The process is pretty easy, and the employees are really quick in assisting customers, either on the phone or in person. The only thing is that you might not be able to do a one way trip; I was unable to and had to give the truck back at the original location which caused a little bit of an inconvenience, but that was the only hiccup I encountered, so not really a huge deal breaker (at least for the distance I had to move)
Mobile check in was great, vehicle in good shape drop off was fast and efficient. Good value for the money.
How do you charge 12 dollars for gas and I only went 3 miles so that means your truck gets 1 mile to the gallon? Never again.

You should have a faster check in process, especially for those who pre-check in via a computer. I did that and still waited 30 minutes because there was someone in front of me who did not pre-register. If you had a computer for me to scan a bar code, it could then tell me the number and location of the vehicle I rented. Thank you for listening
Great help with moving
When I dropped the van off at a different location the employee there looked up my invoice, typed on his computer for 3 to 5 minutes never saying anything or asking me anything. In the mean time another customer waiting started yelling at him. He looked up at me and said, â€œ your good to goâ€. I asked if I could get a receipt and he said it would be emailed to me. So, I left. The next day my bank account was debited twice. I have a big issue with no one ever verbalizing that I would be charged for dropping off at a different location. It's not posted in either store where it can be read. I know it is on the invoice in the middle of the small print. I believe this to be negligent on your company and employee. I feel he saw a way to hit me for the extra. Had he said anything I would of got back in the van and drove it back to where I picked it up. Very upset and disappointed. Still waiting for a thorough explanation.
Quick customer service
Even though there was an incident at this location beyond the control of Uhaul, I wasn't able to get the rental originally ordered but the staff member at this location was excellent. I received a call prior to my pick up time to let me know what was going on and that they would try to accommodate me in anyway possible. Once I arrived the staff member was very courteous and made sure that I was happy and satisfied before I left. I think this person should be commended and compensated in some kind of way because they had a lot of adversity to endure that day.

Upon return, I stated that my non contact truck rental did not have the 6 for $5 moving blanket rentals in the truck, and the person said they would remove the charge. Received receipt with charge still occurring.
Have the person behind the counter not just take the keys during normal hours, but walk through them
I was caught in traffic and missed my return time by only 2hrs and was charged a full day for both trailers I was renting. So that has left a sour taste with me to ever use uhaul again. A little bit of a charge would be ok with me but to charge a full day for both is ridiculous.
I just drove hual 10' truck 11 miles and put a gallon gas. They charged me another $32 for 8 gallon gas. I am surprised. The tank was marked full but it was one point down during pickup and I gave at same level. Later I got bill for 8 gallon gas, waoo..
Nothing everything was great including the price
Very very rude staff. I put a mail for complaint. Next day when I went to see the GM of the station was already briefed by staff. He didn't listen rather made mockery of me. Very shameful and disgusting
Provide better customer service, train staff to be more efficient in handling issues, ensure pre-paid customers are given preferred service, increase staff to ensure timely service, have better communication with other UHaul locations.
Getting all the paperwork set up was a little time consuming but all went smoothly and the return was quick and simple with an e-mail verification.

A young guy, I believe his name is Francis, was extremely polite, and hustling. Looked like he was running the show by himself. Mine was as an unplanned adventure, using a motorcycle trailer, and he was fast and efficient. If I were running a business today, I would steal him from you. Thanks, Mark
The car was not clean, inside and outside. There was snow in the trunk. THere was cigarette smoke in the car and it was dirty all over.
The employee used his personal phone to take the picture of my driver's license. I did not approve that and don't feel secure. Why would he used his personal phone to have my driver's license information. I would like to discuss this issue with someone else please.
