Please let your employees know that we customers need to have a llitle bit of consideration and be treated with respect. Your employees at the counter are extremely rude and even your employees outside says that. They mention "they also scream at us"! I wanted to talk to the manager to complain about the woman who was screaming at me and guess what she said? ... "He is gone, he usually is not here". They charge me 12% in "taxes" and knowing that here in Ma. the tax is 6% only I asked them why were they charging me 12%? The woman just look at me and look an another one next to her and she answered, she told me that it's part of the donation to the Police Academy. IF YOU DO THAT DONATION - THAT IS YOUR CHOICE NOT OURS, AND YOU DON'T HIDE THE FEE AS A TAX FEE!!! They said it's only in Boston??? Which is not true because I called the City Hall in Boston and this doesn't happen so YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG WHICH IS NOT RIGHT, BECAUSE I CALL IT FRAUD!!! Do I recommend this place? with my eyes closed and opened NO!!! IT'S A HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND ITS ONLY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEING IN THERE!!!

I made a reservation for 10am and did not leave with my rental until 11am. I did mobile check in to try and expedite the process and I will never do that again. The vehicle given to me was blocked my 2 other vehicles and when I went to get the keys it was discovered that an employee had accidentally taken the keys home with them. They then had to adjust my contract to another vehicle so I could leave. Not super thrilled with the mobile check in. Never using it again.

The cabin was disgusting, sticky, looked like there was blood on the arm rest. The back was locked with a pad lock and we were not informed or given a key so upon arrival to the apartment after loading the everything to the curb we could not put it in the truck and had to bring the truck back to get the lock removed. No compensation was offered for this extreme hassle.

I dropped my vehicle off after business hours so i did not interact with any uhaul personnel at this location. The lot was completely full from end to end of trucks, which is great for customer selection but made the self drop off process slightly overwhelming. Because there were no open parking spots I left the vehicle by the customer entrance which the paperwork said not to do, so I fear I am going to be charged extra for that but I had no other options.

We did 24/7 pick up. We arrived at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. The keys were not in the correct box so we waited on the phone for half an hour and were finally able to get keys. Then the truck had a padlock on the back that was not removed. We waited on the phone for another half an hour. We ended up leaving after one hour at 10:30 pm and had to come back in the morning. In addition, the location is not in a safe area.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. The owner argued with us for 15 minutes because the “traffic” department didn’t update our reservation after we called and said that we decided to do a roundtrip rather than one-way. Literally told us we signed a contract and we needed to drive the truck back to NH. Said it wasn’t his fault that the “traffic “ department didn’t update our drop off, that was our problem not his. Really? It’s our fault your stupid company can’t communicate among yourselves? After arguing with us and wasting our time finally decided it was fine for us to drop off and let us go. Never renting from UHaul again - Enterprise truck rentals are much more professional and customer focused.

The vehicle was fine and I had no issues with the lovely people inside helping get the vehicles. However your car agent or technician Mr. Cruz was one of the most unfriendly and rude people I have ever interacted with. He proceeded to yell at me and get in a verbal altercation with me for following the directions on the mobile phone app. Then he got in another argument with me when I returned the vehicle with the gas at the same location it was when I received it. I took the extra charge because I wanted to get away from him so badly. Horrible attitude and clearly no desire to work with customers or people. This was my first experience with U-Haul and I was not impressed.

Very rude staff and they had a policy that I could not return the vehicle the same night because they close at 7pm. This was not explained when I booked on the app and I had to pay for parking overnight. When I arrived the staff outside told me to not even pay attention to the booking i made online and to just go inside. I purposefully booked online so I could get easy access to a pick up. This added more time and I was very unsatisfied.

