i am upset with u-haul because i reserive a small truck and they didnt have one for me when i got there...i am a regular customer who rent from u-haul regularly. they had a van on the lot and i felt that they should have gave that to me and made that person take the 10 foot truck...u guys have never had a problem with me and ii am a regular renter. your rep didnt even offer any kind of discount. i am very-very upset with u-haul right now...this is the secend time that has happened to at u-haul....in i am very upset about it..CREOLA L.

Personnel was nice. Their customer service apologized for the moving pads being full of pet hair. Our family is allergic to pet dander. I paid for 2sets of pads $10 for one day. Your usual location in Navarre, Florida was very rude to me in wanting these items, hence I went to the Pensacola location. I live right near Navarre.Karin W.

Check equipment, better training and understanding of equipment. We have a huge hole in our truck and multiple deep dents and scratches because the trailer was installed incorrectly.Kara L.
Have staff remind or give instruction to customers about completing the electronic unit return portion (via smartphone) of the return process. I didn't realize that this was required until two days later after drop off, had to go back and find my returned unit to complete the process. At drop off, I was told by staff the I didn't need to do anything else and that they would take care of all, but this apparently was not the case. No real instruction online either that pictures of the unit would be needed and that gps location had to be recognized at the agreed return location. All of this lead to an extra trip back to the location to complete, when I could've completed it at drop off. Communication improvement in person and online is needed. Other than this, my overall experience with U-HAUL was great, and the 6'x12' enclosedtrailer towed really well.ADAMTRENT M.

Truck was not at the location we reserved it and then they stated there was no credit card on file which was given at the time of reservation. There was confusion as to how long the reservation was for. After the truck was returned they couldn't tell me which card was charged causing more confusion. The manager just made excuses and made no attempt to correct the errors. Ultimately I received the invoice but my son-in-law's card was charged. Thoroughly discussed!!!STEVEN W.
