I use this location a lot and they normally do a great job I would recommend to the next customer to confirm fuel level on contract matches the truck's before you leave the location. I did not and despite only driving 4 miles and putting 2 gallons of gas into the truck, was charged $12.00 for fuel. Very frustrating.

The two gentlemen who helped me outside when I arrived to pick up my van were outstandingly kind, professional, and helpful. Despite the FREEZING, frigid weather, they were both smiling and cheerful throughout all our interactions... Even when the phone app wasn't working and I couldn't pick up my van without going inside. I know Danilo was the first employee I meet who was excellent and the other's name is escaping me at the moment and it's killing me because he was literally SUPERB. He's a black guy, with a beard and his name starts with a T. Both of those guys should get a raise! However, when I had to go inside things took a turn. The young women at the counter were shockingly rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. I first went to one young woman who wasn't helping anyone because the other was with another customer. I started talking and she held 1 finger up to me and "shushed" me and pointed at the other girl. Both of them indicated I had to get in line behind the other customer but I'm not sure why except that the young woman I was in front of had a large buffet of food she was eating at her counter space so maybe she was in theory, on break? I got no explanation. When it was my turn and got to the point when I had to run my card, it seemed to not work and the girl told me to enter my pin again but I'd already entered it and it never told me the first transaction was cancelled. When i tried to make sure I was going to be charged twice, she aggressively and condescendingly just barked for me to do it again because she was "telling [me] to do it again!" She wouldn't even hear my concern about being double charged and finally got angry justifying that her "screen didn't even change or say it was processing! Nothing happened, so I told you to do it again!" But I reminded her I couldn't see her screen. Finally, I was tied of being disrespected, I ran my card again and got out as fast as I could. Fortunately the other two gentlemen were outside smiling and the guy with the "T" name (I'm legit SO SORRY I can't remember it! I feel terrible!) came and even walked me over to my van which he had ready and warming up for me! I was sad at the end of the day there were different guys outside who weren't as great as the morning crew, though Guillermo was fine and professional as well.

Careless return process, so nobody officially signed my rental back in at the store. As a result, I was charged $35 for a missing dolly, even though I fully returned it within 2 hours of renting it. Never rent anything here again.

better information about drop off locations, thesee guys were buried but I had called the 800 number to confirm I could drop off here and the fellow on site was stressed to the max about it. Very friendly though and it all worked out.

When trying to pull the van out of the lot, one of the attendants parked a small pickup truck right in the way of everyone trying to leave that made it difficult for everyone to get these huge trucks off the lot. Lack of situational awareness cost you a star.

I picked up the truck using my iPhone. It took four truck numbers before I could actually find the truck. I was to go to a location and truck was not there, then I got different truck assigned. But ir wasn’t there either. This happened three times before I found the truck assigned to me.

Online booking was easy - reminder text was helpful - truck was ready when i arrived. However, i was overcharged on insurance I said i did not want and the lady at the desk did not credit me. Dolly was missing until i asked. Truck had 1 broken headlight. Truck pulled significantly to the right. Driver's door does not close well. Gas was marked at 7/8ths full but was 3/4. I took a photo showing gas and mileage. Guys who gave me truck were really nice.

I received the paperwork at checkout and when I went to pick up the truck, the employee mentioned the fuel level was mislabeled. He initiated the contract indicating the actual fuel level and told me to return it with the fuel at the new level. When I returned the truck at the drop off location, I was charged for the missing fuel.
