I rated the equipment a "no" not because it wasn't clean but because 30 mins before arriving at my destination, the truck started to smoke inside through one of the vents. The engine wasn't overheating, it was just smoke coming out of one of the vents inside the cab. It was very strange and it didn't do it again for the rest of the time that I had the truck. I called Uhaul and spoke to someone at the central line, asked if they could put this incident on file. The radio was also cutting in and out and there was a few days where it didn't even turn on! That truck was soo noisy that I needed something to drown out the loud sounds but I didn't have the radio because it didn't work! I have rented from this Uhaul several times, for personal and now for business. They always seem to have a wide range of sizes available and it its easy to pick up from the location.

Well maintained as to running well and working well. But..... the van I had could use a side mirror fix and just a little more cleaning of the inside, for instance crumbs. I must admit I had a new one last time so my expectations were higher than they should be.

terry FTruck was not well maintained. 1) Transmission light was on most of the time 2) After I filled up with gas, the truck failed to start, engine would not even turn over (total electrical failure, dead battery). I had to wait 1 hour for U-Haul roadside assistance. 3) UHaul "skip the line" ads were fake. Following the wizard in the UHaul app did not allow me to skip the line, even after entering all my info. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to pick up my truck. The line was only 3 deep, but it appeared that the clerks handling the customers were either extremely slow, or the software they were forced to use for check out was extremely slow. Took about 10 minutes per customer, which is unbelievable. 4) The UHaul app is extremely slow. Just to reserve or check-in a truck is agonizingly slow. Each step through the multi-step wizard would take 2 minutes just to advance to the next step while the waitcursor was displayed. The only positive I can mention is that UHaul was open for rental on the Saturday when many other truck rentals companies were closed.

Kolja HI was charged 3 times for my rental a charge of $97,89 up front, $83,76 on return, and then another charge of $83,76 the next morning. I returned all equipment, filled it with gas to the proper fill level, and there was no damage. I'd rate this location the best I've been to if the billing wasn't messed up beyond belief

Every single time I order a truck which is at least once a year, I get told my truck is either not available at the time of reservation or they don't have the size I ordered. The $50 you "get" if your reservation is not available is crap, I was told it doesn't matter that they don't have it at the time I requested.

I felt I should have been compensated or allowed to stay until the end of the term paid. I wound up having most of my belongings stolen because they were put outside. I was given only hours notice and I had no car to move my belongings. I am homeless so everything I owned was in that storage. I am now starting over from basically nothing.