We made a reservation for 9.5 hours and had called ahead to ensure that we were able to drop or uhaul back off after closing, since the location closed at 5pm that day and we needed it until 6:30pm. When we picked up our vehicle we were told we needed to have the van back by 4:45pm or we would be charged another day because too many people were abusing the after hours drop off and keeping vans longer than contracted. Because of this we were not able to accomplish picking up a furniture order and moving items to storage that day, which as a result of rescheduling and fees has cost us an additional nearly $300 in moving costs. We would have brought the van back on time. My partner has a disability and doing this in a lesser time frame put tremendous strain on her. When contacting customer care we are told this does not fall under the $50 reservation guarantee because we were able to pick up on time -- but we did not have the van as long as we needed to accomplish the purpose, which defeats the point of the reservation process. We are concerned this will happen again with an upcoming reservation where we are renting a larger truck and need our full 24hr reservation time. But apparently in-town move reservations can be altered by demand for equipment and location. So we are concerned that we will run into problems. Everyone at the location was very friendly, they cited that they were no longer allowed to do after hours drop off. Corporate customer service was unsure but said that if the problem occurred again they could extend time from there without fees or to simply not sign a contract for less time, but we were given no alternative and had obligations where a moving van was required. It's difficult not having peace of mind that our reservation will be honored for the time we reserve. There are so many logistics in place for moving it would be better to have certainty this is not going to be a problem.

The guy attending us kept making several mistakes and wasn’t clear about the charges. He didn’t even know how to use the system. I knew I was going to get ripped off once he tried to give us a 15 foot van when we requested a 10 foot van. He advised us to stay under a certain amount of gas or else we would be charged $30 plus $2 a gallon. We made sure to stay under the limit but somehow was still charged $59.38 on top of the $150 we had already paid. I am so angry for so many reasons! One, I asked for an in town truck since we had to come back to the same uhaul regardless to pick up our car and my move was still in Boston. The guy attending us, without looking says “theres no more in-town trucks anyways” when we asked. I kid you not, two minutes after he says so, we hear the nice young lady next to him offer the same truck we were renting for an in-town price to the people she was attending and even advised it was the better deal. LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was already frustrated with waiting an hour in line that I didn’t want to argue with the general manager because he looked flustered and pissy. I was advised by my brother who was with me to just take the lost since we were running late to move and to let higher authorities know afterwards. So for starters, I need a refund for the unnecessary $59.38 charge to my card ending in 4837. Two I would like my price to be adjusted to the in town price. I refuse to pay $200 to move 15 minutes away from the Mass Ave location. That’s completely insane. Lastly, I left my laptop by accident in the passenger side of the car and I haven’t heard from anyone in the Somerville location. I understand that was totally my fault. I will contact again tomorrow to touch up on that issue but I figured I would also mention that in this email as well. Please do something to fix my charges. If I knew you guys would charge $200 I would have hired movers to do all my dirty work and would have been much less stressed.

Have more people on the front desk when you open. Having one person doesn't cut it when there's a line and everyone's waiting to get their u-haul vehicle as quickly as possible, Waiting in line 25 minutes after i did everything online just doesn't seem right.

The salesperson was very rude had no patient they lied to me about the time I couldn't receive my vehicle at 6am when it was promised they never told me about they didn't open till 9 a.m. on Sunday morning so I had to pay for two extra more hours I was never aware in the location was never a 24/7 open so you can come and get your vehicle early they need to be very clear about their location when your booking online very very poor service

After speaking with this office (personally, not on line) and arranging a van. They told me, on pickup, that I couldn't use a van so we had to take a box truck and had trouble driving in NYC

I returned the vehicle with 5/8 tank of gas (which is how i received it), but it was marked as 1/2 and I was charged $12 as a result. I contacted the company twice via email and I have not heard a response.

It was a confusing process to rent a van even after completing a lot of it online beforehand. There was no clear signage for where to form a line when we arrived. Most of the process took place on my cellphone and the links did not work. Why even have me come in to meet with a person when most of the work was done on my own cellphone. There was also confusion between the staff members just trying to find the right keys for the vehicle. Also, the price shown online when registering does not factor in the gas prices or the high tax amount. I will not be returning to a uhaul dealer again unless absolutely necessary.

I feel that the people at the mass ave location, are at the top of there game I know at that location there isn't anything that has to improve they are caring and very respectful I seen the manager take time to help a customer look for some beeds that he left in a storage bin that at first it was getting mad angry because I wanted to get out of there but waiting and realizing if it was me I would want the same treatment as him so it made my wait worth it thank you

In terms of UHAUL rental, I felt the process was very smooth and our needs were met. The people on site outside were helpful and friendly, although the employees inside at customer service left a bit to be desired in terms of attentiveness to customers and service. I am disappointed with the process of returning boxes I ordered online in alignment with the 100% buyback guarantee because we brought them all to the customer service desk but the order could not be processed on site... then we had to haul them back into our car where we really didn’t have the space to store them. Ensuring they have the right systems in place to process online orders is critical, or stop offering customers the ability to order online

This location was far from our place in Boston. There were many U-haul locations near our home but still, Mass Ave location was given to us.

