Drop off location was not included in the contract at the pickup location; although, this was brought to the attention of the U-Haul personnel. On Line: Drop off location was set up as U-Haul in Shawnee OK @ 2323 N Harrison Street. The contract as printed out at the Grissom Road location was to be dropped off at U-Haul in Seminole OK -- greater than 30 miles away from family location.BARRY K.
Try putting oil in the trucks. The one I picked up had no oil. I spent 3 hours and 36 minutes total on hold it took from 7:30am until 4:30 pm to bring another truck. Lost 8 hours.MARGARET C.
Call to Let me know if my vehicle won't be available before I arrive so I don't need to drive across town to a new location. If I do need to drive across town to a new location, offer me a discount on the price per mile. I chose the original location to minimize the mileage I needed to drive so the change in location led to me paying more for the rental than I'd planned.ANNE S.

I was charged several different charges that didn't add up and when I was asking for what the charges where I was rudely interrupted, they couldn't even explain to me why they where attempting to charge me so much.DANIEL V.
There was nothing wrong with the truck or the customer service. The only problem that I find a little ridiculous is the excessive amount of charges. There's obviously a charge to rent the truck and that's fine it's expected. But then you guy's want to charge to use the truck, per mile with gas that will be paid for by us. Then you want to charge to use the dolly and another charge for the blanket seriously? What next a charge to use the windshield wipers? You guys have to calm down with all these cash crabs.Patrick S.
Drop destination provided by u haul refused to take the trailer. Therefore had to travel to a further location and drop off after hours. I called customer service and they confirm a u haul location can refuse to take in trailers. This is outrages, I was totally inconvenienced and mislead by u haul. The general manager is very rude and has zero customer service skills. He gave attitude to everyone of his customers. I highly recommend the Uhaul corporate manger do an evaluation and reconsider there choice of general manager.ROBERT B.

My overall experience was extremely poor! At 2pm CST I went onto the site and I reserved the pickup of a van and appliance dolly at 2:15pm CST at a location that the site specifically said was available, which is why i selected it. When I got to the location, I was informed that my reservation had NOT been assigned to him yet. He suggested I call and and while waiting on hold to go to the large U-Haul location. So I drove to that location while waiting on hold. When I arrived, I was informed they were booked out through the weekend. At this point it was 10 minutes past my reservation time 3:40pm CST and I had wasted and hour of my time. I was returning home and on the phone canceling my appliance pickup when I was sent a text at 3:45pm CST, 15 minutes past my reservation time, to go to another location for the pickup of the van and dolly as they were ready and awaiting my arrival. At this point I was beyond irritated and dissatisfied. Needing to get this done I went. Upon arrival I was informed that there were no appliance dollies even though I had the text confirmation that it was ready. As you can imagine this made unloading the appliances at the destination a problem. So again, terrible experience from the start. Driving to 3 different locations around the 6th largest US city, not getting the notification for the correct location until 15 minutes after my reservation time, and then not having the equipment that I reserved. I will certainly re-think using U-Haul in the future.TYRONE W.
I made a reservation to pick up my equipment at the Eckertt location. I did not receive a confirmation call 24-48 hours prior. I had to call and confirm. I was assured my 15 foot truck and auto transport were ready and waiting at Eckertt. Turns out the only auto transport they had on the lot needed a police report and the traffic department was unavailable to help. I had to pick up the auto transport from the Grissom location. I was told by the Eckertt location GM Martin Alcala that I would be receiving a $50 reservation guarantee for having to go to a different location. Still have not seen a credit for $50 on my card. I never received my 12 moving blankets but I was charged for them. I would like that money back as well.Ethan E.
Put a new manager in at this location, Did not put in an appliance dolly so I had to stop turn around to back and pick one up. Manager was very rude will not return to that locations.Jesse C.

Do not give customers trucks with apparent issues. The truck I was issued had apparent cosmetic issues and not even halfway into my trip the check engine light came on and the engine leaked a huge puddle of fluid!Bridgetta H.

I returned 26' trucks. Attendants could be better at looking for personal effects while weary movers are checking out. I left kay's on truck keyring on one truck and a box cutter in console of other truck. I did look under seats, but missed the obvious. My fault entirely, but attendants should be trained to scan the entire interior (and keyring!)MARK R.
