Did the online order and check in. Was supposed to receive a free discus lock inside the storage. Have Receipt that says so. No lock inside. After hours so no help their. Customer service was in another state. No help there. He tried. Transferred to another department. No one answered so no help there. Stayed on hold for way too long. Called the next day. Asked to put a lock on. Called back to make sure. Customers have to take pictures of the trucks and interior. Office should have to as well for reassurance. Can't make it to the storage facility until my day off day (12 hour shifts) so not sure if it really happened. Office should have to take pictures as well as we do. Now I'm stressed about my belongings.

Rented out with a quarter tank of gas and returned with less than 10 miles driven. Charged me 30 dollars for bringing it back with less than a quarter tank. Just seems shady. I'd easily pay 4,5 for a gallon vs. 36 dollars. Wasn't verbally made aware of any of this, so read the fine print.

The truck that i rented was clean inside but the front part of the truck was pitted with love bugs. The should have at least taken care of that before renting it out, but all in all it was a good experience, except for that

The price I was quoted was lower then the final outcome. I understood it to be $19,95 a day but it turned out to be $72 for 4 hours.

The Truck was not on a Half a Tank, I took a pic on my phone when I picked up the truck and a pic when I returned the truck. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas, when I received it. I was still charged for 3 Gallons of gas. If it was accurate, but it wasn't, do it actually take 3 gallons of gas to move the needle to half a tank, when the needle is between 3/8 & 1/2 a tank?

The truck was stinky and smelled like stale smoke and body odor.So I just suggest cleaning it out well inside and out before anyone rents and the back had some mud in it so luckily I had blankets to lay down back there

I signed up to use my phone to pick up my truck but it wouldn't work when I got there and I ended up getting my truck 20 minutes later than expected because I had to go inside and my truck wasn't ready. I declined the insurance on the truck but still got charged for it. I took a pic of the starting mileage but got charged for more mileage than I used because they had a different starting mileage than what was shown on the truck when I picked it up. Overall I ended up spending about $17 more than I expected and I wasn't even able to pick my truck up on time when I arrived 10 minutes early.

This was an excellent process! Ronica, Lividia and Tyler were all very helpful with the documentation and the hook-up. Their professional approach to ensuring that we were ready for our trip allowed us to safely make our way to Phoenix without worry or trailer issues. Even though this location is out of our way, it will be my preference for future rentals. We'll done Ronica and team!!

The truck was a piece of junk. Didn't run well at all. It needs to be serviced badly. The truck struggled to accelerate and just runs rough!! Has a terrible gas smell too it.

Verify the terms of the agreement with the customer . I made the reservation online and deselected the extra insurance for $10, but when l got my final bill it included the insurance l thought that l had declined. I did not see that until several hours after returning the vehicle when l received my receipt by email. I was not particularly pleased about the charge.

Vehicle was clean inside as customer has to return in clean condition, but the vehicle was fifty and covered in bugs on windshield. I had to wash all glass surfaces in order to be able to see safety while operation the vehicle. When i returned the vehicle, the receiving gentleman immediately placed it out front for rental and giving to next customer in that same condition (I had also went thru area of love bugs and the windshield needed to be cleaned and vehicle needed washing as I also had rain during time I had vehicle). Would recommend location with some reservation.

First, it took a while for someone to process our rental, then we waited for the person to hook up the trailer. We hooked up the trailer had someone verify, then we left. The person was nice and friendly, however, I feel you should complete one customer before waiting on others.

The business was packed an only 2 workers. I waited about 45 minutes to get my truck and I had reservations.

I was not advised that I would be charged an overnight return fee. The truck rental agreement noted 1/2 tank of gas. When I got in the truck, the gas hand was on 1/4. I was then charged at the drop off location for gas!!! Ridiculous! And a $20 overnight return fee.

I brought this back to this location with the gas or fuel filter to the point where I received it exactly I filled it up at Walmart just down the road. And then I get a bill for 12 more dollars where is the truck wasn't even clean when I received it so I swept it out when I got it and put my stuff in it and then swept it out again after I took my stuff out of it which I moved my mother-in-law's Furniture items from Savannah Georgia to Pensacola and you she use her credit card to pay for this and you charged her 12 more dollars and she's 85 years old on a limited income I will not recommend U-Haul I will put this on social media how 12 more dollars were added for what because your personnel didn't check out the truck before I left and I turned it in today early so please return our $12 to my mother-in-law and we'll be fine.

