The equipment and locations were perfect! I used the 24/7 U-Haul app which worked up until I tried to upload the odometer photo upon drop off. A representative appeared a few minutes later and was able to finish the process on their computer. The app would not attach the photo on Android. Great service keep up the good work.

I have used U-Haul for 40+ years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. The person who waited on me was rude, condescending and kept yawning throughout our interaction. The new online check-in process was a joke! I was there for over an hour trying to complete the process. Not only did it not work correctly, but Yawning Man treated me as though I was stupid and didn't know how to work my phone. Then when he tried and couldn't get it to work, he said it was because my phone was an Android. Then, since it took so long I ended up needing the vehicle for another hour - which I got charged extra. The only positive was the pleasant, efficient young woman that checked the vehicle in upon return.

We went to pick up trailer with a dolly was never told they had no dollies until we asked & was told to call around other uhaul & seeif they had any dollies. We were charged for the dolly & ended up buying a dolly because no uhaul had any in stock.

I had a horrible experience. Checking in on my phone did not work and we had to wait in line for twenty minutes and then another fifteen to complete checking in. I downloaded the app thinking returning the truck would be easier because I had the official app but that thing is a piece of garbage. It kept having me retake the picture of the odometer. I tried ten times before I could find and employee to help but he was helping another customer so twenty minutes later the truck was officially turned in. Horrible and wasted a lot of my time. I'm glad the place was still open or you would have taken more of my money because the app wouldn't work. P.S. Richard who helped us get the vehicle was very nice. The only positive thing about the experience.

The general manager was great. However… my reservation was changed to this location and they didn't bother to tell me but then called to tell me I was late. Still didn't tell me I was in the wrong location when saying I was late. There was no other way for me to know. I had to call central Uhaul when I arrived at the original location I made the reservation and my trailer wasn't there. Then, when finally arriving, the person who ‘helped' me check in was extraordinarily rude. I mean, unbelievably rude.

Office in Monument , CO doesn't know about existance of Frisco in Colorado. This office personnel scheduled me to drive in Frisco ,Texas .

The truck is in terrible shape. It is not safe to drive over 45mph. To make the truck drive straight( the steering wheel needs to be held at a 45* angle to the right. Also, the front suspension is completely shot. On any road surface where there are dips or waves in the pavement, the front of the truck bounces violently due to the shocks being completely worn out. I assume they are the original shocks with 168 000 miles on them. Shocks don't last that long.

They fact that I had to pick up and return clear across the city gave uhaul mileage instead of making it convenient for me it was a hassle. Then the first truck had a engine light on. He insinuated is pulled out and came back when in fact I was checking the truck for damage. I've been renting uhaul for over 40 years. I'm not impressed with this corporation anymore.

Pick up process was horrible. Took 45 mins. Felt like we were being harassed at this location (Nevada, just past Fillmore). Called other locations and they even told me that was ridiculous. However, drop off was perfect, was done in 5 minutes. Friendly employees during drop off. Based on drop off alone, you would have gotten an excellent rating.

Again people that do not know what they are talking about. I was told that the hitch was ok, and that they have had other people with higher hitching systems. I don't care that the weight has to be balanced and if most of your weight is at the aft than you are asking for trouble. Improve your personal knowledge base!

Get rid of silly verification call. I pick up trailers for my business at opening and have rented numerous times from you. You have to call someone to validate I'm a local businessman that uses you often. And yes, someone offered me an application to avoid this but the fact is the requirement is silly for repeat customers. BTW, not every UHAul has this same requirement .

The online check out did not work. When attempting to sign in, I received an error and was unable to check out the vehicle. The error was not due to wrong sign in credentials but was internal. I was able to work directly with a representative in person.

The vehicle had a check-engine light on, so there was a question as to its reliability. The overall condition of the vehicle was marginal in terms of tires, shocks and it just felt driving it that it was on its last days. After having requested and reserved the vehicle on-line, I still had to go through the entire process again at the dealer. The dealer also had the wrong time of return even after going over this with the on-line person at time of reservation and the at the dealer. Very time consuming and inefficient. Finally, the fuel gauge measurement was not correct between the vehicle and the contract which led to issues when dropping off the vehicle.

I wish they told me i need to make sure i return it to the place they choose for me and put in my contract. and if i go by mistake to another place i will be charge 50 $. because i have being told there is no charge when you return and just go to Uhal in Sunnyvale (i'm new in Sunnyvale so i didn't think there is more then one dhal there)

This Uhaul location is average for my extensive experience with the organization. (11 moves in last 10 years using Uhaul trucks/trailers for all but one move, relatively frequent use of Uhaul car haulers and trailers beyond this) I have come to expect multiple visits to the same store or to be sent to another location even with a rental being booked in advance. I have also come to expect substantial wait times at any location. If I can get in and out in less than 30 minutes I consider myself lucky. On this occasion I purchased a hitch through Uhaul for self installation. The purchase of this hitch took 4 phone calls and 2 visits to the store. In hindsight I should have just purchased the hitch online. That said, the staff at this location tends to be more friendly than most. I have yet to visit a Uhaul location where the staff doesn't seem harried and frantic. While I understand and appreciate that Uhaul clients tend to be more stressed due to the nature of the business, you would think that more steps would be taken to make the process is expeditious and frictionless as possible. Some improvements have been made so far as check in/ check out with an online system. Despite this I still see great need for improvement.

The online account login is poorly designed. I'm annoyed that the person they're made us go thru our phone system instead of just providing a service. Constantly didn't call the provided requested phone number when asked and didn't follow up on correct email either.

The customer service representative was very rude (Richard Snyder). I was supposed to get a 26 foot truck and 5 minutes before I pick up I get told that there one 26 foot truck has a dead battery. Instead of providing me one that was close to the same size, they gave me a 10 foot truck which made it so I had to do five trips to and from. This added up to over 300 miles and 100 dollars in gas. The total was 376 $for the rental and instead of being flexible because they messed up, I was told it was my fault for signing for the truck and that I put the miles on so I had to pay. I finally got talk to a GM (Grady) and he charged me what it would cost to drive a 26 foot truck to and from once and I paid 186 $. Mr. Snyder's behavior reflected poorly on U haul and he should be let go at your earliest convenience.

I rented just an appliance dolly. I watched the agent enter my info and charge my credit card. She must have gone through 50-60 windows on her computer. What a labor intensive process. She already had my info, as I'm a return renter, but she had to enter my info again. I was a software programmer and analyst... U-Haul could be a lot more efficient if the program was more like Amazon's "one click" purchase when a customer is already in your system.

Facility and staff are great. They were stretched a bit thin with everyone renting equipment and purchasing moving supplies. However, everyone working there kept a smile on their face and was courteous.

The price for a 5x10 is very overpriced! UHaul needs to take the price gouging profits and give Dallas a well deserved pay raise. Dallas had to do more than needed do too your incompetent people at the Phoenix call center.
