Great facility, friendly staff. Access was very easy and having carts available made moving things around a breeze.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI told the employee on staff that I wanted the 5x5 or 5x7 can’t remember. He showed me a unit and told me it was a 5x5, so I said yes paid the amount for the 5x5 and when I started moving stuff in he came to me and told me he made a mistake and showed me the wrong unit after I had already paid for the 5x5 for a month and moved stuff in, he told me he was going to have to charge me more for HIS ERROR. I told him not my problem our my fault that you as an employee gave out the wrong information and now I’m forced to pay more. Unacceptable, you need to make sure your staff knows what they are doing and quote the right prices!! I will never use this location again!!
Tanisha R | Expérience généraleTim D was phenomenal. He was so kind and personable. He answered all of my questions and worked very hard to accommodate all of my needs. His positive attitude makes him a bright light to U Haul! Also would like to mention young, dark headed employee who was also very kind and helpful. You should be proud of these two.
leann r | Premières impressionsI reported on the first day that there was no unit number next to my storage unit as all the others had a number. 2 years later, no one ever put one. Other than that, everything was great.
Tyana Y | Expérience généraleThe storage buildings are accessible and clean. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, efficient—and sweet! Thanks
Marla J | Expérience généraleStill cant get a manager to call me after 3 days
Sean J | Déménagement en ligneThe manager was utterly rude throughout our 8 months using their storage facility. She would be on her phone and just ignore customers. She was NEVER friendly. She disrespected other employees in front of other customers. She always made you feel like you were inconveniencing here, even though she hardly had any stressful issues going on. Because of her behavior alone, I would never use this facility again.
JOSEPH M | Expérience généraleThe entire staff and building facilities were great!
YALONDA P | Expérience généraleI had two units there for many years. Any problems were very minor and quickly addressed by the courteous staff. Have also rented trucks and had no problems whatsoever. Definitely would recommend this location to others looking for clean, secure storage.
THOMAS B | Expérience généraleThe employees were so pleasantly professional and helpful
Kerenia M | Expérience généraleVery nice people.
ADAM M | Premières impressionsgreat staff very personable