They charged me for way too much gas used. Also they charged me for a 3rd day I did not use because it took them 30 mins past when I turned it in to log it into the computer and was a hassle to get a refund for a day on my card THAT I DID NOT USE and it still has to “Autjorized by a supervisor before they will even return that!” I paid over $100 more than I should have. I've used UHAUL since I can remember and always RAVED about my experience with the company but they dropped the ball big time this time. Moving is 1 of the most stressful situations financially and mentally that you can do in life ESPECIALLY RIGHT NOW and to add on extra financial stress and hold up money in this time in life is just not except-able! They said it could take up to get a week of my money back SMH

The facility was well maintained. The truck was in “ok” condition it rode rough but it was clean. The staff member that helped me was either high or coming down from a high. He was extremely pleasant but he could not seem to get it together. He couldn't find my reservation. After a few minutes of looking and fumbling with two different computers, he found the reservation, but then he gave me keys to the wrong truck. I had to walk back into the store to get the correct keys. After loading my items on the truck, and making it to my drop off destination I discovered that their wasn't a key to the dead bolt lock used to lock the hatch on the back of the truck. I had to drive back to the store which was across town (approximately 20 miles away) to retrieve the key for the dead bolt. The manager was nice ,however, her nice attitude can't replace the my gas money, or the time I lost due to the lack of customer service. If you're renting a truck from this location I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Not a thing! Best customer service experience I'd had in a very long time! It started with Cy on the phone to book the rental and continued when we arrived to pick up the trailer. My apologies for not remembering the lady's name that helped us at pickup, but she was awesome and knew her job very well. Thank you UHaul Staff for making this a memorable moment for a back-breaking moving experience. Keep up the great work!

Overcharged me again . Had the right fuel level mileage and told me it would zero out but still charged over $60 more for what ? I'm looking for a new rental company . Prices are to inflated for commercial work now ! Spend 20k a year in rentals or more every year .

Not tell the customer they have to get the collision damage coverage when that's not true at all it's always been an option and other uhaul locations and this was the first to make me get it and said that with cargo vans we have to but that's not true at all! Just trying to get more money! Will never rent from this location again!

We were given the wrong key for the wrong truck, but did not realize it until we went to return the truck and realized the number on the key didn't match the number on the contract. This created a bigger issue when we went to return it because the truck we had wasn't officially check out to us in the system. The staff and manager were very kind and very helpful in fixing the issue, but it still made the process annoying. What should have been a simple pick up and drop off turned into multiple visits to the Uhaul store and an extended return process all because we were given the wrong key from the start

There was damage caused by rodent droppings and damage to items. The rodents chewed pictures and rodent droppings on furniture. There was damage to my leather couch caused by rodents along with my mattress.

There was supposed to be a lock inside the unit, but there wasn't. The light wouldn't turn on at the switch or by the chair. It looked like it was hanging from the wall and when I touched it it sparked. I reported it to the desk and one of them came to verify it wasn't working. The next time I go back I have to let them know so someone can possibly fix it. I'm not upset by it, just wished it was already fixed so We could see to put our stuff in.

Great management and staff. JQ,Angel & Ronica Jeff, Assistant Manager, Lot maintenance person mechanic. Everyone was always courteous and professional. Always suggested extra products that I needed. JQ knew which boxes I needed to purchase and exact quantity. Davis Hwy Uhaul made my move & storage a less stressful time. The entire staff needs to branch off to management at other Uhaul stores. This is one of the best teams ever!!!

Jeffrey Dawson treated me and every person that came in the business as if they were the most important person he had ever known. When I started my move in the Indiana area I waited in long lines. There were no employees to help. When I arrived at Jeffrey Dawson's place he was unhooking the trailer in anticipation of my next need. If he doesn't own the place he's the best employee a business could have. Great guy thanks

The man that helped me with storage and answering questions was so kind and professional. He needs to train all U-Haul employees on how to treat customers. He is on target! I thank him so much. It is stressful moving but he was there to make it better.

Recommend baiting "critter" traps more than once if a unit is rented for a long period of time. Improve the security system...was not functioning at all.

The only problem we had was there was a water leak into the back of the unit and several boxes got wet and ruined a lot of cloths and bedding. Still going through to see what can be saved or trashed.

The call center and store are not on the same accord. Call center gave me a storage that was too small. truck burn too much gas or the needle is broken. I spent close to a 100 to drive to Panama City
