The actual storage unit had no light inside the room. It would have been very helpful to be able to see inside. Otherwise the rest of the building hallways were lit well.

It seems ridiculous that someone else’s balance would affect me because I used him as a contact. Even when the balance is paid I won’t be using uhaul again.

U-haul could do better with the logistics of the app and handling the drop off and storage locations so the staff doesn't have to move things around so much. For example, if you have a truck return and storage usage, have the app offer locations that can do both at the same location. Plus if the storage is free for a month don't send messages to check in and pay. Otherwise it was a great experience.
