Used you guys again, rented a TM-10. And took the same route I did last time. Guess what? It came out to 3 miles on the car. But last time they counted 12 ? I’m glad people can count

People are great. Everyone was really nice when I got there. It was a little rough trying to get a truck until we attempted to return the truck. We were given the keys to the wrong truck. It took a while to return, cause we appearantly were given a different truck to check out, but given keys to another. Also. At checking in , the guy said that we traveled 12 miles. We litterally went down the street, back to another home , and back to uhaul. I calculated the mileage, it came out to 2.9 miles. Nowhere near fucking 12. I didn’t say shit cause it was unbelievable and it was packed so I didn’t want to cause a scene. Just to clarify. We were given keys to a truck that was not checked out, (so who knows if it was checked in correctly), and then overcharged, I even filled the tank to half way! Not happy.

Someone at uhaul overcharged my card and put in the wrong return date. I would like for someone in customer service to contact me a asap. That's not right at all seeing that I use uhaul all the time. And the employees at this location not helpful or caring at all

I've used this location several times now. On this occasion I just dropped in instead of ordering beforehand. Two girls were handling the orders, and it got busy. Instead of looking panicked or the least bit flustered they looked at each other and happily said, we got this! The young lady who took my order, I believe her name was Destiny, went over everything clearly and professionally and had me out of there without feeling confused or rushed. AND, even though there were several more people behind me she came running out because I had left behind my licence & credit card. AND! She quickly helped this senior citizen find his rental before sprinting back inside. Good stuff. When I got back before closing she was outside manning the return line and had me processed out as efficiently as I was processed in. She remembered me and asked how my moving day went and I thought, this is how a business should work. I felt my business was appreciated. End of story.

Phillip was a horrible customer service representative. He was unapologetic when our ordered was cancelled last minute. We were utterly surprised and disappointed when our truck was cancelled less then 2 days before pickup despite having a reservation done a week ahead. He said uhaul has the right to cancel any order even without notice. If you don't enough trucks then sell false advertisement and let people know last minute about a cancellation. Phillip even said uhaul has done cancelations without letting customers know ahead of time so on the day of pickup, that's when customers find out about it. That's is misleading and unfair! Never will I rent from uhaul again!

I would recommend the rep double check the gas and mileage with the customer before the customer drives off . Also, it has to be a better way to check in your rental for I waited 15 minutes for someone to come outside to check the truck and finalize the charges. I do understand it was busy inside and only 2 persons working at 1030 am.

What got charged for 2 days i used the van for like 3 hours Contract number 85450436 Talked to consumer service and she confirmed there was a mistake and told me store will be able to correct the charge but when i went to the store they were not able to resolve it. Very aggravating

1 training your staff how you have a better costumer service (specially the one in Main st Brockton) 2 staff don't explain what the process is meaning when you return after ours 3 put your costumer going through wasting time to creating an account just to return the truck which the all thing gives you hard time ridiculous 4 keep charging your costume's card with the service is been use its stealing So top charging my card please 5 keep your store manager in the store every time you call to speak with manager their are not there and your employees does have answers for simple question which they should know since they work there. ....

wait time in line when going to pick up a truck.....maybe have a special line just for reservations and also the phone calls..........wait time for someone to answer is ridiculous

I had to wait an hour to just pick up because of how unorganized it was. It seemed like every truck was over booked. My reservation time was 9:00 am and I was on time. I didn’t leave the lot until 10:00 am. Also I had to find my U-Haul. No one in the biuldibg knew where it was or would help me find it

Reservation was pickup in Norwood, drop-off in Worcester....I wasnt told those could be changed without notice. When I got there, manager couldn't find reservation (name was changed to driver), he would not look up under reservation number, then he said it was for 7am (when I had reservation and text saying 10am). He did not listen to me when I was trying to discuss it, turned away to speak with employee...Extremely poor customer service all around. I will never use haul again! There are many other truck rental companies with much better service.

I chose Easton location to pick the truck up. When I went there at 8 45 am a very nice personality lady told me i have to pick it up at Brockton location since they don't have that size truck. When she checked The system, a note said they "Brockton employee called, left message and emailed" . Never recieved any of them. I made a reservation for a reason to pick the truck up at 9 am and not to wait for the truck. I arrived to brockton location at 9 10 and with waiting in a line it was already 10 am. An Employee was unprofessional, disrespectful and was using F... words for no reason with almost every customer. This is a valid reason why people don't want to go there.

The time spent waiting to pick up rental was extremely to long, the truck that I rented was bogging on the highway. Felt like it was going to stall the entire way. Was moving to a town 35 miles away and wasn't allowed to return the rental to a Uhaul that was 2 miniutes from my new house. Upon returning the truck that was swept out and cleaner than when I picked it up. spent another 39 minutes returning the truck Staff was short handed and inexperienced. The female associate mislead when she assured me that a cargo van will fit a king size bed which was not the case so i ended up coming back to brockton from somerville to to change to a difference truck which costed me more money and time not to mention the stress.

Recently I rented a truck here the experience had been o.k up until we brought the truck back. Being preoccupied with moving and not having enough time simply forgot to refill gas and ( yes I realize that is in the contract) we brought the truck back the employee said everything is alright . This is the point if they had checked the gas level at that point and mentioned to us that we wouldn’t mind just driving toyhe nearest station to do that (you think this would be good for the consumer) NO instead we receive a huge $30 for refilling which takes a few minutes and then are charged $4.25 gallon so I ended up having to pay an extra $64.00 Since then I have called this local office to speak to a manager about this they told me that he would call me back STILLWAITING. So then I called U-HAUL headquarters they again took my information and said a manager would call me back about this STILL WAITING.... My point is this I think we are just humans and sometimes make errorsI realize that the gas refill and charges were part of the contract and technically I was wrong. But if they were truly concerned about the customer it maybe for bussiness in the long run if they would let the customer know they haven’t refilled therefore giving them an option instead of STICKING IT TO the customer to me this makes better bussiness sense this is a good and sure way to lose loyalty because up until this point me and my friends have always used U-HAUL ....although that may change if we don’t get a response . That’s not a good policy and bad customer service.

There are extremely long wait times. The process to return the truck took almost and hour and was not clear. Customer service could be better
