martin, who was calling to confirm I was picking up a truck I had reserved to use for 10 hours that day. I explained that I was running late and also advised him that I was physically disabled and dependent on others to assist me in the very stressful process of moving. Martin was super rude and quite offensive as he said something along the lines of, "Lady, I have a million customers who are in the same situation" and proceeded to tell me that, while my truck was due back at 5 pm, he had it booked to go out again at 515 pm, and I had to have it back at 5 no matter what. I was very sad that this person had such a lack of compassion and understanding that, when you're moving, things do happen and there are unavoidable delays. He didn't seem to understand or care that my situation was quite precarious and how stressful the whole situation was. It truly hurt me that he just didn't care. I realize he's running a business, but why would you book a truck to immediately be turned around when delays are such a part of the moving process? Like how about a 30 min turnaround or something so in case something happens, you don't have people waiting? It seems like bad management, in my opinion. However, when I arrived at the location to pick up the truck, I was relieved to be assisted by a very kind and empathetic gentleman, whose first name escapes me, but his last name was Pruitt. He was super apologetic for how I was treated and ensured me he would make the process as stress-free as possible for me. And he did. That is the only star I can offer for this location because of him. I was 30 mins late returning the truck due to my movers--that's a whole different story--but when I called to let the location know about the delay, whoever I spoke with assured me the delay was not a problem at all. I returned the truck, and that was the end of my experience. I will say that because of this manager, Martin, I will never use this location again, which is right up the street from my house. And he might even be the reason I will rent from Budget the next time. I was appalled at his lack of empathy, compassion, care, and every other word you can use to describe good customer service. He ought to be ashamed.

This was my first time ever renting a u haul and they where answering any questions or concerns I had and explained how everything works making it easy for me to rent a U-Haul to help a friend move from her house. Lance H.The only reason I selected no for the equipment was the truck was older, the seat was torn over time from use and very uncomfortable and the steering on the truck was very wobbly. I should have switched out the truck but I did not have time.

Felix E.I was told I could drop off the trailer after hours in the drop off location. I did so and when I disconnected it, the trailer started rolling forward. I was stuck there for 30 minutes until someone nearby was able to help me hold it while I found a rock to hold it. I called the store and the manager told me there was a 4 % incline there and I should have noticed it and that it was basically my fault. I guess I should have used a level to see this incline, especially at night. Every trailer ive used has a tongue that reaches the ground and can hold itself in place but this one does not reach the ground and the supervisor does not want to do anything to fix the problem. Maybe like having a trailer drop off spot that is level and not with an incline that can be deceiving. I will be writing this review anywhere I can find it to warn people of the lack of care this location has for their customers.

They got big control out there pretty quick… luckily no roaches in my storage… just a few tiny spiders. But other than that they handles the issue quickly.

The fact that it was almost a whole week and my lock still wasn't removed and I had to break it myself is ridiculous. There's been multiple issues with that topic of my payments and somehow there was always a communication issue within the staff. When i moved out, they were still trying to email me about my next payment. A week went by, and they were still contacting me about my payment, but when I went to check my unit one last time, they had it ready to go for the next person. So this whole staff sucks and they never answer the phone. I called to speak with someone about my move out process getting confirmed and they had me on hold for 30 minutes until i hung up. Horrible all around and I will never have a storage here again.

However there was an older gentleman that works there that came in during the process and interrupts me while I'm speaking and started barking orders to me and was extremely rude to me and the lady at the desk that was entering my information. Not only that but when I came to get my belongings I had things that are missing, such as my head boards of my bed frame, a frame for an outdoor swinging chair and two red husky bags bags that my work tools in them such as two Milwaukee drills a brand new porter cable jigsaw, circular saw, a porter cable light and porter cable sawsall and all my batteries! Approximately $500 worth of tools. Not to mention that Everything I had in the storage is now infested with roaches. I tried calling many times but no answer.

Above my unit was a hole in the ceiling (almost directly above my unit #5202) that leaked, and after time it got big. It smelled so bad, for a long time. One other thing was pesticide that dripped down in my unit and got on a box of clothes. The stain is still evident after I swept.

As I'm new and have never come after hours, I didn't know where the check in box was and just needed some directions to locate the check in box. But no reply to text or calls. Was stranded because the chair I want to put in storage was too big for my car and someone had helped dropped it off. That night was not good and very frustrating. I get its after hours but if you can't reply calls or messages, then please give to someone who can.

JUAN G. | Expérience généraleFacility is top-notch. Location of my units were not entirely convenient to parking but could have been much worse. No elevators must be very difficult for some people. Some staff were very helpful and friendly, such as Steven Leyva and Ruben (can't remember his last name but worked on Sunday 11/14/21 with Steven). Had an issue in my first unit; "making it right" seemed like an inconvenience to the GM and weekend manager rather than a customer service concern; it didn't make me feel good when I was trying my best to be understanding, but they didn't actually do anything wrong. I have no complaint about anyone or about the service or facility. I simply didn't need the service any longer. If someone wanted a clean and very secure place for storing their things and had the budget for UHaul, I would recommend this location.
