The gave me the vehicle on Empty. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to have to get fuel before I started my move
PASQUALE MNothing. The young lady who handled my reservation in the store was amazing. She was multi-tasking with 3 customers (2 in the store and 1 on the phone). She was professional, high-energy and knowledgeable. Please express my thanks to her. She's a keeper!
Paul AHorrible service. I got gas and filled it to what I started with. The paper before I got the truck said it was over 1/4 tank but it wasn't. I took a pic before I drove off (including the starting mileage) of the gas tank and returned it the same, just below before and after. I stopped and got gas on the way to return. 188$ bill and yall include 28$ gas is crazy. I'd be happy (and justified) if it was the 160$ which it should've been. Why do I have to call and write for y'all's error. Service sucks but truck was clean (before and after also swept-I did what I was supposed to do)

ANTHONY CIn addition to the 10-foot Box Truck, I also requested one (1) Furniture Dolly and twelve (12) Moving Blankets. I saw the attendant put the Dolly and one plastic bag of Blankets into the back of the truck, and I incorrectly assumed there were 12 Blankets in the bag as they were folded up neatly... but there were only 6 Blankets. Fortunately, we were able to make do.

KYLE CAvoid this location if possible. Pre-ordered a 4x8 trailer @ uhaul.com ... arrived at this store and wasted 90 minutes of my packed day while "Frank" needlessly recreated order 3 times in their system w/o success. Finally got help from very competent associate Marlow. UHaul Corp. then started reaching out to understand why I hadn't picked up trailer I reserved online. lost my delivery window and had to postpone delivery until next day. Was NOT happy, I am told I should have arrived on site and had the trailer "Ready to Go" ... that was absolutely not the case. Not the first time this location has under performed

STEPHEN SI reserved an appliance dolly but after I arrived I was told they didn't have any in (or even a hand dolly). I specifically reserved the truck at this location for this reason as I needed a dolly to move what I was planning on moving. They did eventually acquire one somehow, but I was first told sorry and basically given the attitude your out of luck. If I didn't push for them to rectify the situation immediately I would have had to cancel my reservation or purchase a dolly for 60 dollars, etc. I was not given any advance notice that they wouldn't have it available. The customer service was lacking. I had to notice the dolly was missing, they should have at least saw that I reserved it and then said, oh no, I am sorry we didn't have this available, let me call or schedule a pickup at another location so we can get this for you, etc.

ANTHONY CI had one problem with U-Haul. There was an old gentleman there who waited on me and didn't know what he was doing. I waited almost an hour to get checked in for a van. He kept messing with the computer and kept asking me the same thing over and over again.

ATUDERT MI was double charged. I was charged $101 when i pocked up truck then charged $131,5 when i dropped it off. Also I reserved a dolly, but one wasn't available cashier said he would refund the 10 dollar charge but I was still charge for

CAROL CPick up and drop off was relatively quick. But noted A/c was not working in truck. Also drop off truck area blocks in customer parking making it difficult to leave parking lot when multiple trucks were being returned.

Rented very much needed dollys and moving equipment weeks prior to my rent date, upon the morning of my move when went to pickup the truck was told there were no dollys or equipment available and basically was told to just deal with it. Will be doing everything possible to avoid uhual again moving forward.

STACEY W | Expérience généraleFirst I rented a unit and moved from Tennessee when I got here my unit was rented out I then had to rent a unit half the size bc it was all that was left and had the donate and get rid of half my belongings. Then I stores my computer equipment in what I was told was an environmental controlled unit, went to pick things up months later to play on a computer and the unit was 100 degrees. So I then rented a truck from this facility, loaded my unit up told them I was closing my unit left with my stuff, dropped the truck off and was over charged for the truck and then kept rcving bills for a unit I closed out!

Anthony R | Expérience généraleI have been with them for years I move around alot, just to come and check on my unit and the lock was changed, then I couldn't pay for one month and never got a call but when I called to make a payment was told I had to come and move my things out of the unit before they put it on auction. I had 72 hours to move it during Thanksgiving day holiday. There was no lights in the area the hours was changed for the holiday and there was no employees area for any kind of help. I got a call about beds left in the unit , no one was there for me to rent a truck from at that time. But was told they will charge it to my sons account, that isn't his agreement with them. The people are shady

I never checked my bank statement but was told to screw off when I said something about it. The rental was never my own. I am still contemplating legally resolving this matter. I recommended this place but cube smart will be my future go to.

I was required to vacate on feb 12th and was not given money back for days paid. I felt I should have been compensated or allowed to stay until the end of the term paid. I wound up having most of my belongings stolen because they were put outside. I was given only hours notice and I had no car to move my belongings. I am homeless so everything I owned was in that storage. I am now starting over from basically nothing.

Since access code does not work I can only come while someone is in the office, which decreased my moving/ ccess time from 10pm to 5pm. The employee said this is a common problem at the facility. If unresolved I will be moving my belongings which is a great inconvenience!

Then the unit was not the size we wanted but had no choice but to move in anyway. We asked for the price we reserved but were told that we would have to pay more. Then I look online and it's more than the price that was quoted to us for the unit we moved into. NOT HAPPY
