At 0700 why are you asking me to call someone to confirm who I am. I gave you credit card, driver's license, address, picture of me, I paid insurance, and you make me wake up someone who does not recognize your number and will not answer. If I knew, I could have talked to stranger outside, ask for number, give it to you, and I'm good. I don't know of any other business that does this. Delete this requirement. Besides this, rest was fine.
It was well maintained, but not clean. It was wet and dirty. But, since it had snowed the previous days, it was understandable. I just had to be more careful placing my items in it. Didn't want to give a false answer, nor have it sound like a negative. It's all good. : ) Staff was efficient and friendly!

I had a great rental experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a wow experience. That kind of seems strange to say but there was a moment where I said to myself "these are probably the most friendly, nicest customer service agents I've ever dealt with". Which was really nice because my moving experience was a nightmare due to the fact that it had snowed for three days straight. Really nice to see pleasent, caring and nice people when everything else isn't going well.
Friendly staff, just had been worried we would be charged for something we hadn't done to our uhaul since there was damage inside and out that had not been noted by the employee. Overall good experience, though, fast service, and the uhaul was brought to us, instead of having to search for it
My phone was being silly as far as checking in for covid protocol and this gentleman from your company helped me with my phone which was none compliant and he got me totally set up in store. I really appreciate his help. Very thankful and that you have a super duper employee.
Change policy on multiple contacts, very difficult to do this.
This is the second time in a month and a half that I have used this location. They impressed me the first time that's why am in fact the second time.
Van had an oil leak and it leaked all over our new driveway. We had to add oil to the van for it even to keep running. When we returned the van, the staff was skeptical of us and their attitude was that they believed we were lying about the oil leak. That was after I showed them a picture of the stain. We asked for reimbursement for the time, money, and energy this cost us and they did not care. We had to put our own oil in the tank because you did not maintenance your vehicle properly before renting to us. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service. If you would have given me a discount off my mileage as compensation for the oil leak, I would not write a bad yelp review. But now that I got the full bill, I am going to tell the truth about your horrible customer service on Yelp. Never coming back here again.
Nothing. We were second in line, everything was in order. It was helpful to pre-register which saved time for the pickup. I was paying for the trailer when the staff person attached the trailer. I would have liked to practice attaching and un attaching the trailer, even though instructions were provided.
Grady is an outstanding customer service representative for Uhaul.
Register not working properly caused big delays for customers. That's a very basic thing that doesn't happen at other retailers. Truck was changed in the middle of the process, both were difficult to find. You should park them in numbered spots like car rental agencies do. Exterior of truck, including a very dirty windshield, was dirty.

1). Don't require a backup phone call to someone who may be busy or sleeping. That's very imposing and I'll check with other rentals before I go through that again. 2). Have the equipment person show you how to disconnect and reconnect an unfamiliar trailer rather than just having them hook it up for you. I had to unhook my trailer and had a very hard time hooking it up again because of a simple mistake I was making.
I am a regular at this location and do not like having to people get called before you can rent it's very embarrassing..... I have never been denied a rental and follow the rules .
Nothing I always have a great experience at this location cause I remember one young lady from Galleys location.
