Even though I had to go inside to change the driver information. The truck would have still not been ready for pick up when I initially asked for mobile check out. Upon receiving the Keys, I went outside to locate the truck and it was still parked with the other trucks. The customer personnel was on a personal phone call and didn't take pulling the truck out in a timely manner. I had to also tell him that I was missing a utility dolly as I checked the back and there was none. Also the mirrors were pulled in and I had to stop the vehicle after driving off to pull them out so I can see the road. Personal call should not be taken during working hours. It's unprofessional and it's obvious that that items were missed when picking up a truck. Besides all that, it was clear that the truck wasn't cleaned or sanitized.

I wouldn't recommend uhaul. I was extremely disappointed that my uhaul was cancelled at 6pm the night before we were planning on moving, trying to scramble and get another truck and finding out we had to a rent a much smaller truck which did not allow me to put everything I needed to move. I will be making multiple trips with my small suv. I ve told many of my friends and they're appalled by that kind of treatment of a customer. I don't care if it's one way or round trip... a reservation is a reservation!!!!!

I only had the truck for couple of hours and drove only 6 miles. Gas gage was the same at time of return as when I left . They charged me $20.90 for fuel. There's no way 1/4 tank of fuel was used for 6 miles drive

The person who checked in my return looked at the wrong gauge for fuel. I was charged $14.25 but brought the truck back with 5/8, not 1/2 a tank. There's a gauge above the fuel gauge that was at 1/2. I sent a picture in as my backup. Please refund the over charge of $14.25 after you review the email and photo. Thank you.

Don't be ghetto. People just don't care. Look tired. Smell like weed. Just not professional. Literally just like they hate life. At least smile or something. Got the van with 2 miles until E when they said it should be quarter tank. Then they tried to charge me when I brought it back.

By returning the truck I asked 3 times one of Uhaul representatives to take notice of milage I provide me receipt. Guy was simple high and was able to do so,then I got help from manager. I can understand Satarday afternoon.... But I think Uhaul cares about own reputation.

We had to change a total of 3 vehicles for a long distance run. The first truck had the check engine light on. The second truck had trouble with the wheel and the brakes was really low. The 3rd truck was manageable but VERY dirty, both inside and out; a box of cigarette was on the floor and dusty as hell.

First they don't explain well then they over charge for stuff for example they say bring the gas from where you got it and I did they charge still for it also miles they charge for it I felt that the car they gave me they didn't check it before they gave it to me they charge for other people and the people they have working there aren't helpful at all

The return process online did not work (location services would not pickup I was there) and because I returned after hours they charged me an extra $20, which was almost the price of the rental anyway.

The Gardena location was unpleasant, unprofessional and just awful. Waited 20- minutes to talk to the one sales associate. I was finally given the keys and told find your car, it's out in the lot. Then a younger worker with an attitude took a van, blocked my way out and when asked “How do I get out?” with a sneer said “ Go the way you came in!” He had just blocked that way out! Worst experience EVER with U-HAUL. You need to do something about this location. I would NEVER go back there! If you need more info, please call me. 310-367-4554.

Initial customer service was excellent the first day when I picked up the truck but the truck was dirty but I didn't have time to bicker about that windshields were dirty inside the cab was not up to par but I need to get this done. I tried to return the vehicle that night the Internet process was impossible and I was tired so I parked the truck forgot to drop off the key and came back the manager told me he saw the truck parked there that morning when he came in, and he would refund me for one day Donnis. Donis gave me his card And that he would refund the extra day I was charged and email me a copy when it was completed. Well that was last week and I haven't received any of the paperwork nor call from Donnis. I was overcharged an extra day which is astronomically ridiculous because the truck was there there was a discrepancy about the key but I'm like oh my god they didn't see any nobody walked me through a few she just told me about a Internet drop off and I did I couldn't do it so I'm like OK but don't tell me to do something you don't do it that's extremely poor customer service until the situation is rectified I would not tell anybody to go to that one because they're rude and they don't do what they say they're going to do that's not good customer service

It took forever to get the equipment. We arrived by the agreed upon time so we were not late. The rep that worked on our paperwork had too many issues getting it processed and printed out.

Rented 5x8 trailer Driver side tire on trailer had a bald spot that was very dangerous The wear was almost completely through the tire I could have had a blowout on the fwy This is basic maintanence and only require a quick check of tires Makes me wonder what condition other equipment is in

Terrible customer service. Lady at the desk in the morning was rude and barely helpful. Gas gauge on paperwork didn't match actual gas gauge reading. Man who received the truck at return was also very rude and he marked the gas gauge lower than it was and now I'm stuck with an $80+ dollar charge for overpriced gas. I will never return to this location, and maybe not even Uhaul. The last thing people need on an already stressful move day is more stress.
