There is absolutely no sense of urgency with the manager and down thru entire staff. The manager is the only one who seems to have any depth of knowledge. It seems as though everyone else has been there for about 2 weeks. They answer the phone "Hello" and rely on the MGR for EVERYTHING. He has to do everything but he is in slow motion, so everyone else is too. I called two different people about the over charge which was double what was in the contract, and both said they could not find the contract in the system and that the manager would call me later. I then called corporate who called the manager and it was resolved immediately. I also made the original reservation thru corporate and the girl was awesome!! I have rented from this location previously and they routinely claim to be having problems with the "SYSTEM." Please send a training team to this location and get people trained and things moving. This is a great location and has so much potential.

Truck leaked something oily. The steering wheel was off 1/8th to the left Truck pulled to the right and had to pull down on the wheel to keep from veering to the right.

Was charged for gas but refilled on return. There was mileage discrepancy on checkin that was documented with photo using Uhaul check in process. Also charged for pads and hand truck we didn’t ask for or use. Called local office to resolve and was on hold for 18 minutes first call and 20 minutes second call. Ridiculous and still not resolved. Rented a pick up to move furniture literally down the street 1.8 miles- had the truck for less than an hour- used a debit card to pay- they put a hold of $100 on my card- fine- here we are 10 days later STILL waiting for the balance to be returned- I’m told another 3-5 business days- ridiculous- never ever again will I do business with U-Haul, EVER- biggest scam in the world

I actually was a little disappointed after dropping the cargo van off. I thought I just dropped it at the location I picked it up from & put the keys & paperwork in the drop box. Not until I realized I had a text message on my phone at 9:50pm did I read I was supposed to check the truck in through my phone or I would be charged $20. I was not told about this when I rented the truck. I dropped the truck off at 6:30 which your security cameras will show & the truck had to be returned by 9:15pm. When I tried to proceed with the check in I was then told I had to take photos of the mileage which was impossible at this point. I certainly would not have wasted $20 for an employee to check it in the next day if I would have been told about this. The employees were on the phone dealing with a theft of a Uhual or equipment & we were discussing that & got side tracked. I would suggest hanging a sign in the store or having a sign hanging from the mirror so people realize this in advance. I feel I should be reimbursed the fee. The van was clean & in perfect condition as well as the store & the employees were nice.

Additional service fees for gas refill over 1/4 tank and return after hours if you forget to go online to do “return truck” task is not good customer service so rethinking rental from Uhaul in future. We have been renting from Uhaul for several years for the high school band

The in truck used for local use was poorly taken care of. The visor over the driver side of the cab was broke and kept falling in front of my view while driving, so the whole time I had to hold the visor as I drove to keep it from blocking any of my view which I believe is a major hazard especially for people not use to driving bigger vehicles.

Clerk who checked me out on my returning equipment was not friendly. She had the attitude of “just here to do my do”. Never once smiled. Focused on her conversation with her colleague. Poor customer service. She didn’t make me feel like I was a valued customer.

Angela and her other co-worker were AMAZING kind and patient and even hooked up the TOW Dolly that the previous store in Palm Bay refu-sed to do and apologized numerous times for Palm Bay stores mistakes and cancelling my reservation and putting me hours behind schedule and causing me to much stress and tears. ANGELA WAS COMPASSIONATE AND AMAZING eventhough the line was 9-10 people deep and rude customers cussing at her and her co-worker due to only 2 of them being on staff. ONLY recommendation would be to have 4 x workers there-they were super super busy at this location. Angela was STELLAR and I am grateful for her kindness, efficiency and help and finding a RESOLUTION and ensuring my NEW TRUCK WAS SAFE and inspected!!!!

I have used this location many times before. The trailer I used had tires that were worn to wear bars. I had to wait over an hour to rent the trailer. the trailer has spilled paint on the interior and impact damage to right side.

Wyatt was very nice and went above the uhaul way i was very appreciative to her she took care of getting the trailer i needed and hooking it up and making sure i was good to go. However when i returned the trailer the manager was who i dealt with and that was a very unpleasant experience and i dont think i will be using this location again if i have to rent again just off how rude and difficult he was to deal with

The call center and store are not on the same accord. Call center gave me a storage that was too small. truck burn too much gas or the needle is broken. I spent close to a 100 to drive to Panama City
