Your employee did not explain anything to us about money to hold the truck. They charged me twice of $98.40. Multiple attempt to withdraw money from my account. 6 times and different amounts. When I return the truck. The employee said everything is ok. So we left then come to find out today. That it cost me $134.00. when I called this morning. The man I talked. Was no help. Costumer service was rude.

When I went to the first location to get my truck on Military Highway, they said they didn’t have one because the one I was supposed to get was not returned it wasn’t until over two hours later I got told to go get a truck at the Raby St. location. I get there customer service was poor I was already frustrated because I had to wait a few hours after my reservation to even have a truck to move. When I went to pay for the rental with my bank card from Bank of America I asked the customer service representative why it said I had to pay $100 and she told me it was $60.99. I repeated because it came back up on the screen what is this why is it asking for more money than we originally agreed on and she said they normally only does it for gift or prepaid and to just swipe it. I believe she thought I cursed at her because I was frustrated and asked why it was showing a different amount than she was telling me. Frustrated and annoyed I just swiped it and yes it was $100 and it wasn’t supposed to be and I took the truck and I left. I will never rent from that location again just because of the attitude I received from the staff and the lack of any follow-through or value for my time as a customer being delayed for hours trying to get my move started much less accomplished. I usually have no problem with Uhaul. Tighten up the customer service.

Thank you for getting my mother's belongings shipped! All the individuals that assisted me along the way were extremely friendly and helpful, with the exception of one woman who was very irritable when scheduling the final delivery date and time and left a message that she apparently did not convey to other employs who did not know what was going on when I called back. The women I spoke to when I returned the message were also extremely friendly and helpful though, so overall it was a great experience!

The steering and breaks were dodgy and swerved all over the road. Truck was clean but I almost feel like I should be getting paid to rent the truck because it was such a pain in the a** to drive.

Soo I called the local hot line number to locate a CAR DOLLY not a TRAILER. The nice lady on the phone said she found one at the Greenbrier location off woodlake Rd and that it would cause be available at 12. So.. I drive to wood lake Rd. The front door doesn't work, there's no sign stating it doesn't work so we said fuck it and went through the garage. The lady at the desk informs us that the restoration I made has been moved to the raby Rd location.. doesn't say anything about the car dolly magically turning into a car trailer. Mind you the reason I'm looking for something to tow a car with is because its not drivable. So I get to raby Rd and they point us to the trailer and apologize that they were never informed about us needing a car dolly but a car trailer. BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER

I'm leaving a review because I've reached out to Uhaul multiple times and have just had the run around. Moving is a stressful experiance, and Uhaul Uboxes only made things worse. My initial reason for reaching out to the company was because I was charged for a month of storage for my Uboxes at both facilities they were housed at, when they were only in storage for 1 month total, and was under the impression that was included in my rental anyway. I only had 1 of the managers reach out after emailing customer service multiple times and even then didn't get a response to the email I sent the manager. Before that at all stages of my move, I experienced difficulties with Ubox. The day the boxes should have been delivered, I called to find out when I should expect the box and if there were any difficulties. The time the boxes were supposed to be delivered came and went. It took 3 calls to 3 different people to get me in touch with the appropriate people only to find out my phone number was wrong (this was my fault) and they couldn't contact me to confirm the order so they cancelled the delivery. However, the driver was sending a notification to my email which was not going through. My email address was correct and working so I'm not sure where the disconnect was. Unfortunately due to the phone number issue my box was not able to be delivered that day(which was my only day off that week). Thank goodness, the driver was extremely accommodating and adjusted the pickup date to give me more time to pack the boxes. Then, when the time came to deliver the box I again didn't hear anything. I called to confirm the move in time with the apartment and the movers, however when I called to confirm with Uhaul I was told the box would be delivered around 6PM. The movers (which were scheduled through Uhaul) were scheduled for noon, and since I was moving into an apartment couldn't change my move in time slot. When I explained the situation and asked to change the time of the delivery with Uhaul I was told that was not an option. I then asked to move the delivery to the day before was also told that was not an option because we were too close to the delivery date. Their only suggestion was to move the boxes myself. Luckily my movers were able to make a last minute change and pick up the boxes otherwise I don't know what I would have done. Then, as the movers were in my apartment delivering my boxes the order for the moving services was cancelled. Forty minutes on the phone later with uhaul and then the moving company I was able to create another order but was told this has been a recurrent issue with the Uboxes. Given how expensive these services are I would have expected much better customer service, and better communication with the customer and movers. My experience with Uhaul took an already stressful move and just made it worse. I hope Uhaul will be able to improve on these issues for future customers. Going forward I would h
