Everything was excellent at the beginning the lady that checked me out was wonderful. The only Problem I had was the guy that hooked my equipment up. The lady of front told him to go to the side of the building where I would meet him. As I waited on the side but building, The guy just hooked my stuff up and walked back in the building never went to the side the building or never even came to me and said it was ready in the back. Upon initial pickup there was a gentleman that appeared to be African American with blonde hair and glasses who I believe may have been a supervisor. I was being helped by a gentleman who recently started working there. The African American gentleman kept interrupting the new employee speaking to both him and myself very rudely and condescending. I normally do not fill these reviews out but I was so extremely dissatisfied that I was motivated to write this. I will also be completing a Google review for this location. The gentleman needs a lesson in customer service. It was so bad that the new employee actually apologized for his behavior. I can only imagine what he has to deal with when there aren't customers!!!Packyen W.

This location has customer service issues. Seriously... cashiers were great, but people helping setup and return the trailer were bad. 1) The guy that helped me get the trailer on was nice when he could hear me through his headphones. But didn't really say much and his music was loud enough to orient him hearing me calling for him to get his attention. 2) The guy that helped me return was lucky to not get a throat punch. I go to the trailer lot to return the trailer, no one is there. So, I get out to unhook the trailer my self. I get the first safety chain off, stand-up, and the guy is right behind me on his phone... no telling how long he was there. He could have announced himself. Either way, I freak out because he scared me. His only response to that was "ok" and then he took over taking the trailer off and said "your good" after... those were his only words to me. I'll never go back to this location again... there are far better locations. This just happened to be the only location with the equipment I needed.RYAN W.

The first girl to come help said she needed to cut the lock off my unit. She walked away to get the tools to cut the lock and she never came back! After waiting 15-20 minutes, I finally went and found someone else who did cut the lock off and get me in. On another note, why in the WORLD would you have a split unit storage system where the larger units are up a staircase?!?! It stands to reason that anyone using the larger units probably has furniture and now we have to carry that furniture up some stairs. This is about the dumbest thing in storage facilities I've ever encountered. We won't be using this facility again for that reason alone.Sheri W. | Premières impressions

Train your employee It was my first-time trailer rental, the mounting was upside down, With the load, the car hook was too low. Fortunately, a mechanic 100 miles away at the hotel saw it and reverse the hook and I reach my destination 1 500 miles without any trouble. I dare to think what will have happened if it has stayed like the way your employee hooked the trailer, you will have a dead family. Perhaps trailers are not used that much at this location but please train your employee for the safety and benefit of everyone.GABRIEL K.

We had driven 2,5 hours to pick up an enclosed trailer and then use it to pick up furniture in the area. When we arrived, the man at the counter refused to rent us the trailer we had reservations for. He said they could not rent anything because of a tornado warning. He was rude and smug. He had no sympathy or understanding for our situation at all! We stayed in our vehicle and contacted customer service. While on hold with customer service, I went back in the store because I saw other people were renting units. Then while waiting in line, customer service said that the tornado warning was over at 2:30pm. That should not have effected us because we arrived at 2:50pm. We finally were able to rent the trailer. When we had arrived home and were unloading our furniture, we saw a grey greasy substance on our new furniture. It came from the floor of the trailer. We have rented several U-Haul's for various reasons and this was by far the worst experience we ever had! The guy behind the counter was the worst! I would not recommend this location or it's staff to my worst enemy!REGINALD A.
While there was a delay due to some customer parking a truck in front of the trailers after hours and failing to leave the keys behind, the crew was quick to hook up the trailer for me after manually moving equipment around. I reserved a trailer on line and the location did not have the trailer. I was re-routed to another location which was 30 min away. I was dissatisfied with this as I would have chosen another company if the closest location did not have the trailer. Bad customer service, no one available at the front desk when needed. I was dropping my truck off earlier today and unknowingly parked in the incorrect spot. As I got out of the truck this heavy set Hispanic guy who was an employee walks up to me and started talking to me like I was a little kid, telling me I needed to move my truck to the other side and quit blocking traffic. The way he came at me was extremely! Rude and uncalled for. I figured I'd act appropriately and not retaliate. I proceeded to move the truck. This guy needs a sit down conversation with management to let him know that his behavior is not appropriate. I dont care if he was having a bad day. He's in customer service and needs to learn to speak to people with respect. I'm a nice person, but know for a fact 80 % of other people would have either cursed him out or physically assaulted him the way he came at me. I will not be visiting this location again.BRANDON B.
There was no instructions on the email that said i had to receive some sort of card to move in. Because i did the online move in, the email said my storage room was ready to access and all i had to do was enter the building which is not the case. as soon as i opened my storage room, the alarm went off because i had no card to swipe. Upon arrival I was observed entering the building by an employee and ignored. After standing in the lobby for 10 minutes without being greeted I returned outside to the same employee who witnessed me entering earlier and mentioned I had a reservation. The employee rolled his eyes & sighed as if he was being put out in some way having to assist a customer. He was rude the remaining time throughout the rental exchange. The wiring on the trailer was faulty however it was suggested that the wiring in my truck was the issue and I needed an adapter which was purchased. Upon returning to the vehicle it was determined it wasn't the truck but the the trailer with faulty wiring. I of course was out an additional 15 $for an adapter I didn't need in the first place. Just absolutely pathetic customer service. I will make it a point to avoid renting from uhaul in the future and use competitive services moving forwardWILLIAM M.
My belongings were infested with roaches and now i have to deal with roaches at my new residence the staff was friendly and helpful so i cant say anything bad about them but there is clearly a bug problem that needs be addressed perhaps spray more or leave baits to draw them away from the units.. the company could also look into making the units impenetrable to insectsGerald B. | Expérience générale

We specifically requested 24 hour access as we needed to put in all of our stuff past office hours. When we got to the facility, the storage room which we paid for was locked and we will we're given no keys, we had already loaded our U-Haul van with our furniture. We were asked to repeat sensitive information no less than 3 times. We didn't get the impression that our business and especially our time mattered. Employees weren't urgent and lacked the knowledge needed to serve us the way we needed to be served. There were about 4 people who needed to service us. We arrived a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday and left close to 8.pm The only thing we needed to do was return our truck, get a storage unit, and move the things out of our truck into our unit. If needing U-haul services and products in the future, this will not be the location we seek said services and products.
