I've rented from U-Haul many times over the years, including from this location. However this time, the associate was very skeptical and required an additional contact, whom he insisted on calling to verify. Upon my provided additional contact not answering, they proceeded to let me rent the equipment anyway as long as I promised to return everything on-time. This proved their discrimination. Absolutely unacceptable. I provided payment and identification as per standard. That will be the last time I use this location. - Straight white male 2024

Kevin PRoberto, the only employee on duty, was amazing. I had a 9:00 appointment but since he had to install my hitch, rent trucks, answer phones, fill propane, and accept receivables, it took him until 11:30 to finish my work. He felt terrible about the situation.

Jennifer BJay is awesome. So knowledgeable and polite. He deserves a raise. (Seriously. The guy ahead of me this morning got all teed off because he couldn't give Jay the number of anyone who he could call as his backup that early in the morning. The guy threw some expletives and stormed out. Jay handled it perfectly. I stepped up to the counter, Jay treated me like I was just the next customer in line; like the customer and his behavior before me never happened. No mention or attitude about the guy that had just walked out. Some less professional people would likely say something snarky about it. Jay was cool. You don't see that kind of professionalism much these days.

I thought any minute it would conk out as there was constant rattling and the truck (15') had no pickup. The truck itself was clean. I recommend it to a friend only because of the customer assistance rendered.

John FActually check the fuel level to make sure its the same as what the employee is marking on the contract. I rented the largest moving truck you offer and 4 miles down the road noticed it was 1/8th of a tank from full so i took a picture with my phone which included the milage and time and date stamped as well and at the end of the day i showed the picture to an employee and she said there wasnt anything she could do about it so instead of leaving it at the same level as i received it i left once again and had to put an extra $20 dollars out of my own pocket to bring it up to full which is where it should have been at if they would have visually checked the level before i picked up the truck or better yet after the last person dropped it off. Kind of disappointed about that.
Steve NWhen I arrived the medium boxes I purchased online were not available so had to work with large and small boxes. When I was given the key to the truck, I asked where it was located and the agent said she had no idea - she said to just go out and look for it amongst the other trucks.

Matthew BYou could fill in that giant hole from the parking lot to your office. The water was to deep and wide to step over or in. Also, have a bigger crew on Friday night, you were too busy to show me the truck, so when I needed blankets and a dolly, the back was completely empty, so money you lost. I took the truck with just over a half tank. It's true, I was exhausted and my son-in-law was getting nagged on to hurry home, and I forgot the gas...but I'm pretty sure that 3/8 of a tank to a little over a half, is no where near 15 gallons. An expensive lesson for me.

I was charged for a lock after being told I would have a lock waiting for me in the unit. For the lock to be there. And then the worker wasn't able to return my refund. The GM had to call me the following day to offer refund. Still waiting for refund to apply back into my account

DAVID AThe tow dolley trailer is VERY loud when driving, it is the ramps that stow, maybe some sort of rubber gasket could improve it-it is not great for the driver, but also other drivers hear it and see UHAUL so its not a good uhaul brand observation. Otherwise, was all good!

Valerie RI can't rate your storage facility because I never actually rented the unit. My plans changed and I didn't need the unit but that didn't keep you guys from charging me. Now I can't get my money back and the gentleman at the store is older than God and has no clue how to work his computer system so now I'm at a $120 loss because staff is poorly taught. Maybe this has something to do with the app I was instructed to go through for the storage unit but that should have no barring on a refund. Staff told me I was and I quote, "all taken care of" when I returned and maybe I'm from a different planet but I took that as I was "all taken care of" and it's okay for me to leave. I never would have left knowing this was going to be the outcome.
