When I reserved the truck for pick up at 6:30am, and got to the location on time. Only one person was there and couldn't get me my truck. I was told to come back at 7am. Got there at around 7:30am still couldn't get my truck on time because I was never given an access code. I checked my email, checked my U-Haul account and nothing. By the time everything was said and done I left the location late for everything that I had to do. I was on a set schedule and it set me back. Also in my order I asked for a dolly didn't get that and paid for it so I'm expecting a refund on that which I will be following up on. I would like to request a manager to call me please.

ELHANNA T.the inside of the truck was in poor condition, roof was falling down, passenger visor half torn off blocking my vision, also the wipers were falling apart and barely worked. Worked just fine for my move whoever Abe price was right so I'll get over it.

Paul B.Original reservation for 17' truck in Abington, MA was not available and was sent to Brockton location. I understand that this can happen as previous renters may not return equipment in time but it would have been nice to have received an email or text in advance so as to avoid having to go to Abington altogther. I was pleased that Abington gave me an inconvenience credit of $50 and the Rep there Carlos did a great job finding me another truck at the Brockton location. At the end of the day, all worked out well but an advance notice would have made it an overall better experience.

Robert B.I was impressed with how kind and helpful Ostencia was when I picked up. I also had a logistical issue and needed to extend use 24 hrs. The woman on the phone could not get my credit card to go through , there was no issue on my end. When I asked if she would extend as a courtesy and I would pay upon return she was not able to accommodate me. The guy who checked me out was seriously lacking in basic customer service skills. Please, Thank You etc. he just shouts comments and demands at customers. I'll never use Uhaul again!!

david S.What a great deal. Renting trailers from U-Haul is a great deal. Low price and unlimited miles. Even the extra insurance isn't that much more because of the low price. Was able to move everything in one trip with the large open trailer and it was so much easier then loading and unloading the heavy stuff into a pickup truck as it was much lower to the ground. Definitely would rent again.

Gaylene D.I have the same issue that I previously had about the fuel. It was at a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. I went a tattoo of 16 miles and I went to the gas station right next to this site I put in 3 gallons of gas and it was slightly above a quarter of a tank. When I returned the truck I said to the associate that I didn't have my phone so I couldn't get a picture of the gas but that it was more then when I picked it up. When I got home I got a receipt saying the charged me for the fuel of 5 gallons of gas. This is a issue that happens other at this site and I am not sure why. At this point I will likely not be using this site again.

We got stuck in the mud so I called UHAUL to let them know and they asked if I wanted the roadside assistance but I mentioned that I had AAA but I was never told that AAA doesn't assist with the truck that we had. The person I spoke with should have let us know that crucial information!!! We were stuck for hours because of not being told about this. I'm furious because there should be some disclaimer about that fact. It's not considerate at all!!! A neighbor had to help us because it was so late.

Michael A.Yesterday I was there around 12:45 pm to rent a van soon I walked to the desk to customer service the girl that was there she was very unprofessional and not friendly and honestly that one I could see that she doesn't like to interact whith customer , I try to do my reservation before get there but I didn't notice it want finished soo I didn't have a confirmation number but at least she should be more nice and tell me that she would help to do a new reservation…..honesty she made us feel not welcome…..and at the final she gave us the paper to go pick up the van ( but she should be more friendly and tell us where the van is located ) she just said (H) not even could direct if was on back of Bulding or on the sides no nothing on another words she made us feel ( go figure out) …. Poor customer service whith that girl

I also took the van back with the gas slightly below half tank so you benefited from that but you charged me for every last mile. No benefit for me for the additional gas that you got

PERICLES S.Our experience in Brockton was just terrible. I usually use Abington, but the truck we needed wasn't available, so that was the closest. We were scheduled for 7:30pm and arrived at 7:05. The assistant didn't look like she wanted to be there. Then she said the blankets were in the truck and our truck was to the right, gave us the key and off we went to try to find it. After searching the whole parking lot we found our truck behind another one, impossible to move. So we went back in there (it was 7:25 then). I told her about it and she said she needed to see the other customers in line first. There was a line of 3 customers, but I was there first and it wasn't my problem that the truck was not ready for us. Then she got up and went outside, saying we would need to change the truck. Another guy came, got a few keys and she said he would take care of it. On our way out, we picked up the blankets, we had a feeling they wouldn't be ready for us as promised. The guy went and started moving the trucks that were on the side of ours. We told him, our truck was that one, he said he knew it and continued to move the two trucks next to ours. On the second truck he was moving, he took over 10 minutes inside. My husband came to the window to ask him when he would move the other truck, to which he said that the keys were inside the truck, that my husband could move it himself. Of course my husband didn't want to touch another truck that wasn't the one we rented, especially since the space was really limited. The guy went back and forth with the truck about 6 times to be able to get the truck out of the way. When we looked in the back, of course the furniture blankets weren't there, so we just kept the ones we had brought, or that would have been another trip to the store. Terrible experience, not even close to what we are used to getting at UHaul.

mirtha P.I got scammed. I went 25 miles and instead of putting in the 2 gallons of gas I figured I would just pay the extra $12. Come to find out they told me I used almost 9 gallons of gas for 25 miles and then they charged me a $30 maintenance fee too.
DONALD S.Very non-professional my U-Haul had broken down they told me they would get me a hotel they never did I ended u p falling asleep in the U-Haul waking up to the police telling me that you all want a possession of there van which I still had the van by contract for two more days I told them I was in an unsafe neighborhood at that time it was 2:00 in the morning so they took possession of the vehicle 3 days later corporate calls me and asked me if I want to extend my contract a few more days I didn't even have the van till 3 days prior I will never recommend them to anybody I am very very unsatisfied with you all

I havent paid due this situation. I don't even want to return to the unit. I have always used UHaul for my storage needs when ever I needed to. This is highly unusual. I'm asking g for an arrangement I dont want my belongings auctioned ed off. I have spoken with the manager George from the Main Street UHaul I.
