And with all of this, the company did not provide me with a discount for the inconvenience which was disappointing.

Clare S | Online Move InIt was not nice because I completed my contract on September 3rd and was informed that I would not be charged for that month, but on October 3rd, I discovered a storage charge at their facility. When I called customer support, they said they would eliminate the October fee but not the September charge. So, I was misled when I dropped off the storage unit at the business on September 3rd. The customer support representative, however, was nice and helpful.
