I tried to use your app to check out online. Everything went fine (photos of the drivers license etc.) until it needed 2 additional things from a list of 4 or 5 (contact, alternate contact, passport etc.). I entered first contact info ok, then entered alternate contact info which it wouldn't accept without any explanation. I tried 3 different alternate contacts with no success, finally masked up and went in to do the checkout in person (starting over with drivers license etc.). Huge waste of my time! Also, my 2 cents on "contact info" - if I was going to steal your equipment, would I give you valid contact info of people to harass about it ?

Quite old trucks and unreliable .Very rude customer service. The old guy charged me for extra day just for returning trucks 20 mins late which I already notified them with a phone call . Disgusting part is the rudeness aspect when I explained / requested the guy to wave the 2nd day fee . Total on the invoice went from $76 to $119 which is absurd

My truck reservation was canceled several times. I spent hours on hold getting bounced around to several staff, none of whom could help, many of whom were rude. I've moved with U Haul several times, this experience was TERRIBLE!

No problems with pick up. However returning trailers after hours and using the "Return Equipment" feature was a terrible experience. The feature failed to complete the Return, customer service kept me on hold and after 15 minutes I'd had enough waiting. I made sure to clean and park trailer in the exact spot that John my pick up rep told me to. The entire site is lit up like a Christmas Tree at night with security cameras all over the site, so they can check when equipment was returned. My major problem with UHaul the company is that they need a backup trailer return process for when their app fails. My problem with the Norristown location is that they failed to simply go outside and review the equipment that had been returned during the night. I did recieve a call from Norristown, making me aware that that their system showed I had not returned the trailer. I called.back three times trying to speak with someone at the Norristown location to let them know it had been parked in the back of the store the entire time. However each time I ended up speaking to a scheduling rep, who would "send the site a message" with my details of the trailer return. I will thank Frank the manager for issuing me a return on the overcharged second day, but I cant imagine I'm the first person this has happened to. I think Norristown needs an in-person quick check of all equipment returned from the previous night when they open first thing in the morning.

At pick up, That John guy, the older guy, gave us a hard time for no reason. We were just trying to get a vehicle. He was in a rush or something. No questions answered. Every question was answered sarcastically or not at all. At drop off, he wouldn't even let us pay 1400 we owed. He yelled at us for parking it wrong. Or for even asking questions. He told us to pay online. We never got a link to pay. Just a picture of it with amount. The other skinnier older man is a bit better at customer service. This place sucks.

Give me a partial refund. This location was fine but my issue is with the company overall. I was told last minute about the change in location pick up after I made this reservation 2 weeks in advance. I get a last minute change which was a major inconvenience to the schedule of my day because the new location was so far out of the way. No phone call no email. When I called the scheduling department the girl gave me a bad attitude and could care less. I stated I didn't receive a text and she argued with me instead of working with me. Every time I call I stay on hold for at least 10 minutes. This experience was not good because of the way this change was taken care of and I of course still have to pay full price. But if I don't keep my end of the deal I get charged. It's a one way street with this place. And nothing will ever get done about it

Went to two other U-Haul locations before we found one that accepted trailers. Your website should highlight locations that are trucks only, no trailers.

My reservation was canceled by uhaul without my knowledge the day before pick up. An email/communication was never sent informing me of the cancellation. Very disappointed with this. Caused for a headache an horrible start to the moving process.

Reserving a vehicle online was Terrible. Each screen prompted me to buy more things: Supplies, helpers, etc. and it was difficult to find the small blue font link that allowed me to go onto the next page of the "Checkout." For that kind of aggravation and wasted time, you should offer a 10% discount for making the reservation online.
