ROBBIN G | Expérience généraleMy experience was above excellence. An employee named Tyler helped my family and I. He provided/displayed exceptional service, interpersonal communication skills, professionalism and care, surrounding my situation. He made one of the most stressful times in my life, very easy and navigable. I cannot thank this employee enough.
crystal b | Premières impressionsI was very impressed with the friendly staff and their willingness to go beyond expectations. I have chronic pain and some of the staff were extremely kind and compassionate particularly Somnett. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this U Haul location. Thank you for an outstanding service and caring.

laurie m | Expérience généraleWasn’t a great experience
Daniel N | Premières impressionsI was welcomed and the place is super clean
Aryea S | Premières impressionsThe staff is a little confused sometimes I was originally giving a storage unit that already belong to someone did not find that out until I got there with my stuff because I was not shown the unit prior to me moving in . Bonnet is very helpful very concerned about the customers satisfaction she found me a storage unit that was available I appreciate that . The restrooms were very clean there was always litter on the left side of the storage didn't necessarily like that overall I would use this facility again. I moved out on the 20th I told them that I moved out on the 20th and still had to call and make sure they moved me out.
Michelle R | Expérience généraleI had a blowout in the middle of Utah and it was fixed within an hour and got me back on the road quickly and safely
Ryan T | Premières impressionsCustomer service at this store has been fantastic and look forward to doing more business with them
Michael L | Premières impressionsI loved the customer service I received from this company but the price was a little to steep compared to other companies in the area. But like I said I really appreciated the customer service
Faithe B | Expérience généraleThe manager, Stan, and all of the staff are absolutely incredible. Their customer service and willingness to help are top tier. They went over and beyond to help me in every way possible during the time that I used their storage unit and also when I rented the usual truck. I am so grateful for their kindness and humanity.
DIAJURAE H | Expérience généraleThe representative that helped me was knowledgeable, personable and efficient much appreciated. Storage area was neat and clean. Thank you

SADAUNDRA F | Premières impressionsI recommend this site often, but I have to say this past year this has been even the most courteous and respectful staff to everyone I see them engage with. I’ve been in and out of here for 10 years.
