WARD WI got an elec key cargo van. The doors never would lock not even for your U-Haul worker. The red "open door" icon stayed on permanently on the dashboard and beeped every time I accelerated. Rented from you 3x in the past 6 weeks. Don't ever want one of these elec key trucks again.. yuk!!!

SHELIA MFace to face the customer service was excellent. Very smooth experience with no issues. I would recommend that one of the reps needs to be much for customer service friendly on the phone. One of the reps was very rude on the call as of me calling to ask questions was against the rules, but because the face to face experience was so good and the service it overshadowed that bad first impression and I would highly recommend this location!
Fabian AI didn't really observe any lapses in any of the dealing with the company all through the use of your truck because everything went smoothly as I expected. To sum up my comments, it's a good job indeed.

BRYCE BHate the Chevrolet Van. Engine is loud and back-up camera worthless (too small, located in rear-view mirror, and no guides/distance indicators to assist in backing.). Also found the side-view mirrors inadequate. The big mirror is fine, but the small, lower mirror cannot be adjusted to show traffic approaching the vehicle Adjusting the best you can, the lower mirrors doesn't really show side of vehicle for backing, which is definitely needed due to lousy back-up camera. If this is the best GM can do, they need to get out of the Van business. I suspect that option packages exist, which would solve my back-up camera complaints, but U-Haul just didn't want to pay for them.
Joseph SSystems were down but the local reps moved quickly to contact Tech Support and get everything moving. A great bunch of people at this location.

ANGELICA FThe only issue - I really wish that you will be able to provide the trailer lock with rental. So if you return the trailer after the office close - you can simply put the lock on and drop the key to lock box. Keeping the trailer for the night without a need just to wait for office to open is ridiculous!

BRIAN CCindy seems like she has to be the owners wife based on the way she acts. When I arrived to rent a truck I was 2nd in line and she came in the side door of the office , loud and talking about someone who kept texting her about football. She was all into it and laughing, talking etc. <<<<super unprofessional. Then after charging me for 1 day + I had been back up there and purchased boxes and other packing materials, I knew that I was going to have to keep the truck another day…. The same gal called and she was reading me off all the rules and told me. "You know, other people need trucks too". I can see how this employee/ partner costs this business a lot of money just by the way she acts and speaks. I ended up renting for 3 days + packing materials, heck I figured I was probably a pretty good client but remember "other people need trucks too" the truck leaked water all over at least a dozen boxes and when I turned the truck in, I told another lady who was working and she didn't have much to say, she didn't even want to go out and take a look<<<<<< super lazy. She said that as long as I put the gas back in it that all was fine and I would receive an email with receipt. I would never rent from this business again and I would never recommend. Update; now I get my emailed invoice and they CHARGED ME $100 because the back wasn't clean! Well I told the woman that the truck leaked water all over my cargo and it's their fault the truck is dirty and it's their fault that 12 of my boxes were soaked and falling apart.

angeleeta PUnfortunately, I forget the name of the employee that was working there and that helped us, but she was amazing. She was working alone and still helping everyone that came through the door. She did amazing. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage or a truck.

Shelby HThe facility rented us the unit the day we called. We were there two hours later loading in the contents of our daughter's apartment. The unit was clean, door operated well and we were able to purchase a lock at the facility. Upon move out nine months later, all of her contents were in the same condition we dropped them off. We never had any issues. The rental price was good and our rate did not go up. I highly recommend this UHaul storage facility.

The drop off point was wrong, the loading and unloading was wrong. Just an absolute mess. The guy at the front counter even said the u haul support team does not know what they are talking about and that there is a big disconnect between the stores and the main call center.
kyle m | Premières impressionsRat infestation damage some of our goods. Water infiltration was a problem as we discovered some of our belongings had been effected by water. You're 10x10 rental was more expensive than the 10x20 we're moving into (by a $700 a year!). Also, while the lady running the place seemed nice she constantly seemed overwhelmed by process. I never got taken care of in a timely manner. It mostly seemed to revolve around her computer systems, which didn't work (Using cheap offshore coders U-Haul?) or she was not properly trained on. Why she had people walk past us to clean out a unit instead of opening the 2nd register, while a line of people waited for service, shows an amazing lack of managerial skill.