Boston UHAUL location was unsupportive and not helpful. They looked to me for answers about my reservation 3x and mixed my reservation up the same number of times. At the beginning of May, they called me to pickup my UBOX, to which I said my reservation says it is being kept there until June 5. I have to provide by reservation number. I was put on hold for 20 minutes while the employee figured it out on the backend. She then came back asked me where the UBOX came from and how many I had. Again, I provided by reservation #. I was put on hold again for 5 minutes. She came back and I could hear her manager telling her what to say to me. On June 5, the morning my movers were to pick up my UBOX per my reservation, I called to confirm it was ready. The employee at the Boston location put me on hold and then told me my UBOX was still in storage and "maybe it could be ready at the soonest tomorrow." I told her that was incorrect. She then told me "You called this morning to cancel the pickup today didnt you?" I said I had not. She put me on hold again, and then returned saying "oh ok so it will be ready today for you. Sorry about that." I was able to get my UBOX later, which according to my movers was taken out of storage in a hurry when they arrived. Uhaul was not prepared for me to pick it up, although my reservation clearly says it was to be picked up on Wednesday, June 5. When I unloaded the UBOX, water had seeped in and stained by couch somewhere in transit or in storage at the Boston location. Everything EXCEPT the Uhaul customers service at Boston Mass Ave location was great. I'd like to receive a $70 refund for this poor service. Thank you!

(You really need to see your staff’s facial expressions.) 2- Make sure that the truck number you rented is actually on the lot. 3- Hire staff who don’t display annoyance at the presence of customers. I dropped off late at night, and before I took photos of everything (because I didn't know it was required) I put the keys in the drop box after locking the car. I put more gas in the car than I was required to and did not get reimbursed for the unnecessary gas but however accrued a price for driving the extra mileage. Since I dropped off the van late (since moving days are usually long) no employees were there to help us. There is no fault or blame to be put on the employees at this location because I am positive if they were there the experience would've been a lot smoother, however falls on the company itself failing to explain to the customer prior to dropping off the vehicle what would be expected. Plus, the lot was extremely full making it very hard to maneuver around and was very unclear where to put the truck altogether. Wish it would've been clearer, and possibly drop off expectations (especially) when the employees are not around to assist so the process can be easier. I wish they would've been around to reimburse me for the extra gas, I filled up before I left my location and spent over 60 dollars filling the tank not knowing the gas mileage or anything on the truck and wanted to make sure I had enough, then to be charged for going over "mileage" which wasn't very clear was more disappointing. I wish locations were open later to accommodate arriving at locations late so employees can assist drivers, the employees help a lot.

While the young woman that checked me in was pleasant and helpful the rest of the experience was awful. Since the entrance to the parking lot was filled with trucks an employee directed me and another car to use the exit driveway. When we pulled in there as directed a different employee yelled at the car in front of us: are you a f----ing idiot? This is the exit! My experience only went down from there.

To whom it may concern, I am requesting a refund for my order with U-Haul. I was directed to drop off the vehicle at U-Haul Chelsea after letting the agent in Boston know I would be dropping it off after-hours. After moving to New York, I was very tired but still had to return the truck. When I arrived at U-Haul Chelsea, I took out my phone and went through the step by step process of returning the truck. This includes sending a picture of where the truck is parked (outside of U-Haul Chelsea) and geo-location tracking to make sure I am at the right place at the right time. The mobile return process worked and my final instruction from U-Haul was to return the truck's keys in the dropbox. I walked over to the building only to see a sign reading "U-Haul of Chelsea does not have a dropbox for keys, please return at 8:30AM tomorrow." I was stuck at 10PM with not 1, not 2, but THREE other families from different locations around the country. We called the hotline and no one from U-Haul's customer support was able to help us, even after being transferred to the after-hours line, they told us there was nothing they could do for us because the Schedule Manager was not online or at work. We were told we could not drop off our vehicles at another U-Haul location because of that, so were told to wait inside the truck all night until 8:30AM to return it safely without the risk of it being stolen with the keys inside. I would like a refund for this terrible experience. If you look up my account, you can see I have been a customer of U-Haul for several years. I only use U-haul for my moves, and have never used a competitor. Please help make this right.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait in line for almost 45 minutes in order to get our truck. The app check in function showed a messages saying that some part of our equipment hadn’t been assigned and that we had to stay in the line to get customer service. Two people around me with reservations got the same message. I understand it was a big moving day in the city, but we would have shown up far earlier if we knew we would have to wait on line for a pre-made reservation.

