FELIPE S | Overall ExperienceThe indoor units offer extra layer of security. Rental and turn in is seamless at this location vs Eckert(high traffic and limited space) for example. No complaints and will use again if needed.

GLORIA R | Online Move InEveryone was friendly but....i was given a storage unit that i couldn't get my furniture into due to the hallway was too narrow and two beams made it impossible for me to get my furniture inside. I was given another unit however i had to reload my truck and push my sofa across the parking lot my help was gone at this time so my granddaughter and i had to lift this heavy furniture .im an elderly woman mind you.the two young men in the office said they were not allowed to help me.sometimes you gave to go above and beyond and i felt they did not.

It is confusing from the parking lot where to go to speak with employees and once you think you've located it, you walk in and think - no, this is just a supply room. The employee who helped me- Lucia - was very helpful and very friendly. The check in process though is a little laborious due to required repetition from the software. I do very much appreciate the lighting and security buttons.