DAVID G | Premières impressionsI like the owners but I went to my storage facility on May 26th and the gentleman informed me that I had the wrong car on file I then told him I will bring back the card to reset up my electronic payment however it was in the mail so once I received it I went back to U-Haul to give them the number to take the payment and catch up my balance that I incurred when I was out of town I thought my payment was set up on auto pay therefore I never knew that my bill was late when I went to pay my bill today I found out that my storage was sold in May after being only 2 months late I really think that it was an ERA in the system because it had a same day move out and I have been a tenant and that storage facility since last August or September so the manager did try to locate the person who bought my unit and asked them if I could please have my diplomas and degrees which they were given that to me and I bought it back from them however my grandmother's China all of my valuables my designer purses and other items were all sold and this is really unprofessional I have been a long time client the staff knew me well I don't understand why my items would have been sold and the wrong billing information was on file the information it was in the system was what I had when I first obtained the storage but no updates for done so communication was very faulty and the fact that my atoms were sold and less than 60 days of being late that's unacceptable

I have had bad experience from the the time I started there till the time I left. She had someone's name on my storage that I DNT not know. My last day moving out. She came up to my storage yelling at me about not sharing equipment with other renters. My family and I were there bright and early to get the moving done. The lines be out the door she is always the only person there. Every time that I go to put something in or out of my storage her husband is always out side washing she car. BAD BAD BAD
achamma s | Expérience généraleUpon arrival to the facility, I was told that the 10*10 drive up unit I was reserved wasn't available, therefore I would have to take the 10*15 unit, which cost more money. (That should've been my sign right there that this site was going to be an issue) I was given a storage unit that evidently was being held for someone else because when I returned later that night to access my unit for the first time there was a padlock on it. Mind you I cave with a fully loaded truck that I needed to unload in order to return the truck the next morning as scheduled. I immediately called 1-800-UHaul for assistance and was told I would have to resolve the issue with the store. While on the phone with U-Haul, evidently I lost track of time, so when I attempted to use my code to exit the gate at 10:01, my access was denied and I was locked in. After trying several times to contact the after hours manager, via the number provided on the call box and her not answering, I called U-Haul back and they eventually was able to push a button to let me out. So now I have to keep the truck an additional day because this store doesn't know how to operate. So the next morning I have to call U-Haul back, explain what happened and was given a one day extension to return the truck. Now mind you, I have to go back to work this day, which means I can't do anything until after 5pm. I then called this store back to find out why I was assigned someone else's unit. The young man that answered the phone was evidently irritated because he says that he would have to go and see why there was a padlock on the unit buy it would take him a while because he was the only one working at the moment. He goes to check and confirms that there is indeed a luck on the storage (DUHHH) and that he has been trying for a while to have the lock cut off that unit. He then says that he would have that manger, Cindy, call me back regarding the entire situation. Now mind you, Cindy is the same manager whose name is on the call box to call for after hour emergencies, but she never answered when I was trapped inside the gate the night before. Anyway, the young man calls back when Cindy on the phone, who states by saying that U-Haul storage is on a first come first degree basis. BUT she storage unit I was assigned was acually being HELD for someone else since LAST THURSDAY, so the manager put a luck on the unit to hold it for this person and evldently the system had a glitch that didn't save the information, so when I was assigned the unit, it never showed the unit was taken. And the reason she wasn't able to answer her phone the night before was because she was at the Mayo Clinic with a family member. And when I told her about not being given the 10*10 unit I reserved and forced to get a bl bigger unit, she then told her employee to go and walk the lot to make sure there was no 10*10 drive up unit available. And she offered a pitiful apologize again blaming everything on the system. So because I was working I just told them to call me back after they figure it out. An hour or two later, the young man called me back to explain that the only 10*10 units available were inside units, not drive up. So I told him that wouldn't work for me, so he stated that was all he could do and said he would just cancel the entire reservation. A few hours later I check my reservation in U-Haul.com and see that it's still active. I call the store again to find out why and get another manager that evidently hasn't been told about the entire situation. So I feel him in, and while we were talking, the employee that initially assigned me the wrong unit, must've walked by, heard the conversation and recognized my name from the night before, and proceeded to tell the manager, " Now she don't want the unit, after I had to work 30 minutes over to hit it for her!?" When I tell you I saw RED!!! Si I told the manager to put the young man on the phone, which he didn't do because he knew I war going to have a few choice words for him. Anyway, the manager eventually closed out my reservation. And because of all this, U-Haul didn't have a 10*10 drive up unit no where near me, so I ended up having to reserve with Public Storage. The moral of the story is, " DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! "

Stevie R | Premières impressionsI rented a 10x15 storage unit on the 1st floor in advance of my move to make sure I had a storage location. When I arrived from out of state, they told me that it was accidentally given to someone else and they didn't have any more that size. They decided to give me a 10x10 and 5x10, but this time on the 2nd floor. This made moving the large items in much more difficult. When I got to the 10x10 unit, it was full of someone else's items. I then had to wait for them to call that person to come and remove their stuff. All the while, I have paid movers on the clock who are helping me unload. We ended up helping the other person move out their items because that was the only way to move in. The storage unit had food items left inside and liquid spilled onto the floor. I had to ask for it to be cleaned. They were going to give it to me dirty. I ended up spending more on the movers than I should have and now have 2 units upstairs to unload instead of one on ground level. The manager was nice after the fact and mentioned giving a discount on the next month of rent, but I'll see if it actually happens. Overall, not a great experience.

She provided carts to help unload the truck, and called another employee to sweep the already-clean unit before move-in. I recommend this location to anyone moving north of Atlanta for storage or truck rental.
