My card was charge 3x I agreed to pay $79 why did I get charge for a extra 20 dollars and 58.58?????????????????

Had to fill the gas tank back to 1/4 and overfilled the tank as I did not know how much a 1/4 would take in a van of that size. So I lost some money and since I work for a non profit, I did not want to submit the expense for overfilling. I might recommend to offer a chart with approximate amounts for the size gas tank.

Customer Service agent was not thorough if they had explained the after hour renter procedure I would not have been overcharged for a four and half hour rental.

Location was changed even after the confirmation. Front desk were below average. Instead of servicing my order, they were busy bitching about another customer breaking her privacy. Not good at all.

Make sure that your Employees do not use the vehicle then bring them back with miles on there that are not reported in the computer. I drove 6.5 miles and was charged for 15 miles. Manager said there is nothing he can do .. horrible answer and customer service. As an establishment you accommodate the customer. Manager Emmanuel refuse to do so...yelled at me and said I should have checked the miles before I left... Why should I when the company providing the service should be doing that.. Never will I use Uhaul again... terrible experience...

Truck was not in therefore it delayed my moving. Had to wait 3 hours before I could pick up a truck . Request was for 8 hrs.they wanted to give me 5. Truck was very old. Extremely difficult to drive.

They might need to hire more people. I went there and waited over half an hour. No one was in the store to assist me. Almost 40minutes later someone came along with a few more customers. When I call to report this, the lady could not help me so she transferred me to customer service. I've waited over 20minutes on the phone and no one was available on the phone from customer service to help me. I'm very disappointed in Uhaul. They have a lot of rude people working there and they are useless because they don't know what they are doing. The service is very poor. I would not recommend anyone to Uhaul. Next time I'll go to another company. I am very unsatisfied. I wasted almost an hour before anyone could help me. This is unacceptable.

The General Manager of the store was very rude to customers. I witnessed two times he replied to customers like there were idiots. I waited more than ten minutes to be served in the store for a little reservation I made. I will not advise the location for anyone who is in the hurry. They are very slow on taking care of customers. When it came to my turn, he barely replied to me and even looks insulting when I was asking him questions. I believe all the staffs at the location need more training on customer services. My return was very quick and simple. However, one of the staff didn’t even want to talk to me and just walked away when I asked him a question. I am sure many customers will have the same review as I if they rent from the location this weekend. I got the impression that all the staffs at the location are not happy to work at U-Haul. Trainings are needed for all staffs in that location. William

This was the most frustrating mismanaged error prone rental I have ever had. My original reservation was changed to a location 30 minutes further away because the equipment was not available near me. When I went to pick up the truck and car dolly I was told the dolly was unavailable. I was told I needed to upgrade to a transporter for $40 more. Then I was told there was no truck available for a one way rental. Why was I sent to this location? I ordered 2 types of hand Dolly’s and pads. Guess what, they weren’t there when I got home. Somehow my drop off location had also changed to an hour further away. I asked for this to be put closer. It was changed to Alexandria after I said I preferred Fall Church. I was told Falls Church didn’t take drop offs. Upon arrival at the Alexandria location they refused to take my drop off. They did give me the local number to call. When I called to get a location they said go to Falls Church. I explained how I was told they did not take drop offs. She said they would. It took me 4 times pleading with her to call them to confirm. She finally relented. I believe I am owed for being overcharged for the transporter, the Dolly’s and pads, and for a generally very unpleasant experience. Feel free to call me.

The representative was extremely laxodasical and showed no urgency. Many other guests were waiting in line and complaining of his unhelpful attitude and slow processing. When I finally was helped, he took a personal phone call AND went to the restroom throughout the transaction. Finally, after I received keys i was sent outside to find the truck myself on a huge lot where i found other customers upset trying to find trucks

They only had one person working the desk, when I walked into rent there was 10 people in front of me and only one boy working. I waited in line over 35 minutes, this is very very poor customer service. I will think twice about ever renting from U-Haul Brockton again.
