The customer service was not good and needed a lot of work. I wish the employees would have explained to me that I would have to return my truck online. I waited in the designated area for someone to come process my drop off before they closed, and an employee walked right by me several times and talked to someone else. I waited so long that it passed the time of closing. At that point all the employees left, even though some of them saw me waiting to be helped before closing time.

Customers should be TOLD that there is a fuel charge if the vehicle is NOT returned with the same amount if fuel it left the UHaul store with. The customer service representative repeats over and over that the mileage charege is 1.54 a mile but never mentions the additional fuel charge. Give clients all of the information at the time of rental. NOT when u drop off the vehicle. That is POOR customer service and I left partially regretting renting from U Haul.

Right now I am mad. I reserved for 3pm.He let me pick up early. I did not understand that changed my reservation. He called my daughter I was missing. I extended my reservation. My daughter arrived hours after I extended but they had no record. I extended return to Wednesday at 11:45am they did not tell her. My family called every hispital every police asking if accidents involving my be 4151x The young person who extended my van did not update on computer? Michael visited with me and still failed to tell my daughter at 6pm yes your Mom came in at around 1:30 which my telephone reservation was for 3pm

I reserved my Uhaul for Bellevue but when it came time to pick it up my reservation was in Federal. I had to drive an hr out of my way to pick up the truck and then get my car. I already had a busy day moving and all and I didn't want to have to drive that far. And I didn't want to have to leave my car in a sketchy area. What a bummer. Such a sketchy way to run a business. Considering my inconvenience made you more money.

clean the cabs of the trucks, if I come into the store, dont tell me you are fully booked on all your trucks, as I show you on my phone that you have availability. After I show you that the website has availability, dont tell me that I have to create an appointment on my phone. When I create an appointment on my phone, it charges my card to reserve the van, attachs a shit load of items, then I have to charge my card AGAIN in the store. Are you serious, the guy at the counter, name was Michael, definitely a manager of some sort, complete and total ass hole. I will never use this location again and I probably won't use U-Haul again. The vehicle inspection was INSANE! The pictures I took vs what it had on file were so vastly different. Looking from the front, I could have SWORE it was a different Truck all together. The shifter in the truck would swap gears from Drive to 3rd at random it was so lose in the socket. This damn truck would start cranking up to 5000 rpm at a full STOP for no reason. I cant believe what I paid for, Using U-Haul in the past and having decent experiences. I just won't after that. Utter disaster from the service I received and the vehicle I was given. I can not believe it.

There is an issue with trailer chains at his location. This location twists the chains to shorten them rather than feeding them thru your hitch, so they tends to drag. If the weather is dry the sparks made could ignite dry things. Also, this state issues tickets for dragging chains. I always have to restring the chains so they don't drag.

you promised 8 bags of moving blankets. None available at pickup. The truck leaked water into the storage compartment. Our flatscreen t.v. was damaged. I ordered a 26' truck but with only 36 hours, you called to tell me I couldn't have the bigger truck. Forced to accept smaller truck and to leave some items behind - one way rental.

The interior was fairly clean. The back of the truck, however, had remnants of sand/dirt in the crevices of the bed. Overall, I would rent again. However, for the price, I was expecting a cleaner truck bed.

My vehicle was boxed in on aisle K and was difficult to examine for defects, but a fine young man hustled out and moved one truck so that I could back out my truck. In the confusion. I missed a small defect completely. He assured me that they knew of the scratch history on that truck.. luckily I was not charged, but it would be nice is your vehicle was presented where you had enough room to walk around the vehicle and examine it closely.

We were running late and I tried to call the number in the email I received and sat on hold forever. Finally gave up, not even sure where I was on hold: corporate or this store? Regardless I said screw it and returned it late. Very frustrating. I wanted to ensure it was ok to keep it longer as we were still moving stuff.

