I was charged for gas when I filled it back up to where I got it and I took pictures once I returned it and y’all said it wasn’t filled back up, you can look at the date, time and miles and it’s in y’all parking lot when I took the picture, so I fill as though they are stealing from me

More than 1 employee. She did good but she had 7 customers and her systems to scan license an credit cards were slooooooow Systems are bad. She hustled but it took 30 minutes to get my ore ordered vehicle

Find out whether or not customers could use any assistance putting the various boxes together. That's the one thing I/we had difficulty with, ultimately we wasted quite a few. Perhaps a how to video or something if staffing resources are limited.

I had the worst moving experience in my entire life and I have moved at least 15 times. First, I went to the store where I originally made the reservation and the guy at the desk told me that there was no van for me even though online said that it was guaranted reservation. I said ok, so he sent me to another store, while I was talking to one of the employees at the new store asking him the options for parking, the manager ( Javier Maldonado) interrupted our conversation and he though I was being rude. He threw my driver license over the counter and told me that my reservation was cancelled and told me to go away from the store. I was in total shock. I had only a few hours left to move (since I spent 2 hours to pick up a van) and this guy just cancelled my reservation like that. I went in total panic and I started crying because I was on my own and I have been treated that way. I wish they could have cameras so U-haul can see what he did. After several phone calls, I was able to get in touch with Anthony Doak who is a regional manager, and I finally got the van. He told me he was going to write off the charge of the van as an apology for Mr. Maldonado's behavior. However, when I returned the van they charged me for everything, at that point I was just tired of argument since I knew I was just talking to a wall. I just recently graduated from medical school and treat patents everyday. I have never encounter so much rudeness from someone. I would NEVER EVER use U-HAUL services again. Please save your time and money.

I did not choose this site originally but was involuntarily changed to this site after learning my original online reservation could not be honored. It was annoying to learn this two days before the rental without explanation or apology. When I picked up the rental we were charged insurance after having declined it, which required refunding the entire charge then re-billing the entire amount sans insurance. The staff were helpful enough but seemed hampered by their systems. The online checkout process which was texted to me did not work.

It was a quick drop off. I told the attendant about the dirty truck issue and he was apologetic. It was honestly too quick a check in as we didn't get a final receipt and had no way to verify that the condition of the truck was now acceptable and we'd not have any additional charges.

I have used several UHall locations, and this is the best. I especially like the fact that they answer their phone. Most locations let the call forward to the centralized call center, which I hate using. I also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff when I pick up or return equipments.
