All Employees (Shearra, Justin, and the guy from New York) were EXCELLENT, HELPFUL, PLEASANT, and welcoming. The only thing I did not like was NOT being ASKED if I wanted to purchase the Safe Tow Coverage (because I know my full coverage auto insurance covers ANYTHING ATTACHED to my vehicle), and it was AUTOMATICALLY added to my price. I would like to ask for a REFUND of the $8.00 fee!SONJA R.

This is an one way rental. I had to pick up the truck 15 miles away from my house. hey told me when I return the truck they will compensate for the mileage but when I return the truck they told me I should have asked for the mileage compensate when I pick up the truck. I had to pay extra 8.80 and not happy about that.CONG V.
The staff, the location and equipment were all good and I would.have rated excellent if it werent for the fact that Uhaul does not load a customers vehicle.on to a towing dolly. Being that i have never used one was a bit scary to do. I was instructed to watch a you tube video that did guide me, butt it took me over an hour to complete the process at your location in pouring rain with no help from anyone. After I was done loading and securing my vehicle i still left with an uneasy feeling on an over 185 mile trip. I was unsure the entire drive if I had properly secured my vehicle to your Uhaul dolly. That made this a not so good experience.Isaac G.

Don't double book equipment online when you can't confirm whether you have adequate resources to cover it if both reservations show up... reserved a van online only to find out as I was literally attempting to access it through the contactless online pickup system when someone came out with the keys and drove off with the exact unit I was attempting to rent. Have reserved trucks physically on the premises for customers to pickup at their designated reservation time, for starters. Implementing security for equipment parked in the parking lot should be mandatory. Man shifts with more than 1 employee for proper intake of returned trucks. I could go on, but ....PATRICIA J.

He even showed up because someone called in! He also let me know about the one month free storage, I didn't think I needed it but we did! I was so thankful for him telling me.