Rude employees. The guy that helped me said I could return my trailer at anytime the next day. A couple hours later I get a call saying I'm late and I'm gonna be charged. I got it fixed so the next day I return it and I clarify with the guy that I shouldn't be charged and he guaranteed I wouldn't be. A couple hours later I've been charged double and the call wait times are rediculous

With everyone wearing masks, please remind your agents to speak slower and look at their customers. If there was another uhaul nearby, I would give it a try, just looking for good customer service. Being a senior citizen, at 72 years, they should have a check list for us, kinda intimidating.

The location is awesome. U-Haul corporate is the issue I have. Since I became a corporate account member I can not get great service or good service. I literally spend over an hour trying to get my reserved truck. I have to cancel my reservation under my corporate account and rent a U-Haul truck under my name not the corporation. It is exhausting and time consuming.

I was overcharged for the gas which I replaced. I was also charged an after hours fee and all the times I have rented from uhaul I have never been charged that, nor did anyone go over that with me. I am so disappointed, I will probably use a different company the next time I need to rent a hauling truck. I tried to call, email and chat with someone online and was not able to get a response or answer on any of these platforms.

i am unable to verify my storage unit details online after setting up my account. it appears the staff may have signed me up for two units after i viewed one and decided it was too small and asked to rent a larger unit instead, not in addition. There were also problems with the key card for access which the staff was unable to fix. The site is fine but the delivery of service is lacking.

The storage unit i was assigned was in the very back of the building and a huge walk from the offload. I am disabled and before I even opened the locker, I went back into the store part, explained my situation and asked for.something close to the door. He gave me two smaller units that he said were close, but they were just as far. Half way down and then all the way over to the end of the building. Also I tried opening my locker and the alarm went off every time so I couldn't open it. I had no way to physically get my stuff in there. I gave up and went to a different self storage company down the street and cancelled uhaul storage.

I Loved my overall experience with Uhal-storage, the only problem that I had is the lien fee which is put on your account and can't be reversed. Because the large storage is not covered under the move-in-special, I had to get two small units so I could use the move-in special. this means when my hours where cut I did not have to come up with one fee of $108. but two. I know that everyone as well as business are suffering during this time, but you asked so I thought I would share, and if you would like to bless me with a refund of the $216. I will receive it (smile). Again I love your hours of entry they are perfect and the cleanliness of your storages are amazing. Thank you and I would use your services again but my prayers are that I never have to experience homelessness ever again in life.... maybe the experience will be just to store a overflow of items.. My concern is pest invasion. My belongings were stored for three years and didn't have carpet beetles when first stored. Upon removing my belongings, carpet beetles were discovered in the unit. Also, there was some kind of construction that caused dirt (soil) to fall into the unit, which had to be cleaned off of some belongings. A recycle bin for boxes would be appreciated.

We emptied the unit the day before the next payment was due and asked the staff what we needed to do to check out. They claimed all we needed to do was leave the door open on the empty unit and our contract would be cancelled. We have not received multiple notices of past due amounts and threats to lien the unit, which is empty for failure to pay. Phone calls and emails to U-haul explaining the problem and saying they would fix it have not worked as of yet.

Initially renting the unit took longer than it should have. I spent more than a half hour, when I was the only person there. I had no issues while my stuff was in storage. When I removed all of my items, I was moved out without my knowledge when I still had 10 days left of my paid rental. It is a little nice that I didn't have to return to move out, but I was not notified about it. So I still returned and was confused when my card didn't work. I got this move out survey about my "recent patronage" but no email, text, or voicemail about having been moved out. I was told they called, but I've never had a business not leave a voicemail when the phone isn't answered. The survey email didn't say it was about moving out, so I didn't know until I clicked the link for the survey. If I had wanted to use the last 10 days of my storage, that right was taken away from me without my consent, and it's unacceptable.

Nice unit but moving stuff in and out was difficult bc of staff parking their cars in the loading spots all the time. Expect a long line inside too, facility is very short staffed.

As many times as I have had to go into the office it is always under staffed. At one point I saw 4 employees standing outside smoking and talking, while there were at least 6 people in line.
