The man that checked the trailer in was very thorough. He checked the lights and tire when returned. Never have I had them do that before. Very friendly also.BRENT D.

I stopped in before to reserve a trailer and made a reservation so i would not have to waste time.When I went to pick up trailer a young man said no problem lets hook it up well, he had no clue and began using the computer to get me going that took 20-25 minutes, then this lady who works for uhaul came in to help this man a additional 15-20 minutes were wasted, finally hooking up the trailer took another 10 minutes all toll I spent 50minutes to rent a 14.95 trailer. I get 50,000 dollar cars at enterprise in 5minutes or less. This made me late I missed my scheduled meeting and lost my reason and help to travel over 100 miles to pick up something. When I returned another man met me outside and explained how my rent was screwed up and was set up with a 4hrs rental not the two days I reserved it for . luckily the older man was nice and explained the problem and took care of it. I will only deal with the older man if I have to rent again. I lost time and opportunity because the first man was not trained properly. First, you can probably check in on the customer service quality that your employees may not possess. My boyfriend and I usually use U-haul instead of Penske because we've always had great service and no problems at the location on W 7th street. This was our first and LAST time going to the location on Broadway. When we walked in the door, no one was there. We waited for about 7 minutes until finally someone walked in (with an attitude) and asked us were we retrieving a truck. I told her no, the 7th street location made a reservation for us. She rolled her eyes and said â€œI bet they did, they always do that and We probably don't even have it here either. I bet that didn't check that.â€ Not only did we have an entire debate on whether we could get the truck or not, we were rushed because she was ready to get off of work and there were people coming in to drop off trucks. The most upsetting part of the entire experience is that I was forced to take the insurance and pay the fee because the lady told me that it's not optional unless she can call my insurance company and verify that my insurance covered the can. Well you can't call an insurance company at 6:00 at night. That is unacceptable, especially when I pay for Insurance that covers anything so that I don't have to purchase it elsewhere. I guarantee you from this point out, if the other location I normally go to is out of inventory, I will be taking my business elsewhere because I'll never go back to the Broadway location.ARIEL R.

Received a phone call two days after I turned in the trailer asking me when I was going to turn it in. Not sure how they did not know it was there since I checked it in two days earlier with the same uhaul employee that called.OWEN M.

My mileage on the website was wrong. I returned the truck with 7717 miles. But it wouldn't accept it. But I remember this wasn't the truck I was supposed to have. They had to give me a new one because my truck I reserved wasn't back after I waiting 2 hours. My new paper said 90370 miles. And I drove 197-200 miles so I put 90570 miles when I dropped it off. I don't know how this happened but I don't know how to fix it. Hope this doesn't mess anything up, thanks in advance for the helpLEIF Y.
Maybe a little more cheery personality for the costumers that are returning equipment. Most of us that are returning equipment are most likely overwelmed after driving for hours or have been moving all day. And a little how was your trip or hope you have a good day does help.Clinton F.

This location needs to be evaluated. I have NEVER had an experience so bad at uHaul and ww moved so many times when I lived at home. The clerk was so unprofessional and rude. She tried to charge me for an extra day when we were told it's the same price whether same day or 24 hours. Also I filled the tank more than 3/4 because the gauge wasn't moving as I had it turned to watch for 3/4 and I simply asked the clerk would I get a credit back and she rudely said no didn't try to hear me nor explain. And my morning greeting from her was a rude I will meet you at the truck and no firm if professionalism.. not even a hello. HORRIBLE ACTIONS by her. Very upsetting at 8am.LARRY W.
