Even though I had the seatbelt on, the light kept on going off as if I wasn’t wearing my seatbelt, this vehicle was extremely dangerous because the driver’s mirror was lose so the wind kept pushing outward and I was unable to see incoming traffic, I had to stop several times to adjust it for it to move again with the wind. The gentleman that helped me gave me the keys and told me to go outside to find the vehicle without taking the time to go with me to show it to me. I would really like a percentage of my money back. The staff was friendly but I felt rushed.

I lived in Quincy, and needed to move to Rehoboth. Nobody told me until it was moving day that I would have to travel all the way to Brockton, to pick up the truck I needed to move my belongings in. That cost me a lot more in gas, and everything else to do it this way. I should have been informed before I said yes to the rental. I’m really pissed off about the lack of communication that went on during this rental. The whole thing was just ridiculous, I will never call Y- Haul again, as far as I’m concerned, that was a pile of bullshit, that I was given. I’ve used Y-Haul many many times, not once was I treated this way. Well it will never happen again! I’m all done with ever calling that place ever again. Thanks for nothing! Paula J. French.

Great experience at this location. Clean and ready vehicle. LOVED the text link to enter the information when examining the van before leaving the lot. The guys inside were friendly, helpful and speedy. Great experience and highly recommend this Brockton location. Thank you!

Get a new manager I was called by the manager of the U-Haul the truck was supposedly overdue I had spoke with someone in the call center about extended it like credit card was locked and realize it the guy actually cussed me out told me that I need to turn the truck very rude Tom you should’ve put the truck stolen very unprofessional I would never come to your location again everThe number he called me from was ?+1 (774) 360-4936?

This location provided us the wrong keys when we had scheduled for mobile pick up before hours of operation. We then had to wait for the location to open, 2 hours later. When they opened they did not have all of the supplies that we had reserved. There was no furniture dolly. The truck had shattered glass all inside the bed and ramp.

The manager and staff Jonathan were nothing short of wonderful . There was a problem with my first reservation at another location and they fixed it and helped me with a credit to make up for another location mistake with no questions asked . They were both so pleasant and Friendly and overly helpful and polite. You can tell they both take pride in helping people with their rentals they go above and beyond . So much to the point I’m sending them a thank you gift for being so wonderful during my stressful time of moving !!!

Truck had over 178K miles on it, you couldn't find a straight panel on the entire body, total mess. The cab was fine, the box was dirty. We had to sweep the entire box and mop the attic before we would put our products in it. Brakes were inconsistent, it was a total rattle trap and at highway speeds the drivers door leaked air so bad you couldn't hear your cell phone ring let alone talk on it! The guys at the site were fine, the truck was junk. I rent 2-3 times per year from this site, next time I will not accept this type of truck especially when there was a fairly new 26' sitting two spaces over from the one I was given. When I got a van, I was told the gas level was on a 1/4 of a tank. When I went into the van the gas light was on and the 2nd van was supposed to be at 1/2 tank and it was a 1/4. The staff need to better check and accurately record the vehicle information.

Truck cabin was full of sandy dirt. Should have been swept out before renting. Online process failed a few times. So still had to verify all over in the store. Very clean location however smelled like dirty mop and u can see they just mopped.

I was very frustrated upon returning vehicle; I called for assistance was on hold 15min tried to walk thru return online but proved to be extremely difficult. I phoned for assistance again was able to report vehicle returned to same location I rented from. I hope I am not overcharged. If I have to return a vehicle again using your vide and walking thru obstacles I will not rent another vehicle from Uhaul.

A employee instead of taking customers that had been waiting for some time, instead started rambling about personal issues... that was until another employee told him to take the customer instead of complaining about personal issues. Employees can definitely be more prompt to helping out customers. But do have to say it after the ball started rolling it was great and I was out the door.

This place is soooooooooo unprofessional! They charged me insurance after I specifically said NO. I called and ask to speak to the manger and he would not talk to me. He refused they are all rude!!
