Trying to upload a driver's license pic stalled twice on checkin online. Had to start over both times. Extra 20 minutes of frustration. Otherwise, processes were good.Mike H.
U-haul should offer cargo nets for rent and not just for purchase. I opted out of buying one only to pay an extra 25.00 at the dump for an unsecured load (although the load was to heavy to fly out). It my fault but it would be a nicer experience to be able to rent cargo nets or the such.EZRA F.
Web based reservation system did not accurately update my reservation leading to me waiting for an hour at a Uhaul that did not have the equipment i needed. Both of the fed way front desk associates in the store redirected every call that came in without answering the phone, which explains why i was on hold the day prior for that location for over 45 min. One of the associates did not seem knowledgeable in her job, she was unable to answer my questions, where she delayed finding an answer (i felt like she was hoping i would be satisfied with her "idk answer"). It took me an actual hour from my (intended reservation pick up time) of 4:30 to when i actually left the facility - 5:30' setting back my errands where people were expecting me. And for the amount of drama my messed up reservation had, she still messed up my reservation (reserving my trainer for 15 min instead of 24 hours). Which upon returning the trailer, the associate tried to charge me two days because of the error. Not satisfied with this U-Haul experience.Carissa J.

Did not have the truck I reserved and that was guaranteed. AC not working made for a long 8 hour drive. The back sliding door had a lock left on the door customer service told me they could not help me. Returning the truck the gate was closed and locked and no instructions for returning the truck so had to take to a different locationKevin T.

I would appreciate being advised about the environmental fee and rental fee when the purchase is made. The rental staff, process, and vehicle functionality portion of this transaction worked fine.
