Store and lot are very crowded. Most equipment is stored in a 2nd lot behind and across a side street from the main "store" building. Store building is also somewhat cramped. That being said, staff is very helpful and know their stuff. Check out and check in was handled quickly and efficiently. Friendly staff.ROBERT R.
â€¢The Customer Service Rep, Kalip Tristan, was unpleasant and rude. I entered the store and wasn't greeted, I had to greet him. He had a stone cold in the face look (serial killer much?) and was not helpful. It was like I was interrupting his day when HE is paid minimum wage to do nothing. What a horrible way to start a lovely Saturday morning. â€¢The U-Haul wasn't horrible but it wasn't clean either. I could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned because I found another customer's work ID in the truck. How do you miss that? By not cleaning, that's how. I left the ID in the cup holder so someone could get it this time and hopefully return it to its rightful owner. The rental smelled and it made a horrible noise. Annoying. â€¢The return process was horrible! My reservation could not be found when I signed into my account so I had to call a phone rep to resolve the issue. Took pictures for my own records and left the crowded facility in disgust and irritation. I've rented trucks and storage units from U-haul many times in the past but I will search for other options in the future. U-Haul has charged me with toll fees that weren't mine, merged my account with someone else's and the customer service is pathetic! Taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word for others to do the same. Good riddance!NYCOL K.

Pick up of the small trailer went well - staff was helpful and friendly. Drop off was laughably rude. Counter person and check in person seemed angry to be working. Neither made even an attempt to be friendly or helpful. When I asked for the manager, counter person just pushed a deck of biz cards across the counter - no apology, no attempt to see what went wrong. Left a voice mail for the GM - of course, no return call. I'm not much on doing reviews, but this was so hilariously rude I had to say something.KEVIN G.

The reserved trailer was not available. The chains would not fit on my truck so could not use the replacement trailer. The person who said the trailer was incompatible due to the chains not working with my vehicle said they would cancel and refund but did not. I am still trying to resolve the issue and will report it to my credit card if not addressed quickly. Home Depot was able to accommodate and I will recommend them over U-Haul.Allen R.

first trailer hooked up, one of the lights wasn't working. This trailer was covered in mud. Upon returning the trailer I ultimately used I was charged a cleaning fee because it had a few leaves on it. I could have cleaned in 60 seconds with a broom, if only I had a broom. I understand the fee, just ridiculous for a few leaves when I was initially given a filthy trailer.BRENT D.

The 15-foot truck I was assigned is the worst truck I've been assigned by any rental company (including U-Haul) in the past 20 years among many dozens of rentals. If this had been my first rental from U-Haul, it might very likely been my last because the truck felt like it should have been junked years ago. From a missing driver's seat armrest to a transmission linkage that needed serious adjustment or repair, the truck seemed junky.David L.
