a better explanation of promotion should be better explained. The promotions are very misleading.

Jaime M.There should be more than one agent working the desk during busy times like the 1st of the month when a lot of people are moving. I was amazed how the guy Jordan seemed to be doing 3 jobs at one time. I didn't mind waiting, but the line grew to 10 deep. There should have been at least 2 people working behind the counter. Be sure to have a reservation and upload your driver's license in advance to speed up the process.
Gary J.I would hope the next time I go to reserve a unit two days before I move in they will make sure the unit isn't occupied before having me pay for it. Come move in day they had me waiting two hours for someone to look into why the unit I paid for was already occupied! …only for them to charge me full price for two units that are filled with mouse poop no less. Nothing I could do about it because I had professional movers helping me and I was paying by the hour ! I could not turn around or go to another unduly because no uhaul had the space I needed !!! Can't take my stuff back at this point because I had to move out !! Had to pay double the cost for my movers BTW!!! At the end I could not fit my things inside the units and had to leave things out because there was not enough space in the units provided because I requested a bigger unit !!!! I paid for a 10/10 but I was then given a 5/8 and a 5/10 unit ….barely enough space !!! I was then told that I was going to be charged for both units but one month free ? Even though the promotion is for a month free!! So he basically didn't even try to make up for lost money and time! I arrived at U-haul at 8 am and did not officially leave until 2 pm because it took 2 -3 hours to be assisted ! Only to have then adding insult to injury charge me for having the truck for two days!!! I had the truck one day for extended amount of hour due to an issue that was theirs to assist with!! I received no apology and no real accommodation and the units at this location are filled with MICE! I need someone to get back with me ASAP regarding this Issue.

Phillip M.The computer systems at this location must need a massive overhaul because they always have terminal issues when I use them. They also did not have the requested equipment I reserved either of the two times I used them in the past week or so. And my most recent experience included a big overcharge with erroneous fees. I hope to never visit this location again.

Terrence R.arrange for some space for parking personal vehicles when one person is picking up a truck / van.... street parking is nearby and okay, but it would feel safer to leave our personal automobiles in some section of the U-Haul parking lot.
Rudra S.The truck I had the gas gage kept going down fast I don't know if there's a leak or something spent a lot of money keeping the gas up every time I turn the truck on it shows a good level on the gas Gauge but when I lightly put my foot on the gas pedal it just drops in like 1-2 blocks

carolyn W.My move was over a couple of weekends. Both Sunday the managers failed to have the location open on time at 9AM, the time of my appointments. Customers and Staff had to wait 45-1 hour before they showed up. Many customers had to leave even though they had appointments. Arrived non appologietic too. Totally unacceptable.

Had to frantically find another truck and I was lucky to find the one at this location. I would have like to have been notified before the day before my move to avoid the stress of having to make last minute accommodations. That said the overbrook location was great, the guy was super nice and helpful.

Shatia B.The truck clocked 12 miles moved from 61st oxford to 62nd arch exactly 11 blocks. Loaded only 2 and it's thing its not even a half mile. The gas said half on contract it was empty put 60 my card to fill it on half and had receipt.One staff says one thing and the next says another. It was just below half brought it back using air you can tell we did not go nowhere but sitting on camera in front my house it jumped 2 miles took videos .The equipment is faulty had to wiggle key to turn it on.stay away.

Ajohn R.Make clear that when you select a location for pickup, it is only a PREFERRED location. The original location said they didn't offer cargo vans - why would it be an option when I select it? This complicated things tremendously, and required me to change my move time and take public transport one hour to pickup instead of a 10 minute walk. The location I ended picking up from was fine, but a very far and inconvenient distance for somebody without a car.

RONALD P.There were a couple of issues with the truck. 1st, there was no sliding roller to help transportation of a large object. 2nd, no dolly or hand truck. 3rd, the engine light kept going on and off. Which made the trip very nerve racking. Not sure if the light was an indicator of things to come. Overall job got completed.

He is smart, efficient, compassionate and a total asset to your company. I do believe uhual should hire security for his location as well as others because online uhual promises or messes up something with a move and people are mad they take it out on him and he doesn't deserve it. I drove and moved from New York to Philly and didn't have a unit ready for me but he kept his composure and figured out how to deescalate the situation with some other agitated customers that weren't so understanding and he deals with this daily. I don't know how far this review will go but I just felt the need to say something about Frank! Give him a raise!

I had to wipe my belongings off and check for droppings and live rodents before putting my items in my car. U keep raising the price for "maintenance " but this is unacceptable and customers should be made aware of the rodent problem.

I placed my items in the storage in December and not one time did I come back to enter the unit until Sunday 4/5/20 to remove my furniture and close out my storage account. Sunday night I'm getting bit by bedbugs. Your units have bedbugs and I will be calling to speak to a Manager in regards to this situation. If my things became affected from renting one of your units, I wonder who else unit is being affected. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending that facility to anyone I know.
