The price for the size of the unit was reasonable as well. U-HAUL Storage doesn’t price gouge like some places I’ve seen where they increase their rates by quite a bit! I would always recommend U-haul Storage to everyone! I give a 5 STAR!

I did not know that the hours changed so that they closed earlier, though, until I had already gotten there. I do also wish there were a couple more regular six-wheeler carts for hauling items within the building, but other than that everything was great. I liked this place a lot.

cyndi l | Overall ExperienceEven though it was my fault for not paying my bills and losing all of my belongings the people at the storage place were very very nice and gave me plenty of notifications. I was carjacked and my whole left side of my face was shattered and I was in the hospital for over a month. I got out and learned I had lost everything I’ve ever owned but it wasn’t uhauls fault it was mine. There was a very tall gentleman with curly dark hair that worked at the federal way U-Haul and I just want to mention that he was the NICEST person in the world. Melissa S | Overall ExperienceVery helpful in getting me upgraded and extention on my rental.. Weekend seems to be VERY BUSY more staff would be beneficial as there seemed to be a lot of returns on that Sunday and drivers were blocking areas to get out of parking lot.