I had reserved my rental online and when I showed up to pick it up I saw my order had been canceled. I went into the office and after a wait was told I had canceled my order but I did not. I was able to get a van after the fact from the office. It just delayed The start of my day about an hour. I then returned the van 10min after my return time because of traffic outside of the drop off and saw I was charged an additional day.

I think U-Haul customer service is horrible! I never received my receipt as promised. I needed clarification on the charges and called customer service--tried several times to get thru and couldn't because of the hold time. I tried to use your website but that didn't work. Finally, I called again ant waited on hold for over a half hour!

Jasmine was extremely unpleasant and rude. I did not feel welcome in "her day at uhaul" She was not helpful until a manager stepped in who was fantastic and helped remedy the situation immediately which Jasmine was unwilling to do (or rather go the extra mile for the customer). Was not friendly or smiling like your other desk girls who have been there forever. I rent from this location about 15 days a year. IF I'm ever in Jasmines line I will wait my turn for the next available desk person no matter how long the line is! My return was with the regular staff and they were fast and friendly. The cup holder had had a few things spilled from several trips and was dirty.. back of the truck was clean.don't worry I will be back! thank you

There was a screaming child behind the counter. My reservation was for six hours, but they told me I had to have it back in two. After complaining, they agreed to let me drop it off after hours, but then ended up charging me for two days anyway, so I had to call customer service again to get my money back. Then the manager told me it was my fault. They also forgot the furniture dolly I had ordered.

The self check out was unclear and gave me the wrong directions. I asked for help and was given the wrong directions. I could not locate a vehicle. The people working at this location were rude, slow and offered 0 assistance. I finally got help from one worker who was in charge of the returns. He helped me locate a car and when I went to get a key, he saw the woman at the front desk made no intention of helping me. So much so that I ended up leave an hour after my reservation, time I PAID for. This set my whole move back and cause me to have to extend my rental by 2 hours!!!! This was the worst experience

the agent should have explained how to calculate how much gas I should have put in the vehicle so I would not leave much more gasoline in the vehicle than necessary. I got the vehicle with 3/8 of a tank and filled it to go 100 miles. I didnt need to fill it and if I knew how to read the scale on the rental contract and knew the approximate MPG of the vehicle I probably would have only purchased 10-12 gallons

The estimated price given online Was lower than the price when I picked up the van. I also learned when running the car that I needed to give a second phone number or I couldn’t take the vehicle. I needed to give them my mothers phone number at a hospital for God’s sake. I called before picking up the vehicle and was on hold for at least 10 minutes before I just gave up. If you’re not gonna answer your phones you should remove the phone number from your website. The van I rented smelled like cigarettes you should not permit cigarette smoking in your vehicles it’s disgusting.

