The gentleman that checked our rental was very professional great job
Your employee was less than hospitable . Came across very abrupt and rude . Further the online information was less than helpful . We reserved a 26ft truck which we later ( day before move that you had scheduled for three hours away which obviously was not feasible . So then we were charged 504 verses 364 because we had to use a smaller truck and trailer . There was zero consistency or reliably . I was incredibly disappointed in the overall service. The positive is that the truck ran very smoothly snd was in good condition.
Everything with the U-Haul was good until I refueled it and the gas needle would not show a full tank and that's how it was when I picked it up so I was charged for 4 or 5 gallons at 4.00$ a gallon when I returned it
I got the uhaul it was on 3/8. I have the picture to prove it. I filled it up to 1/2 . Why did I have to fill it up to 5/8 if it wasn't on 5/8 when I got the uhaul. That seems unfair. Everything else was great at this location even the employee was fast and very nice. They lie was 21.96 extra taken off my credit card for the gas. I don't feel that is right
Front desk lady had a lil attitude!!
The man that checked me in on 1/5/21 noted that the van that had been assigned to me was not clean so he reassigned me one that was clean. I think that showed me he represented this company in a very professional manner and I would recommend this Uhaul.
Truck was hard to get started. Lady was very rude, unfriendly. Seemed to not like her work there much.

I was charged $70 for insurance that I didn't select because I have insurance and I could get it refunded!
The clerk was very rude and unprofessional. The company did not send the correct total needed for rental in my agreement and when I went to the location for pick up, the clerk failed to give me the correct amount. I loaded more money into my card which still wasn't enough. The clerk had an attitude. I was scheduled to pick up a truck not a trailer but this what I was forced to leave with because of the clerks poor customer service. His lack of knowledge of the business. There was an African American guy at the location that asked what was going on and preceded to assist.

I rented a car hauler for 2 days, picked it up at 1pm. Brought it back the next day before closing- I didn't get any $$$ back for returning it b4 they closed- they said that if I had returned it b4 1 I would have.ðŸ˜’

Attendants were very helpful and courteous. Had no issues with the open trailer I rented. Satisfied with this rental experience.
The person who checked us in was rude! She wore a name badge that said General Manager and spoke at length with the man she was working with, but rrely conversed with me at all. She did inform me that "Ain't got no utility dollies or furniture dolly" ( which I had requested), and when I asked her if she had anything she brought out an appliance dolly and just walked away. As we were leaving she yelled out "The number on the key is the number of your truck"....and we went out in search of our rental. Bottom line....You don't have to like people to work in the customer service industry; you just have to be smart enough to act like you do. She needs basic training in customer service.
Have the requested truck available at the requested location. We requested our truck weeks in advance. There was no reason we needed to drive all the way across town, then pay mileage on the truck all the way back across town when we provided that amount of notice.
