I feel my mileage was inaccurate by at least 30 miles or more. I feel I was overcharged
Jean JThere were shards of glass on the floor board, and while grabbing my jacket I got a shard of glass stuck in my finger. I had to pull several shards of glass out of my jack and sweep them out of the floor board on the driver side and in the middle floor board.
ETHAN KLittle surprised that the gas was only a 1/4 of a tank when I picked it up.
David JGentlemen outside working at the location was very helpful and professional. I was in and out in a very short time. Excellent experience.
JOEL EDidn't even get to use it the car would not fit up there and I couldn't force it because I didn't want to have to pay for it but the fenders were too close on the inside so the car we would have tore it up if we had tried to get the car on it so I was just out all that money
Pam BCustomer service , that location took an awful long time to get assistance. Only 1 person working inside to take care of customers . Had to wait for employee to finish an accident report that took forever . Then when I returned rental had to wait some more , that poor lady was not able to take care of everybody . She did the best she could but is no acceptable for her to have to be in that kind of situation . I would think your company could afford enough employees to provide adequate customer service !

SUZZANNE II noticed the truck engine appeared to run hot (210 F°). It did not overheat that I could tell. It may be normal for this vehicle - I do not know for sure. I reported this when turned in. Otherwise, it was the best rentals I have had over the years.
JOSEPH SDon't lie to him and say they going to get a refund if they bring the truck back in time before 5:00 the same day and they don't give me nothing.. and I put more than it was more than enough gas I filled it up the gas room 1/4 of a tank when I got it it's on full when I left it plus I clean no truck out myself

MARGIE GAdd an additional attendant would improve the rating. The sole attendant was outside attending customers returning and picking up equipment while I waited inside to finish the paperwork to pick up my rental. The same thing happened when I returned the equipment. This time it was due to customers not following the attendants instruction to load a truck to be transported on a rented trailer in an adjacent empty parking lot. It was not what I would call busy either time I was there.

David GI recieved a truck with 0 % oil life remaining. In my experience with mechanics, that means this vehicle is being neglected, and not being maintained properly. I have an image i snapped after i noticed it pop up coming out of the gas station. Otherwise my experience was pleasant aside from not being able to get a regular pickup due to lack of availability.

I had to return once I was loaded bc the trailer straps weren't working. She fixed quickly and had my on me way. She was very nice thru it all.

CHEY SIt was clean but I was worried about the check engine light being on. It would not go at times. I had to press harder on the petal. Otherwise, it did get the job done. Merci.
CYNTHIA FMy truck rear door was not able to close - didn't realize it until my truck was nearly full. No service providers available to fix it and took U-Haul Roadside nearly 2 hours to tell me this. They were going to get me a replacement, but that was going to take too long. So I drove the truck and my belongings with the rear door open to my new house 15 minutes away…the manager on site was super nice and helpful, just ridiculous that Roadside couldn't provide any assistance.
Benjamin MThe cargo trailer I rented had a bad tire that vibrated so bad I didn't make it a mile before I turned and took it back to get a different one.When I got back to exchange it,it took over a hour to get it,My rental was supposed to be for 24hrs but somehow it got set at 6hrs.so I. Paid 39cash and they held another 39until return then after return I didn't get my 39back and they also charged my card 22.00...thats over 100 for a cargo rental...

CERENA JGood Job by Uhaul overall. I have been to Some Much better. Such as one I rented from in Houston, Tx. I think this one is on the lower Echelon of U haul Quality of Service. Everyone seems to have an attitude with Paying Customers.

BRIGGETTE TAlert customers to the difficulty of returning a truck or trailer to the Hattiesburg MS Broadway Dr. location and suggest a safe route for returning the rental.
MICHAEL DI think you could use the brochure with the different levels of towing to explain what is available for certain vehicles or have a reference for people to see their tow capacity. Otherwise perfect!

GUY WI only needed the truck for a couple hours. I was told to park the adjacent parking lot. And when I got pack there was a sticker in windshield for a parking violation saying my tag was recorded and car could have been towed. And the workers told me I could park there.

Cora MI always use this location in Hattiesburg. This location is very well managed. Dropped my trailer in less than 5 minutes.
PATRICK Kplease DO NOT use support moving help just because they are ranked with 5 stars does not mean anything. Our movers were 3 hours late, didn't bring the equipment we were charged for, bent the side of a dryer, got into arguments while moving, wrapped a dresser in moving tape with NO moving blanket. and then called us for money for several days.

TIMOTHY AThe truck that I rented was running like it's transmission was about to go out and the air didn't work. The worst part was that I only received $5 for a refund. I didn't understand why and the lady there did not give me a legitimate reason why I only got $5 dollars back out of $100 dollars. She couldn't tell me how many miles I went over or anything. This was my first and last time using u-haul in my life and it was the worst experience ever in my life.

I was almost put in a bad situation due lack of information .I do believe the staff in the switch board needs the training so everyone can be on one accord . The customer are paying for it in the end . Also I think it's unsafe for any employer to be alone in a building after a certain time frame in the day . It's important to not only hear your customers needs but it's important to hear the employee . The employee is what make the company strive .

Vivian H | Expérience généraleThe CSR at the Broadway location in Hattiesburg, MS. was great! However the rest of my experience can be summed up as a NIGHTMARE. I reserved a 26 feet truck and a 10 x 40 x 10 storage unit with great confidence as I received my confirmation emails. But in reality, the truck reservation was changed to a different location, reconfirmed by email with a 7:30 a.m. pick up time even though the store did not open til 10:00 a.m. I had to drive 20 miles further to a location in Moselle, MS and wait for them to open. After loading the truck and going to my storage reservation at 1303 7th St., Hattiesburg, MS., I was informed that my reservation with a confirmed email was completely deleted from the U-Haul computer system. I was stuck with a gas guzzling truck with all of my possessions inside of it and no place to store my belongings. I was told that U-Haul was sorry and there was nothing else they could do. The CSR lady at Broadway became my hero by finding storage space, but I would have to rate my overall experience with U-Haul as a COMPLETE FAILURE!!!
