I went into the UHaul place and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to get to the desk so I could check out a van. I had to go searching the premises for an associate, and both were out back on a break. There should be a bell I can ring to get someone's attention, or someone at the desk at all times. I was pressed for time so it was even more annoying. Other than that, the staff were professional and courteous.

The equipment was clean a while driving it the check engine light came on made me very nervous when I went to go check out in the middle of the night it would not recognize location so now I have to wait and go back in the morning and check the vehicle are cuz the check-in process would not going further

When I picked up the trailer the person at the counter who helped me was very unprofessional. She needs to work on there customer service. The person who hooked the trailer up very good and helpful.

This UHaul location had a good selection of Trucks and customer service was great. Would recommend for others looking for a Uhaul truck! Our 20' truck that we rented seemed brand new.

I left an all terrian wagon in U-Haul. When I called they said they would hold on to it. When I went back to retrieve the wagon I was told it was missing from their locked dog pen. When I spoke with Gary he told me it was taken from one of his employees. He couldn't be held responsible for what his employees did. Told me to call police. I have to say this is very alarming that theft at this establishment is tolerated. Considering when you rent a U-Haul they taken pictures of your documents. Who knows what other things maybe taken. I will never use this U-Haul again.

I made the reservation 10 days ahead of time. I was notified the night before of my pickup location. It was 40 minutes from my home, when there are three UHaul locations within minutes of my home.

Your customer service stinks. I was stood up by the help I had arranged and I was not able to unload the last 2 items from the van I rented. I went to my U-Haul location and asked for some help. I was willing to pay. I was told by the owner that I needed to go online and this subcontractor would send someone out in a few hours. I needed no more than 15 minutes of someone’s time to unload the last 2 items. My location was a quarter mile from U-Haul. I went on line and called the number given and was told I had to SCHEDULE a mover which could be 2 or 3 days from now. I told them that was not acceptable. They passed my call over to U-Haul customer service who was even less helpful than the first person. I ended up paying for an extra day and got zero help from U-Haul plus I was lied to by the store owner when he said someone could be sent out to help in a few hours. Would I recommend this store to someone else? HELL NO!

The inside of the trailer was filthy. Other than that, great product. When I dropped off the trailer however, the team at the drop off location failed to check my trailer In and now I'm struggling to get that sorted out without paying for extra days that I haven't used.

Had to change dates because of computer problems like always....takes entirely too long to get going and then they wanted to charge me an extra $45 for taking an hour longer than planned when the rate was $29 a day.

The employees did great but they needed more teammates to help. You definitely need to have more employees working on weekends. And invest in IT so that when computer systems go down, you have adequate resources for your employees to help customers. I wasn't inconvenienced but I could tell that the customers around me weren't as patient. I felt worse for the employees trying to help. They did offer a quicker solution for those of us that were there to pick up a truck. They asked us to complete the check in process online while in standing in line so that the transaction would be faster once we reached the desk. I appreciated that and I assume the gentlemen in line ahead of me did, too. You just need more resources and stop trying to run your business so thinly. (And before you try to use the excuse that you're hiring, the managers or owners should care about the business enough to fill in during those short-staffed times).

They have a great system setup here at Silverback! They make the process go by quickly even though U-Haul systems run slow. Arrive early because U-Haul needs to upgrade the technology systems so things run more smoothly and quickly. Definitely will stop at this friendly location again!

When they book a 20 foot U-Haul a month in advance at one location it is not the customers fault that you gave that truck away and made that person go to a different location further away than where they’re moving to or from and not compensating them!!! And you don’t even tell the customer that the place has been changed, they find out when they do a check-in and they pay more for miles since they’re driving further to pick up the U-Haul and return U-Haul !!

I went on line to reserve a truck a week in advance and did express check in on line to save time. Only to wait in line behind others who were walk in customers. What's the point of on k be check in when you have to waith behind walk in customers? Saved me no time. Also, I ordered 2 dollies neither on the truck or given to me at counter. Truck clean and tidy but the service slow and ineffective.
