This is the second time in a month and a half that I have used this location. They impressed me the first time that's why am in fact the second time.
Van had an oil leak and it leaked all over our new driveway. We had to add oil to the van for it even to keep running. When we returned the van, the staff was skeptical of us and their attitude was that they believed we were lying about the oil leak. That was after I showed them a picture of the stain. We asked for reimbursement for the time, money, and energy this cost us and they did not care. We had to put our own oil in the tank because you did not maintenance your vehicle properly before renting to us. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service. If you would have given me a discount off my mileage as compensation for the oil leak, I would not write a bad yelp review. But now that I got the full bill, I am going to tell the truth about your horrible customer service on Yelp. Never coming back here again.
Nothing. We were second in line, everything was in order. It was helpful to pre-register which saved time for the pickup. I was paying for the trailer when the staff person attached the trailer. I would have liked to practice attaching and un attaching the trailer, even though instructions were provided.
Grady is an outstanding customer service representative for Uhaul.
Register not working properly caused big delays for customers. That's a very basic thing that doesn't happen at other retailers. Truck was changed in the middle of the process, both were difficult to find. You should park them in numbered spots like car rental agencies do. Exterior of truck, including a very dirty windshield, was dirty.

1). Don't require a backup phone call to someone who may be busy or sleeping. That's very imposing and I'll check with other rentals before I go through that again. 2). Have the equipment person show you how to disconnect and reconnect an unfamiliar trailer rather than just having them hook it up for you. I had to unhook my trailer and had a very hard time hooking it up again because of a simple mistake I was making.
I am a regular at this location and do not like having to people get called before you can rent it's very embarrassing..... I have never been denied a rental and follow the rules .
Nothing I always have a great experience at this location cause I remember one young lady from Galleys location.
The return process was quick and easy, very friendly and easygoing. I'll use this location again in the future.
The gentleman who was working the counter when I went to pick up my truck was extremely rude and unprofessional, as I was standing in line he was speaking to the customers in English as they discussed the rental truck when the customer stated he was going to Cali Richard stated he just came from there at that point Richard switched to Spanish speaking to speak on how he feels about Colorado driver and people in Colorado, not realizing I too understand the Spanish language. Being in customers service I don't see how this is ok in anyway shape or form. I will not be returning to this location as the staff are rude in every way.

we called to say we were running late because of a terrible traffic jam and the rep said that was fine, BUT you charged us for FOUR DAYS! Really not cool! We also had to buy an adapter because the lights wouldn't work on the trailer but it wasn't our truck r, it was the lights on the trailer that needed repair. Why do we have to pay for non working equipment!

I originally reserved a 10' truck at 1193 N ACADEMY BLVD in COLORADO SPRINGS for 5:00pm via the truck share where I check in on my phone. Upon arriving at that location and checking in on my phone, I am promoted to go inside to get the keys. Well, once I am inside, I am told that the truck that was reserved for me was out of commission due to expired tags and headlights out and whatever. Already frustrated at this news that U-HAUL reserved a truck for me that could no be used, I am then told they don't have any 10' trucks available and that I must go to another location. Instead of offering me something else and trying to make it right, I am told I need to go to another location and be inconvenienced even more, after U-HAUL made this mistake?? So already upset, I go to this location on Nevada St and then I have to wait in line for 20 mins. As the minutes tick by, I am getting more and more frustrated. I didn't get my truck that I reserved for 5:00pm until almost 6pm, an hour after my original reservation. I made that reservation for that time for a reason, and time was a factor for me. Also, I used truck share because I was under the impression that it would save time, be easier, and more convenient. Boy was I wrong. And did anyone from U-HAUL try to compensated me for this extreme inconvenience, DUE TO THE MISTAKE OF U-HAUL? No, absolutely nothing. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with U-HUAL and this mistake. And even more so that nobody at U-HAUL did anything whatsoever to make this right. And on top of everything, I see two pending charges from each location! I sure hope I don't get charged twice, and I hope you can make this right.
We had to change our reservation along and they were very accommodating. They had everything we needed and more available . Uhaual definitely helped us out alot!
