Customer was very poor. The woman who runs it gets overly stressed and overwhelmed with even a person or two in line. She spoke very rudely to me start and made it a point to be sarcastic and argumentative.

Their customer service is not up to par. The younger African American desk clerk was friendly but very slow. The older Caucasian woman had the worst attitude and was overall a bad experience to come in contact with.

I went in first and spoke with the representative. I told her I wanted to rent a 10' truck never did she mention that I couldn't rent it threw the 24/7 option. So I get it at this location at 9pm and waited on the phone with customer service 30 minutes before I spoke with someone. Just ridiculous. Then she told me I needed to get a 15' truck because that's all they rent at this location with the 24/7 option. Just very frustrating and wasted money and time.

I had reserved a van several days before and came in at the time indicated to pick it up. In the store, the staff member and a customer were standing at the counter looking at their phones. I stood around for about 10 minutes and finally said "I have a reservation and I'm here to pick it up." The staff member looked at me and said "You'll have to wait until I'm finished with this customer." I said OK and stood around for a few more minutes while they both looked at their phones. I finally got sick of standing around and told the employee that someone was waiting for me and I needed to pick up the van. She told me that it "wasn't her problem and you'll just have to wait." I thought this was very rude and I told her that all I'm seeing is you sitting behind the desk staring at your phone. She then said the system was down and she was trying to register the other customer using her phone. She told me to try to register myself on my phone. Instead, I called U Haul customer service and put them on speaker phone and told them what was going on. Suddenly the employee came up with a contingency plan to print out the paper work and have us fill it out. Why she didn't do this initially is beyond me. She was more than rude and inappropriate, she was nasty. i have rented from this UHaul location several times as i live in the neighborhood behind the center. I am now in the process of moving to another state and need to rent trucks several times, but guess what! Not renting from you anymore! Penske is much better at customer service. This young lady needs to have some training on customer service. Her attitude was disgusting, and I know she was probably stressed but to tell me my time wasn't her problem was an issue. I have also purchased a lot of moving materials at this location, but will return them. This is too bad because the manager seems very nice but this employee needs to get out of customer service. On another note, the picture of the lady with a large smile on the side of the panel van needs to be photo shopped because you can plainly see tarter and food stuck in her teeth. Kind of nauseating.

The computer system was down and the service was terrible and the experience was frustrating and very inefficient. The person servicing the desk at the Time wS completely unapologetic about the problems.

The managers/owners saved us! we had traveled 30 miles to the area, to pick up a piece of furniture, but the trailer we had rented was not large enough. This location found a larger trailer, and helped us out - all at closing time (or after lol) ! A++++++++++++++

I had reserved a 5am self pickup. When I arrived, there was no truck. Called customer service and they reported to us that the key wasn’t left out. We ordered another one for midday. I didn’t want to do that due to the traffic. I am ordering another U-Haul a week later to finish the move and going out of our way to not order from this facility next week.

While I didn't get her name, the lady that serviced me at this location was EXCELLENT! Pleasant to work with and helpful. Also, when I returned the vehicle she was still pleasant but working with three different customers. She made the experience enjoyable, even while being super busy.

No one was there when I got there at 7 am. We already were not happy because we had to drive 11 miles through traffic when our preferred location was 4 miles away. The phoNE calls only had people with excuses for each other.
