I reserved a trailer on line and the location did not have the trailer. I was re-routed to another location which was 30 min away. I was dissatisfied with this as I would have chosen another company if the closest location did not have the trailer. Bad customer service, no one available at the front desk when needed. I was dropping my truck off earlier today and unknowingly parked in the incorrect spot. As I got out of the truck this heavy set Hispanic guy who was an employee walks up to me and started talking to me like I was a little kid, telling me I needed to move my truck to the other side and quit blocking traffic. The way he came at me was extremely! Rude and uncalled for. I figured I'd act appropriately and not retaliate. I proceeded to move the truck. This guy needs a sit down conversation with management to let him know that his behavior is not appropriate. I dont care if he was having a bad day. He's in customer service and needs to learn to speak to people with respect. I'm a nice person, but know for a fact 80% of other people would have either cursed him out or physically assaulted him the way he came at me. I will not be visiting this location again.BRANDON B.
Upon arrival I was observed entering the building by an employee and ignored. After standing in the lobby for 10 minutes without being greeted I returned outside to the same employee who witnessed me entering earlier and mentioned I had a reservation. The employee rolled his eyes & sighed as if he was being put out in some way having to assist a customer. He was rude the remaining time throughout the rental exchange. The wiring on the trailer was faulty however it was suggested that the wiring in my truck was the issue and I needed an adapter which was purchased. Upon returning to the vehicle it was determined it wasn't the truck but the the trailer with faulty wiring. I of course was out an additional $15 for an adapter I didn't need in the first place. Just absolutely pathetic customer service. I will make it a point to avoid renting from uhaul in the future and use competitive services moving forwardWILLIAM M.

I was charged for a mechanical defective truck that left us strained on the shoulder of i75 for 8 hrs, just less than 3 minutes after leaving the house u-haul parking lot. The same location finally replaced the truck with the promise to cancel the charge. That was a lie. I was charged twice, for the defective truck, and the new one. I scheduled a 6x12 utility trailer without ramp. someone even called me to confirm they had it. i get there they try to give me the wrong trailer because they didnt have the one i reserved a week in advance. they gave me a car hauler which was just narrow enough to work. then they charged me the car hauler price when they said they would charge me the utility trailer price. For starters, when someone orders a motorcycle trailer from you make sure the get a motorcycle trailer. I reserved one and got something heavier which cost more in gas for the vehicle. Speaking of vehicle. You knew this was a one way trip to Oklahoma and put me in a truck with a severe oil leak. Had to use my own money to keep oil in the damn thing. The morning crew with the females was awesome, they were fast and very helpful as was the guy that hook the trailer to my vehicle! But my return at 4pm was awful! I couldn't understand what guy was saying he wasn't courteous, he seemed like he didn't want to help me or do his job! So now if I need a trailer I'll go further away to the garland super store.BOBBY B.

First, the only employee who showed up for work at this location was great, very overworked but nice attitude and capable. I felt for her. When we arrived, we found no one in the offices or front lot anywhere, we searched and found her taking care of someone in the other lot. Once we found her, she finished up with the other people and took care of us. We only rented a trailer for a little over an hour and on returning had the same scenario, although she did say a couple of people were arriving that afternoon to help out.Alan M.

The reservation was for 10:30 A.M. uhaul didn't have a truck until 4:30 P.M. that truck broke down 2 minutes after leaving the location. I was charged twice for getting another truck.
