The uboxes were late on the first time picking them up and I was not notified about it. For picking them up after transportation, they were a day late but that time I was notified. Everything arrived well.

Equipment that is not functional should not be sent out with a customer. Additionally, the staff is not customer oriented and should have proficient manager that is able to handle the volume of customers especially during peak demands.

We rented a truck and storage unit on Sunday, Sept 29th. The back of and deck of the truck was covered in shards of glass, resulting in an injury to my son, which required a trip to urgent care. When the store was contacted multiple times to inform them of the incident, no one would answer the phone. For two days. After contacting corporate, they claimed any extension charges that occurred would be waived due to the negligence of the Uhaul employess not checking or cleaning their truck, and that the manager Mandy would be in touch with us. It is now Oct 15th, and Mandy has never once called us back on the truck issue, nor the storage unit problem. We were told the 24hr access we requested (and were supposed to pay extra for) was included with our storage unit. We found out the next day when we showed up at 12:20am, that we'd been locked out of our own unit since midnight. Called Mandy and left a voicemail at 12:30am on Oct 4th, 5 days after we got the unit, and have had no call back for that issue from Mandy either. No one from this store has reached out to us FOR ANYTHING, and today they had the audacity to send us a bill for over $200.00; for the same charges we were told would be waived. And wouldn't you know it? The store isn't answering their phones again, for the past hour since me recieving the emailed "receipt" of fees. Good thing I got to make a claim with their insurance company, as the actual operations of this certain facility are a joke.

Other than the man at the front desk charge the credit card on file and not the one I was trying to hand him we had a decent experience this is my second time using them although I hope to not move again for a long time I would use them again.

National phone scheduler did not make the appointment correctly so they weren't sure the part was available. By luck it was and the appointment went as scheduled, but the national UHaul desk needs better training / connection with the install sites.

The truck only had a 1/4 tank for us to start out. it seems like you could have more gas in a vehicle so someone wouldn't feasibly have to start off by filling it up or whatever. The ladies in the office were very friendly and professional.

I rented a 5' x 9' utility trailer with ramp to haul a motorcycle which worked out really well. The only problem that I had was that the ramp was slightly bent which made it really difficult to remove the pin to lower the ramp. I wasn't able to get the UHAUL app to work on my I phone. I was able to successfully create the account but wasn't able to log-in. I kept getting error messages. I even created new passwords and still kept getting error messages. I returned the trailer an hour early but it was after hours of operation. I'm assuming everything went ok with the returning of the trailer.

I really dislike how long it took me to drop off the truck after hours. When the site did FINALLY pull up my order, after saying multiple times I didn't have an order (was on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for help from the 24hr line but no answer) I got through it relatively easy, but still miss the system before.

The Hitch Installer sent me somewhere else to have my old Uhaul hitch removed, which was under Uhaul warranty, costing me an extra $250. And due to that, I had to leave and come back leading to me wasting most of my day sitting in the Uhaul store (literally from 9am to 4pm); I had an appointment, but since he sent me somewhere else, I lost my appointment. I live an hour away and this was the closest Uhaul that was suppose to service hitches. The staff in the store needs more training and help. It takes too long for them to help one customer. My hitch was under the Uhaul warranty but they tried charging me full price (over $400) after a day of sitting in their store and waiting a crazy amount of time in line to check out. The clerk told me he couldn't give me my keys because he didn't know how to apply the warranty and I'd have to come back the next day; I told him that wasn't happening. It finally was ironed out but all of this was happening as a line of people were waiting for the clerk to fumble through this. It was a terrible experience at Uhaul and I sat there all day and watched many other people have bad experiences.

Excellent service. The representative at the store responded to our last minute request to change to a larger truck. it was at the location and ready to go at the time we were scheduled to pick it up. The truck performed well and our 900 mile trip went well.