U-Haul of Hype Park, terrible location. GM Darren is Unprofessional, rude and does NOT understand how to treat U-Haul customers well so that we can continue using U-Haul. His employee, David is no exception either. Made a reservation to pickup a 6x12 trailer on May 22nd to return at the same location for $29. When I got to the Hyde Park location around 5:30pm to pickup the trailer, the CSR David told me he could not rent me the trailer unless I paid a higher price because he only had one way trailers. I explained to David that I had just made the reservation about 2 hours ago, and that must have been an error on U-Haul’s end because I traveled about 50 miles to come pickup the trailer in reliance of U-Haul’s promise. David said the customer service f.up. they shouldn’t have made the reservation like that. It was like speaking to a brick wall. Eventually, it appears he called his general manager who did not give him authorization to honor U-Haul’s promise. At that point I contacted U-Haul customer service. Very nice representative, Alex. Great customer service. After a lot of back and forth, Alex explained about U-Haul’s mistake as to the Intown v. Oneway rate and policy. He advised me to take trailer and drop it off at MASS ave, then U-Haul would adjust the price to ensure I paid the price I was promised. Got back inside, put the representative on the phone with David. He explained to David he needed to honor the price that I was promised via reservation guarantee. David said ok and the rep hung up. David proceeded with the contract. At the end of the contract, David charged me $94.88 instead of the $29. David did not make the adjustment. So, from 5:30p, and now it was after 7pm. I was left with no choice because we needed the trailer to help a family move from Quincy to Andover, and was scheduled for 6pm. Needless to say that there was another problem I was going to have to deal with. Ended up getting to Quincy around 8p for the move. At the end of the night, dropped off the trailer at the U-Haul location in Mass ave. The next day, called U-Haul and finally I was transferred to Darren. My God. How is this person even quality to be a CSR, never mind the Gm. He was very agressive and rude and unprofessional on the phone. Thank God, I did not back in person. The representative that transferred me to Darren had explained Darren was the GM, and that he would resolve the issue. Long story short, Darren was actually worse than his employee. What a team! U-Haul of Hyde Park, MA. Anyways, realizing that Darren did not understand anything about U-Haul PSO. I asked him to transfer me back to customer service. Was on the phone for over an hour at this point. Had to get to work for a meeting. No one ever resolved the issue or contacted me. U-Haul charged my Amex a different amount from what I was promised contrary to the original reservation. Bad way of doing business. These guys are giving the company a really bad reputation. Overall it was good but... the women inside at the sales counter were professional & helpful. I used the 24/7 pickup option the workers outside for pickups were not helpful and actually rude - I was trying to find my van based on the 24/7 info I was given and it happened to be behind other trucks so one of the workers demanded I keep hitting cant find my van until I got one that was right up front - it was raining and i was standing in the rain with my phone waiting on a van to come up that wouldn't inconvenience any of the outside workers...then when I returned the location was open and the signage said wait for assistance in the drop off area so I did for 10 min no one came out so I went inside the front store and the worker said I can't help you you need to wait for a drop off attendant and I said no one was coming out and was told there were workers and they would make it out eventually... seriously moving is stressful enough - customer service goes a long way - if all the workers at this location were as professional and helpful as the 2 women working the sales counter the morning I picked up the van this location would be much better.

Service was very slow. It was difficult to figure out how to get into the storage unit and it was like I had to beg for help. There should have been an elevator or something to get up to upper level storage units. It's frustrating that I had to drive the van up an incline, causing many things to fall over inside. It's frustrating I had to put gas in the rental van when you could obviously do that (especially annoying because I don't drive and had to put extra stress on myself on an already-stressful day to remember to get gas, and that driving extra in Boston was very stressful).

My only gripe about this location is the lack of customer service, even from the mgr whom I've delt with before! (And this is in regards to the U-Haul truck share option you can use for easy breezy truck rental) if we use that service why then must I stand in line for the key to the vehicle? Especially when the line is out the door because I happened to need a truck at the end of the month which is a busy move time here in the city? The mgr snapped at me for asking if I had to wait in that line. This is just one example of their lack of patience with the customer.

They gave a truck with 1/4 tank of gas which makes u estimate amount of gas u need to fill. They won’t pay u back if u put more gas in. It the tank is full u just have to fill it up. The truck transmission would randomly down shift on the highway. Also, the paperwork said it had a half tank of gas but it was more like 7/16ths which in a 30+ gallon tank is a couple of gallons at least. I put it back to a true half tank out of fear of a surcharge but in the interest of good customer service you should underestimate the fuel level, not overestimate it.

The front desk was busy and I waited patiently to be called by the next available agent but when I walked up she did not assist me but let the other associate lecture me about the return process. How am I suppose to know what the process is??? Afterwards I was told I have an attitude and he just wanted to to be told "how the word works"...after I finished the process he slammed the truck door shut and peeled off.. Sadly the location is under staffed. Monday morning and only 1 out 2 front desk personnel fully trained (she was very polite I will say), who happened to receive a phone call from her boss who was YELLING in the girl's ear as she kept repeating that she had customers. I get the 15' van covered in dog/cat hair I mean all the seats, dash board, everything, but I had to go I was already behind since they were short staffed at check in in the first place. There is a sign that says "Wait Here an Attendant will check you out" nobody was there. I waited 10 minutes walked around looking to see if maybe there was a bell or something I needed to ring. I go to the front desk, the girl (the same one that helped me in the morning) tell me to go back and pages someone. As Luis is checking out the van I tell the other gentleman that due to all the dog/cat hair the client that I was taking to pick up the donated furniture ended up having an alert reaction and I had to stop and buy Benadryl. The gentleman proceeds to state that he apologizes that all vans should be cleaned out once returned. Along comes Luis and honks the horn to catch my attention as he was reading the gas tank. He tells me the amount is $139.20 I said ok. I say to him. "i would like to mention also that because the van was covered in dog/cat hair my client had an allergic reaction and I needed to get him some medication" Luis opens his mouth and starts snapping at me and says it's not what I did it's what you did, I said I am not saying you personally I am referring to whomever in your organization, he shushes me off and says you can inside and file a grievance I will put this on hold. I said I am not disputing the fee amount I just wanted to let you know he once again shushed me away. I am sorry but that is not a way to treat a customer. He is unprofessional and needs a training on the ability to listen to his customers. I only mentioned it so that the van did not get out away and instead of the next person having an allergic reaction they don't need an epipen or something more severe.

