Car was bad and the steering need to be fixed. I drove the car to Nh and the whole time ppl were honking at me for the car going left and right. Plus that I returned the the at full tank and you guys charged me 18$ idk for what. Managers suppose to follow up with me and if I don't hear anything I will fill a huge complaint.AHMED A.

The truck had almost no gas in it when we picked it up but our paper work said it was full. When we noticed that, we went back in to tell them and was told they would correct the paperwork, but when we got the invoice, they overcharged us for gas. We called back and a manager was supposed to call us back. They did not. The person at the counter who signed us in was excellent though.deb K.

I had a 1 pm pick up, did not leave until 3pm. Had to try 3 tow dollies to get one with proper wiring. The dolly was not tight on the ball and came off while loading. Fortunately my head wasn't in the way. Complete pain to get the dooly back on properly. Not a good experience at all.Carl R.

I didn't rate this location as poor because of the team that works at this location. They were working very hard to accommodate customers and check them in as quickly and professionally as possible. It seemed as though they were understaffed for the "Sunday rush." I and most of the other people had an appointment, so predicting staffing needs should be easier. I waited for 1-2 hours to be checked in and receive my rental.BARTON H.

Very disappointing. Truck smelled like cigarettes, food trash still inside from previous renters. Rips in upholstery, and overall dirty. Tried to report it when we returned-no one was interested. We won't use this location again.Christopher R.

My vehicle wasn't checked-in until a day after I returned it to the store. I was charge both days, as well as for not filling the gas tank (which I did). This is unacceptable and had I not reviewed the receipt, I wouldn't have noticed the overcharge. I wonder how many other clients have the same issue and don't notice or don't have the time to chase down their money.Samuel R.
I left my WeatherTech phone holder in the van. When I went back this morning (10/28/21) they could not find it. I'm not sure if the next person to rent the van has it but I figured the staff would have found it and held it for me as they cleaned the van and prepared it for the next customer. I was overcharged for my rental. It should have been 80 $but the charges were 115 $. No explanation given. The cab was dirty. The vehicle had no pick up, needed an alignment & I couldn't move the mirrors to be able to see properly. Not very pleased overall.ANNEMARIE S.

Understaffed, and I called 3 times and waited on hold 20 minutes and when I got through was told I didn't have a unit waiting even though I had confirmation and a reservation number from my online order. When I arrived I was given a unit that had a lock on it. The manager walked out to the unit with me and removed the uhaul lock. She was very helpful. We were told a storage unit was included with our truck rental. When we arrived no unit was reserved. We got that straightened out and then told we had to buy a round lock. We did. Then in the storage unit was a new round lock. So we moved our stuff in and went to get a refund on the purchased lock. We were told that the lock was necessary and no refund would be given. If we had gone to the storage unit first we would have had a free lock. After going round and round we asked for the manager who refunded our lock purchase.
