Better customer service; to much time is taken to serve customer, agents interact with each other to much, they walk around to much, they are constantly checking their phones, when they communicate with the outside service people it takes to much time getting a response in order to expedite transactions, there should be a Supervisor on hand to make sure transactions are better handle, and customers are satisfied

There was no rear view mirror on the truck. Trying to get a copy of my receipt took forever even though there was three cashiers.
We rented a trailer and one of the safety chains was not properly installed when we left the lot. There was only one rubber clip so he used it for both chains and it quickly fell out of that holder and was dangling. I improvised with a rubber band, but for such a cheap item, I don't think you should be so careless. Just put a new one on when they are missing and do the right thing when sending someone off.
Customers should possess the ability to reset the fuel reading within the walkthrough app. Fuel gauge over-represented when picking up the vehicle resulted in an $18,00 dollar charge.
My visit and rental transaction went smoothly, without a hitch (pardon the pun!). I had my pickup truck back before day's end and everything went well. I love the convenience of UHaul!
this was a drop and go location, staff sent my receipt by text and then email just as they stated.
The employees at this location were very rude. I rented a carport trailer, I had to pull over halfway home because they were chains hanging down the whole ride home. The chains to tie off to the axle. One of the employees named Matthew, was extremely rude to me. I will never rent from this location again
This location needs more customer parking. Not a problem this time, but there are too few spaces when it is busy. I filled out all my information online including payment information when I reserved the trailer. I had to do that all over again when I picked up the trailer. If you require the information to be entered onsite, why have me do it ahead of time? Rental car companies have speedy check out in the lot. UHaul needs to catch up with the times, particularly with the problems presented by COVID-19. On the plus side, the staff at this locatoin is great and easy to deal with.

Easy to rent extend rental and return. Professional and helpful staff.
When we first rented the truck, there was a lock on the truck and one of the tires was flat. We didn't notice until we got to my apartment. We had to go back. The UHaul team member that unlocked the lock and aired up the tire was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Everything was fine.
When I was returning the van back , the staff were extremely unprofessional .. Were very short with me and rude. was asking questions and was cut off..
Not one of the three employees working inside, behind the counter, directly interacting with customers was wearing a mask when I went in. One saw me & pulled it up. The others did not. The woman helping me asked me to come closer and I asked nicely if they could put on their masks. They just looked at me like I was the problem or I was interrupting their day. I asked nicely if they could all put them on or if the transaction could take place outside and they laughed and the woman said no. The transaction took several minutes b/c the woman couldn't get the computer to work. Meanwhile a 4th employee came in w/no mask. She walked across the store maskless. I asked her to put on the mask when she got near the counter. Then the one helping me told me it was not my business, not to "jump in her face when she first walks in" and told me I should worry about myself and my mask and leave everyone else out of it. After several more minutes, the transaction finally was complete. When I got to the van I rented, it had a part hanging under the dash blocking the brake pedal. I found a guy outside to fix it and (with his mask hanging under his chin) he stuck his face in the van and moved it around so I could properly use the brake. Massachusetts has a mask mandate. Everyone in the state is required by the state to wear masks outside their homes, especially so inside buildings and when sticking their faces in confined vehicles. Circumstances this time didn't allow me to go elsewhere to rent, but you can be sure I will not be renting from UHaul again.

Only answered â€˜yes' to personnel being helpful which applies too one agent, he assisted w/1st reservation (professional great energy...once again!)(needing too cancel to still choose UHAUL for my moving needs) on arrival to location (reservations) met w/Jasmine who demonstrated unacceptable communication, behavior throughout her engagement which resulted in the 1st agent took over and completed the transaction, considered canceling as a business owner sometimes but, more importantly a consumer (many competitors), I see the â€˜Brand' as a whole. So, Jasmine (in my opinion i.e experience) does not represent your longtime UHAUL Brand My feedback was provided to manager (Ty Philip) informed will follow up w/corporate office as well (waiting callback) The â€˜Brand' bigger than a representative who doesn't-did not choose to demonstrate professionalism!!! I want too add and extend my appreciation for (1st agent) (I'm remiss to recall his name) for takeover and completion of my reservation/s!!! FYI, former consultant for corps, business-large & small in-person-phone) inorder to measure engagements (overall beginning to end) issuing reports and recordings on behalf of training, coaching-re-coaching & separation of employer-employee/s My, â€˜all' patrons who are in need of moving & storing etc. should choose UHAUL and experience exceptional service, not w/â€œpoorâ€customer experience I strive too align my business & money w/a Corp. which not only has a great product but, a great team! I would have granted five stars but...?

This has been my worst Uhaul experience ever. The truck was completely broken, the back was so dirty and the truck smelled nothing but weed.
The price was too high for the size of the van!!!
my own experience was fine, but one the other associates at the counter when i picked up refused to fully cover their face when requested by a customer and insisted that wearing a mask over just their mouth was fine. it seemed like a poor response to a customer expressing concern about COVID safety measures being followed properly
I am so glad i was able to get there while the location was open. The 6x12 trailer was difficult to remove from the hitch and if the assistance weren't there with the right equipment I don't know what I would have done.