The customer service at this location is lacking. They need more employees to help check in and out. The guys outside were great they jumped in and helped nicely. No one would help us find our unit the elevator was stuck between floors not until the outside guys came over to help did anything get done. There was an issue with the sliding right-door that I wasn't informed about. The sliding door could not close properly and since I wasn't aware of the problem & it kept giving me a headache, until I decided not to use it anymore and that made my job more difficult. NOT CHARGE THEM HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR DAMAGE THEY NEVER DID TO THE VEHICLE. I was sent a damage report to the roof of the van that I only had for a few hours. There were no photos attached to the report so I had to take time out of my weekend and go down to the office and ask for additional information. As soon as I saw the photos I knew that there was no way I was responsible and 2 of the CSR's that were there agreed. The damage was a rusty scratch on the roof of the vehicle. I absolutely refuse to pay for damage that a previous renter caused. The CSRs are very nice and helpful but I do not appreciate the current situation, especially since I now have to take the time to chase a refund for something that is not my fault.

the only comment I have which I relayed to the attendant when I dropped off the truck: the chart uhaul provided to help determine how many gallons of gas needed to bring the tank to the appropriate level was wrong. It's a great Idea, but I followed your chart and ended up buying an extra 1/4 tank of gas- the chart was wrong. The lady at the counter was very helpful and funny and she explained well all the details, even subjected a few things which I took advantage of. I had issues locking the door of the van, I didn't know when the van door were locked. I had to check all doors to make sure they were all locked and secured. You guys should let customers know how to lock the vans/trucks or at least ask if they know how. I was looking all around the dashboard to find the button to adjust the side mirrors, but found none, I think you have to do it manually. But my whole experience was terrific.

My reservation was cancelled without notice. After asking why, I was told that I was late for my scheduled pickup time. I can understand why they would cancel a reservation for a no show, but this was on a day where half of the city of Boston was shut down for the St Patricks day parade, and gridlock traffic everywhere. I did not receive a call, text or email giving me a notice that my reservation was null. Nor was there any attempt to call me about the possible cancellation or a check as to my ETA. I received a lecture about their policy regarding the matter when I arrived. All this, after waiting for over a half an hour to even speak with anyone. The only redeeming quality were the gentleman helping get my truck ready. Very hospitable. Unfortunately, this is strike 3 for me here. I wont be returning.

Hire better staff who have people skill, ones who do not speak wit no respect, i was disrespected, spoke to by a so called gentleman that if he was my son i would be completely embarrassed by him. The Massachusetts Ave location in Boston needs major improvement. I will never step in this licatin again and will not very recommend this location to anyone. Not only was i disrecpected by was quoted one price and had to pay almost double the amount to use your equipment for less than four hours.

I asked if I could throw away two boxes from inside the van I rented. I was told no problem and to go inside. I did and then left. Double check mileage before charging the person before it’s corected. It is checked prior before leaving the lot but it doesn’t get corrected in the system before leaving. So, when it’s time to drop off they charge you for your time & mileage automatically. When it’s readjusted then you’ll get your money back if need be. It takes 2-7 business days.

The teller who took my reservation was very rude. She seemed irritated even before i was waiting in line. She didn't explain anything with any type of detail. She just kept telling me to go to the uhaul website for any information i needed. She also kept arguing with the manager at the time on the 2 way radii which i thought was very unprofessional. Overall , i would rather check myself out and not have to deal with rude people. I would not even dare to recommend to a friend, i would probably tell them to do the reservation themselves on mobile phone.
