Trailer was full of trash and I had to clean it out before leaving the locationROBERT V.
They over charged me by 5 days, when I dropped the trailer off on Sunday there was a whole group of young adults at counter. The one girl told me to just put the trailer we're I got it, I asked her if she was coming out she said they would check it out later. Well she didn't check it back in the system because I got a call on Weds asking me were the trailer was I told bob that I had dropped it off on Sunday around 3:30. Now I get my bill and he charged me for 9 days. I will be calling this morning to tell him to return my moneyKENNETH G.
The truck was not properly maintained. I can't imagine the amount of gas the teuck consume. I bought about 40 $gas to fuel the truck back to where it was on top a few miles driven. The truck was making a hell of a noise like the exhaust need attention. The staff was good, they did well but the truck is a bad example.OLADIMEJI A.
When someone fills everything out online, is told to go in and skip the line, to only wait in line. In addition, I went a total of 15 miles and was charged 60 $for 12 gallons of gas. Seriously..... I drove 15 miles. Sorry, but I would not recommend this location to anyone.Susan A.

Well I don't know how to use that app so I did except everything but the truck was not on a half of tank it was a notch before the half tank but I filled it up on half anyways and when I rent the u hall I told them to not put insurance on it but they did anyways your workers need to learn how to listen that my only problem but thanks besides thatSHERITA G.

Received wrong trailer, then they couldnt find the type I reserved and checked into Online. took over 1hr to correct. Then stood in yard 20 mins awaiting someone to show me where the trailer was. I followed the counter persons instructions exactly. Rggg..we have a time sensitive critical 2 home very large move coming up. Was going to rent 2-3 26ft trucks....but will go to somenother company as I cant have any issues at all happen. And it seems things always happen with UHaul.MARK R.

My 1st rental at Wareham canceled on me 3 days prior to pick up date. My second rental in Attleboro canceled 10 minutes before my pick up time when I was on my way to pick up. No other auto transport trailers available within 100 miles. Had to drive another hour to get an open trailer and we did what we had to do to make it work there were no other options. Right directional didn't work. Right rear wheel was dragging and smoldering hot I went through 2 tanks of gas to go about 300 miles. It's been almost a week I still haven't received the guaranteed 50 $credits on the 2 cancelled rentals. AND, I got charged a 15 $cleaning fee. The trailer was much cleaner than the condition I got it in. I removed trash upon pick up and returned it with maybe a few leaves and pine needles just from being parked under a tree for a few hours after unloading. How they didn't blow out on my way to drop off? I don't know. Needless to say this has been my worst uhaul experience and this will probably be my last experience with uhaul. Calling the customer action line is useless, I've never heard the response â€œI don't knowâ€ more in my life. Oh, and â€œmy boss is in a meeting all day today and no one else can help youâ€. I hope uhaul actually reads these reviews. This rental should be at no charge for the amount of hell I had to go through and it's still not over trying to chase the 50 $credits.Peter H.

Know location of truck or drive it to the door. The truck was said to be at the front of the store and it was still in the rear. Customer looked for it to no avail and asked another associate to look for it. 15 minutes later, the truck was still in the back.Marlyn M.
I rented a van for 19,99 $ a day and used the van for approx 5 hours but was charged for 2 days rental. No one explaned that I would be charged for 2 days if I didn't get the van back in 4 hours. Quite deceptive.WILBUR E.

I was charged for gas even though I put gas on the truck I was charged for four gallons and I only drove 10 miles Someone misread the fuel in the truck and I paid for itPEDRO S.
Understaffed, waited excessively long to get hooked up. Also was charged an extra day for some reason. The girl hooking up my trailer was on a speaker phone call while hooking up the trailer. It was very unprofessional and slowed down the process. I will never return to this uhaul location. The safety chains were also worn down so much so I doubt they would have held the trailer if for some reason they needed to be used to save the trailer. All in all this was by far my worst uhaul experience in the last 4-5 years I've been renting trailers from uhaulTHOMAS G.

Tried to get in contact with this location several times. The person at the counter took my ID to check in. The check in process took a long time and when I left, I realized that he did not get me my ID back. Left 4 messages for the location with my phone number. Left a note with the u haul keys. The truck had not been cleaned from the previous use. The low tire pressure light came in when I started the truck â€¦ I went into the facility tans noted it to the associate; he said it would be ok. I was not satisfied and requested that he check all tires and add air as needed. Communication with the associate was less than positive.MARY F.

Driver's side door did not fully close. We were told by Stephen Rhodes that if we returned the truck with 1/4 tank (we were given 1/8), he would give us 33 $off. We did but we were marked as 1/8. We made huge effort during Boston rush hour traffic and when I arrived just before 4pm I couldn't even pull into the parking lot with how poorly the staff had the trucks organized. I am in the process of working out an agreement with the U Haul manager due to an mice and mice dropping in the unit. while moving things around and taking things out I was startled by mice in the boxes. I havent paid due this situation. I don't even want to return to the unit. I have always used UHaul for my storage needs when ever I needed to. This is highly unusual. I'm asking g for an arrangement I dont want my belongings auctioned ed off. I have spoken with the manager George from the Main Street UHaul I.
