I did not realize Saturday morning would be so busy (my fault), but the team did an excellent job of helping all of the customers and had very positive attitudes. The associate who helped me was great, and while waiting in line I could see that the other two associates were just as helpful to their customers. Good job.

I rented a 6 X 8 trailer. The trailer was somewhat dirty. One of the four tires had a screw in it that caused a slow leak.

My unit had holes in it when I moved in and they weren't supposed to rent it out, but I really preferred a first floor unit so they made an exception for me. Very great staff!

All in all my experience was terrible. The unit I rented was on the second floor, and there was zero elevator at this location. Therefore I could not move all my stuff into it and when I asked for a different unit that was on the ground floor they upsold me told me there was only a massive unit left which was an extra hundred dollars a month and I had no choice but to accept that because by this time I had already moved all my stuff from Austin here and had no else to put it so it felt a little predatorial how they treated me. And by renting a U-Haul truck I'm supposed to get a first month free for my unit but of course that doesn't apply to the new unit I had to get because I couldn't unload my stuff into a second floor walk up unit. This was the worst experience I've ever had and after I move my stuff out, I will never use U-Haul again for anything.

When I dropped off my vehicle, I had a storage unit at this location. The unit was on the second floor there was no elevator. Our non-profit rents the 26' moving van for large events we put on 5-6 times per year. We move most of our equipment and supplies in black plastic bins and wheeled carts. We have noticed that starting last year that the newer trucks have loading ramps that are probably 3' shorter than the older ramps. This means a significantly steeper ramp which also has a very steep transition on the last foot at ground contact. This makes it much more difficult to get heavy loads up and down the ramps.

The store personnel was helpful and knowledgable. No issues with obtaining the truck and it was just what we needed for our move. Slightly frustrating that we were notified at 6pm the night before that the original reserved pick up location and equipment (including a very necessary furniture dolly) was not available. It wasn't this location's fault, but an overall piece of the uhaul experience. The nice lady at this location took good care of us and got us ready for the next morning pick up.

I rented a 10x10x10 unit to arrive and find that I actually had two separate 5x10x10 units. This should have been disclosed in advance. I was also under this property had an elevator, however it was stairs only. I would have rented at a different property knowing these things. Lastly, I have an email receipt saying I qualified for a free first month. When I checked in I was told that was only for 5x10 units. I asked since I had two if I could get one of them free and was told that was not possible. I arrived ready to pay $7 for my unit and left paying $124. I wish there would have been more communication so I could have discerned if this was the right property for my needs.

The staff was phenomenal. But the units were less than exceptional. There was no elevator, and the unit was not what was expected, instead of a single 10x10 unit it was Two small walkin closet like units. The best thing other than the Staff was they eagerly refunded my money when I wasn't pleased.

Manager,Andre LeDay,rude,disrespectful,unprofessional; Called me sarcastic,told me i,"..did not make any sense". When I inquired about a rental truck,his listening skills were extremely poor. Emotionally unstable. Gave me an extremely hard time when i told him that i, literally, only need to truck to go 300ft next door and back to my storage, which i just purchased 12hours prior, If i did not need this storage unit,i'd request my money back and take it elsewhere.

Storage was fine. I also rented a truck and when I brought it back, they told me that I stole a dolly. I do not need or have to steal to get anything that I want. I will be filing a complaint for this location because even though it's only $30 it's ridiculous to think that I would steal something.

Everything was done very smoothly. However, I am on a cane. An my unit to the entry door is a hall. I was informed the door directly in front of my storage, was locked an couldn't be opened! So it put more work on myself an my movers.

I made my reservation online and when I arrived was told the unit I had reserved was not available. The only one that was available was almost 3 times the price. They called the closest other facility and they also did not have the right unit available so was going to be double what I reserved. Staff on location said "that has nothing to do with us it goes through corporate we can't help you." It took 20 mins of waiting before finally one offered 1 month free in the expensive one and now I have to go back to move all my stuff at my own cost when the correct unit becomes available.

Reserved a 10x15x10 unit and when I went to get it I was told it was no longer available. I was then given a 10x10x10 unit. Once I was charged, I realized that it was was inside and the unit that was given to me was not there. So I ended up having to get a bigger unit. It was a very frustrating situation and even though I did end up with a unit it was bigger and more expensive than what I have originally wanted to reserve.

I arrived with a reservation for a climate controlled unit and it was over 90° in my unit. Had to change units but the staff wasn't very motivated to change it until I continually complained. This was a Sunday and a manger with the authority to do so was not on site. I was moved finally that same day. Since then, I have been contacted twice stating they didn't know which unit was mine. First time, we corrected the issue then a week later I was asked again because they lost the paperwork that I drove up there to fill out. Their organization is terrible and very unprofessional!

I reserved the unit online. When I arrived, the staff did not know what was available or where the unit was located. I spent almost an hour (and $50 for hired Labor) waiting for my unit. When it was finally handed over, it was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the facility. Large heavy items would have to be moved in the staircase which would be extremely difficult. I had to cancel the storage. Very disappointing and expensive.

My last name which is Brown is spelled wrong. They were suppose to correct when I was at the store and I see they have not. When we had come to park our trailer the spot we were told that space was occupied and that they couldn't find our account due to the last name not being corrected. So was not a great experience to start with.

J booked two different storage units and neither of them were available/ cleaned out for me to move my things into. This was very frustrating and a waste of time in the middle of a move.

I've had a problem with my door code but the manager yesterday cleared that up over the phone. My biggest concern there now is the fact that the lighting is not working at night so it's very very dark and unsafe. I spoke with facility yesterday and they told me that it was a problem that stemmed from the ice storm but he's working to get that fixed waiting on the electrician but I explain to him that is very dangerous and he said he would get on it right away again. The entire staff here is very helpful though so I know he'll get it done.

The gentleman Nigel Hilliard was fantastic! He helped me get a better unit because I found out the original storage unit I booked online was upstairs and he had no elevator so Nigel Hilliard found me a ground unit outside to help because I did not have help unloading my truck. Nigel also tried to help me as much as he could with my truck dilemma but unfortunately the system would not allow him to help me more than what he wanted to but he has fantastic customer service skills and he definitely should be promoted to a better position if possible because you need more people like him in your establishment.

This location did not have the size of storage unit available on my move-in date, so my stuff had to be split up between two locations last minute. I also rented a truck and materials. Upon arrival I was told the moving materials I rented were not available. However, the truck I was assigned ended up having the supplies inside. The staff did not seem informed of who was coming in/going out that day plus they were understaffed. Though my overall experience was not satisfactory, Victor, the manager, did a good job rectifying the situation.

I was told that there was a freight elevator available to move my things to the second floor. They only had a small elevator. I reserved at 10by 20, the manager gave me 2 , 5by 10 units instead.
